  1. k wow, thanks that scared me! Since its already shipped ... now just curious about the potential downfalls battery life or cardomizer life.
  2. Hi guys I was just reviewing my recent orders and I noticed I ordered 510 cardomizers, and a 510 drip tip for my ego. I then noticed that some places have 510 section and separate ego section, and the ego cardomizers actually costed more? I thought these 2 were cardomizer/ atomizer/ drip trip compatable? I know they are supposed to be compatible(one of the reasons I bought this model in the first place) but will these work for my ego? If they will fit is there any potential downfall from using these? Battery life // cardomizer life ect.?
  3. Haha smooth! ok great thanks I thought that was probably enough.
  4. I will probably be using it alot (i smoke pretty heavy) so.. Your talking cardomizers and batteries? I'm hoping 5 cardomizers and 2 atomizers should be enough, and that the batteries will last.. why is that pushing it you think? do you think 5 more would be smarter? or an extra battery? Honestly not realy this is my quit smoking tool only, and if i was to get yummy flavors I figure it would make it harder to stop.
  5. So you figure thats enough for 3 or 4 months?
  6. I ordered a pile of stuff for vaping bu I just want to make sure I have everything I need for awhile. I got an ego kit which included this: 2 x eGo Batteries (650mAh 3.7V) 2 x eGo / 510 Atomizer 1 x eGo Atomizer Cover 1 x Fast USB Wall Charger (420 mA) 1 x USB Wall Plug Adapter 5 x Free Cartridges 1 x eGo Carrying Pouch 1 x eGo User Manual I also ordered: 120ml of High mg nic Flavourless juice. 110ml of USP food safe VG 110ml of USP food safe PG 120ml of 555 tabacoo flavoring 5 cardomizers 1 drip tip I don't really want to spend more I just want to have enough to last me awhile (3-4months min) without having to worry about supples. Is this a good enough or did I miss something?
  7. Brian thanks so much for all the help I decided I would go with Healthcabin as their prices are unbeatable.I decided on buying 555 110ml.(should last for awhile XD) The shipping for me is very reasonable as I am in Canada and local delivery costs more than to get a delivery from china ( says alot about canada post eh?) anyways thanks again . Example : I tried to get 1 parcel (approx 3 lbs delivered from one town 30 minutes away and the cost of shipping was 16$ ..lol)
  8. Looking for affordable original 510 cardomizers with reasonable shipping I found 1 place that was 17$ for shipping so i decided that was to high anyone?
  9. a $1 per ml, not sure if that's a deal really but will look into this further when i get home. Gotta go grab some PG and VG, and a few beer making supplies.
  10. Cheers thanks for the reply. And yes don't worry I will use gloves and be very careful. I stated it was 120 but i made a mistake as it is only 100mg.I got it from a far away place . As for that calculator I already have it and yes it is the best thing I have for this. Thanks so much I wasn't sure if I could use the grocery store flavors but I'm glad that's always an option. Mainly looking for a Canadian Brand of Tobacco flavors if anyone has any recommendations I am all ears.
  11. Hi guys I'm brand new(never vaped ever) to ecigs and decided I wanted to mix myself (to save some cash) so I ordered a huge 120ml bottle of nicotine and I want a tobacco flavor preferably to mix with. I don't want to pay 5$ for a tiny bottle of flavor, I would rather buy bulk and save some more cash. Any recommendations? I like china prices if you have any ideas. Or if I could use something right off a shelf flavor doesn't matter) of a supermmarket for flavoring, O would be interested as well because money savings is my main key here. P.S. Grabbing PG and VG tommorow but would like some sort of flavor as well.
  12. Camel Light 99 filtered cigarette contains 0.7 mg of nicotine so this would .7 x 35(average) = 24.5mg hrm maybe the division is un needed.
  13. You also stated your frugal , and so am I. This habbit is not a cheap investment It can cost quiet a bit, so if you want to throw cash away you should just send it to me instead so i can buy more ejuice lol.
  14. Yes, from what i read its the best or even pure pg is good. You may want to double check with someone whos vaped a bit more but by the looks of it I'm right.
  15. from what i seen (mind you im a noob too) pg is best on you cardimizers and better flavor(70pg 30eg). but vg = more vapor production less flavor and harder on atomizer so, really its up to you and what matters to you! Personally if i had both i would do 70pg 30eg.. Funny im giving advise and have yet even vaped ... but i research like a freak.
  16. Upon oodles of research I ended up buying an ego as well(just ordered yesterday). Otherwise you would have recharge like 5 times per day and who really wants that!
  17. Appreciate it guys need some more to post here! Lets get an idea on how to make these things last longer. So far from what i see PG juice looks like it may be a bit easier on cardimizers but I guess we will wait for a few more results.
  18. Neither do I really but, I found it in some thread buried in a forum somewhere so I tossed it in my simple formula to help me figure out a good starting point. Thanks makes me think I'm on the right track.
  19. Ok the best way i know is figure out your approx nicotine intake, this is not proven nor is it perfect but for me from what i Read I came up with this formula. 1 extra light smoke = .7mg of nicotine(depending) 1 light smoke = 1mg of nicotine (depending) regular nicotine = 1.5-2 mg (depending on brand) Strong/ Full flavor = 2-3 mg of nicotine (depending) How I figure this number out is, I take the average number of nicotine from my regular brand of smokes. my pack says "nicotine 1.7 - 3.2mg" so 1.7 + 3.2 divided by 2 = average I average 2.45mg of nicotine per smoke multiply that on your average smokes per day For me that equals 2.45 x 20 = 44.45mg per day divide by 2 (because in vaping you don't absorb as much nicotine per inhale, and more is lost) 44.45 divided by 2 = 22.25mg A heavy full flavor fairly heavy smoker I could use 24mg juice and its actually a bit strong for me. I technically haven't vaped yet but this seems to be the best way (for me) to logically take a guess at what level nic juice I need. Please anyone whos a big vaper now could anyone see if this formula works for you.. Please post results good or bad, this was just a formula I made up..I really don't want to mislead anyone.
  20. I just want to conduct a Test all you have to do is copy / paste and fill in the blanks: 1) How Long on average does your atomizer/cardomizer last? 2) Exact type of atomizer/cardomizer? (be as precise as possible: include model, make or ulr please.) 3) The main Exact Brand and mix of Juice? (example: 70vg, 30pg totally wicked tobacco flavor) 4) What Type of maintenance do you conduct on you atomizer/cardomizer? (example: dunk in vodka solution 1 time per week and burn out nightly) 5) Anything else you might want to add?
  21. Hi everybody, I am brand new to this whole vaping idea but it has got me very interested. I have been smoking for about 10 years and I want to see if this is a way I can kick the habit. I am looking for a cheap, reliable e-cig, that the replacement parts are somewhat reliable (mainly the battery) and that the cardimizers are not to expensive. I regularly smoke about 10 -20 smokes per day(1.2-2.5 nicotine per). So I would like something This is what im looking for: Something that's not big or bulky. Inexpensive replacement cardimizers Inexpensive replacement batteries or one that has a long rechargeable life before replacing is required ( over a month if possible) and e-juice that is similar to tobacco flavor I would prefer something that holds a few hours of vaping (2-4 hours) between charges I want refillable cartridges, because buying e-juice is cheaper if purchased this way. Fairly good amount of vapor. I am thinking the Joye 510 is what i am looking at,but I would love to hear what you think.
