Is it the KPO or the VEG? I ordered the veg before I read this???

This might be a stupid question. The fact that I have looked through several pages in the mod forum, as well as noob questions and tutorials, and haven't seen anything about it makes me think it probably is! My question is this: Can you take the "guts" out of a carto and use it like an atty for direct dripping? My initial logic tells me that the coils likely wouldn't last long, but I was trying to think of something productive to do with the empty prefilled cartos I have, since they don't seem to refill well. I thought I would like using cartos more than anything, but I am actually enjoying dripping more. It seems to me, that dripping is more cost effective, and has a better taste.

I used my tank system for the first time a couple days ago. The vapor production was awesome! The flavor was compromised though, it didn't taste bad, just "softer.". There wasn't much of a throat hit. It did start to leak at the end of the day, I will try your tips an see if they work next time.

I would assume it is a standard, it just says eGo-T on the side. I am still an idiot though, so I wouldn't trust anythin I say!!!

All of the juice I have at the moment is 24mg. The tank just seems so much smoother. After watching half a dozen videos, I think I have direct dripping now. This method seems to make the most sense for trying to control cost and monitor nicotene use............................the bad news is that I jumped the gun with everyone talking about the great deal VK had on 10 pks of cartos. I figured I could change the order since it was only a couple of hours ago.......dang it, those guys are fast!!! Maybe they will have some mercy on me, and let me buy their e-liquid after paying a restocking fee.

Thanks Erika. I guess I was under the impression that vaping was a ton cheaper than smoking cigarettes. From what I can tell so far, it is about the same, if not more. On another note, my tank system was in the mailbox when i got home. I think I like it! I filled it with VT's Sweet Dawn, it makes a HUGE amount of vapor, not much TH though.

I dripped mainly with the cart, tried a couple times with the tip. As far as the juice, I am not sure if it is PG or VG, it is from the VT store (Dulcis, and Sweet Dawn). Doesn't say on the bottle, I'm about to go look in the store and see.

I just tried to order the cartos on VK and it isn't giving me the bulk discount??? Are you talking about the prefilled cartos? The boge ones?

Thanks again to everyone in VT for all of your advice, I am positive that you saved me hundreds of dollars!!! My eGo Stainless Starter Kit came in the mail yesterday, and while I am pleased with the product, I need some more help. Here is what I ordered: eGo starter kit A couple bottles of 24mg juice Stainless drip tip A couple of 24mg flavors of refillable boge cartomizers from Vapor Kings Tank attomizer and empty tanks (which haven't arrived yet) A couple of problem areas: I really havent figured out the direct drip thing, after dripping into the cart I feel as if I must barely "pull" on the tip to keep from getting juiced. After hitting it with 3-4 drops to start and then 2-3 when it runs out, I am still not getting the number of hits that I have read about on here. One, maybe Two, but then it is dried out again. The next issue, and probably the biggest for me is with how long the carto's last. I have read about people having a carto last a day, or two!, or three??? I must be the worlds biggest moron, because they do not last me long at all. I went through 2 from about 4pm until 9:30, and I wasn't even vaping close to my usuall pack a day habit with analogs. I have read about people getting 100-200 puffs on carto's, and I am maybe getting 20-30, MAYBE! Is it because I bought the prefilled? Are VK's boge cartos good quality? And my last question...........(for now!).............. Why am I having such a problem re-filling these cartos? I am popping the mouthpiece out, softening up the stuffing a little, I make sure that the hole in the filler is lined up down the middle. I held the cartos at about a 45 degree angle and dripped 18-20 times, occasionally poking at the filler so it would soak in more, I tried shaking the juice down towards the batt end (yes I have the little plug in and cover on.) I let them sit overnight. Most of the time I am getting it too wet, so that juice comes through the outhpiece, but even then it doesn't vape very many times before it is empty again. Thanks in advance..................again!!!

(@marymary - my mom and dad were born and raised in Lancaster) I have been incessently checking my order, and it still says pending, but I just realized it is coming from Cali so there is still time to get it out today.

Thanks Morfeeus, I actually did order all 24mg stuff. I tend to hot box or double hit my analogs for the TH, so I was worried the lower mg's would be too weak for me. Any idea how long shipping will take from the VT store? I am ready to get going with this thing!

Just placed my order for the Stainless Steel eGo (I looked for the Reo Grande, but they were all out of stock!) along with a couple juices and a drip tip. I am sure I will get some mod stuff later, but I didn't want to waste money on things that I wasn't sure about. I can't wait for it to get here!!! Thanks again, everyone, for all of your help.

I have always considered myself pretty intellegent, until I started trying to figure out which e-cig to buy. I was seconds away from entering my payment information for a $150 kit from V2, when I decided to do a little more investigation. All of the "e-cigarette review" sites seemed to say great things about the brand, but I have since realized that a lot of the reviewers seemed to be compensated for their positive reviews, which makes me skeptical. Once I started digging deeper, I found that this company had horrible reviews. Here is what I am looking for: I smoke a pack of Marlboro Lights a day. -I do not mind spending $150 or so on a kit, but I am not interested in paying through the nose for refills. -I would like a kit with many options. (extra batteries, a couple of atomizers (or whatever the heck they are) usb charger, wall charger, case, maybe a cig that direct wires to my usb as well, etc. ) -I want a good throat hit and a decent length of battery life -Excellent customer service is essential. -I am not interested in a device that I must refill every few puffs. PLEASE HELP!!!! I know absolutely nothing about the technical side of these devices yet, although I am sure I will learn. I just want a good e-cig with affordable refills or juice!!
