I was wondering if anyone had any luck with a chinese based e-cig site? a lot of them are cheaper for bulk orders (of things other than e-liquid, I only buy US for that), and they actually take paypal. I did see a link on either this forum or another for a chinese site that shipped items and people got them in just a few days. I don't mind waiting a week or two for it, but I'd like to know of any sites that actually DO ship orders. TIA! -Sugar
