Just purchased a Yeti-c from AltSmoke.I don't like it and I wanted to exchange it for a Ego. Rob from AltSmoke informed me the kits are basically parts and they wont except a return on kits. Although their 14 day return policy says nothing about returning kits.(Buyer Beware) I e-mail him serveral times to resolve this but, he does not reply.I hope I can come back here and update this review with a better one from altsmoke.

Hi I'm new to this. So I ordered a Yeti-c from AltSmoke. I dont like it, battery life is short. I wish I order the Ego. I agree with egoluvr. I made a noob mistake. I just got it so I wanted to exchange it for a Ego from Altsmoke but Rob there said the kit is basiclly parts and wont exchange it. So much for the 14 day refund policy.
