Bummer, this is a sad state of affairs but yes your employer can state you can not smoke in your own car as long as it is on their property. This also was a case that happened in California although I don't remember what company. Any employee smoking in their car was given a warning and after so many it was grounds for dismissal. Going to HR probably won't help you, yes it is discriminatory against smokers but it is their right to do so. Remember HR is no longer for the benefit of employees as it is now to protect the company's rights. I think going to HR would be a mistake as every visit to HR is documented and placed in your personnel file. And the big thing is that so many other states follow suit with whatever California does. Then that will definately put a damper on my replenishing parts. I understand that tobacco licensing is $1000 to $2000 to distribute/sell tobacco products. I loooove my menthol crystals, mix 2 parts crystals w/ 1 part Everclear and let the crystals desolve. Makes a very good true menthol taste. Another plus is a few drops adds a throat hit to any juice. Also if you have a flavor you like add a couple of drops to enhance it - or a flavor you hate add several drops to bury it. Me likey minty fresh taste

This is somewhat off-topic and a tiny bit embarrassing but I have a tattoo older than most of you out there. I got my first from the tattoo legend Lyle Tuttle in 1967 for my 16th birthday. I was born and raised in SF and in the '60s I lived in the Haight and we were all gettin' ink from Lyle as he was the most talented artist of the times. Now there are so many talented artists it has become such an incredible art form. I sometimes forget I have it, it is very old and very faded as ink and technology just were not what they are today. Somtimes my current friends ask if I have any regrets, my answer is "I have absolutely no regrets and it marks a part of my life I never want to forget".

I too got a slight headache but I don't think it ws from the nicotine -- I believe it was from the process of learning "how to" vape, long, slow, relaxed drag. I think i was trying to hard, thinking the harder I draw the more I will get, but not the case -- just a headache. Keep it up -- we are here for you.

I also feel no ill effects from vapeing with nicotine, and I have been using e-cigs for about 8 months. Actually I DO feel healthier . No shortness of breath . No more coughing . No bronchitis when I have a cold or flu . Can run up a flight of stairs in a single bound . No bad breath = ashtray mouth

The substance in the cartride is a polyester fiber basically synthetic not made from any wheat type products. I do vape in my cube and no one has said anything. Of course I did not bother to ask but I did tell many that I quit smoking. Sometimes I go to the "pit" and most there just miss me. My bosses seem to be happy they can find my in my cube. HR knows I quit and I did tell them I am vaping and none have any issues with it. Many have seen me vape in the hallways and most just smile and are happy I quit. Several from the pit have purchased PVs but use them sporadically mainly at the desk. We have 250 employees and there are 125 in my building.

Wow!! I do love my VP1-901 but I am a little bummed that if i had waited a very short time I could have ordered with a protected battery. There wasn't anything on the site that indicated this or I would have waited just a little longer. Just seems as though it would be safer than what i have. Oh Well

Hmmm, great question... I wonder what is in the works now. The VP1/Vapor51 is the newest but you are correct as it is somewhat a penstyle. Although just the convenience of purchasing replacement batteries in the US is wonderful!! We do need a USA made atomizer and I am sure someone is on that now, although US labor is so much more costly than overseas which would make the atomizer more pricey. Heck I don't care but I would love something Pink or Shiny or Sparkly

Could be cuz a man picked the particular pink that most ecigs come in and it is the ugliest pink i have ever seen. Although I did love the pink led I had on my very first 901 but the equipment didn't last very long before I had problems with it. Honestly now I really don't care what it looks like as long as it vapes well, currently this vapeaholic is sporting the VP1-901 and I am diggin' it.
