i appreciate all of your help, as some of you know i have fallen off the wagon until i get this straight... Erika, thank you so much for all of your help, and ill message you about that... at the moment i am direct dripping while the pack i bought is sitting in my coat pocket with a pack of matches... the main issue for me is this, when the cartos were fresh and new they were amazing! throat his, flavor, everything! that would easily be my preferred method, if they lasted more than one day... i actually caused myself mouth sores trying to use the clogged cartos when i ran out of new one, and yes, that was after a coke soak over night and boiling for several hours i love the warm tasty hit of the boge 2.0s... i long for that exact effect from my vapeing... actually, if i could even get the direct drip feel without the constant dripping that would work as well... i want nothing standing between me and that warm warm sweet hit... which is where the eGo tank failed me, it was like puffing cold tasteless vapor, even with my strongest flavors... for now im switching between the analogs, direct dripping and the Erika solution, for the moment im keeping that to myself until i figure out what im doing wrong with that too lol... (Erik, again ill message you about it, im struggling with it, but keeping that a secret because it might be an ID 10T error on my part lol) and im still in hiding right now because i have had a craptastic weekend and im still trying to get over the carto failure as well as other things bothering me at this time in my world... but thank you all, you are all most wonderful and my slipping into recluse mode has nothing to do with any of you *hugs*

egoluvr, try adding some menthol or mint when you are sick, at least you will feel it if you cant taste it

wow, that is just amazing, no wonder new people have issues with chest pain, this stuff is harsh, i think that stuff should come with a warning ... or maybe all vendors should just sell kits with empty cartridges ... just wow

a few times we get a newbie in complaining their throat and chest hurt... omg... i am trying to vape the disgusting cartridges that came with my eGo kit because... long story but because i screwed up every last carto i own... and ouch ouch ouch it seriously burns the chest, what the hell is in this cartridge, its so gross i have tried adding spearmint to it to try and make it tolerable, but its still so gross, and it hurts like hell to vape! and god forbid i accidentally get the vapor in my nose. talk about burning!!! edited for numerous typos lol

i cant even tell you how many times i have pulled out my tank and tried and tried and tried... nope, theres nothing but tasteless vapor... i agree completely and am happy to know that it was the device that failed me not the other way around

i have been curious about them, i hear people on the forums talking about juice boxes, but... from the video it looks like a push button but someone on the comments said something about squeezing the bottle? so is it a button or do you squeeze the bottle? and i what about recharging? or do you just get lots of batteries?

Skh, you are doing a great job, its not easy in the beginning getting all this right, there is so much to learn and so many different ways to vape, trust me even 2 months into this im still struggling myself, hang in there, im sure we will both find what works best for each of us...

sharon, i have the filling part down, no problems there, its keeping them from clogging that is the issue... nana, ive thought about that, i just dont know enough about them ...ok i know nothing about them

i think i have a plan... buy more cartos and go back to the juice i used to use when i first started, because i do recall getting better life out of the cartos... i will miss my juices.. maybe i can find a use for them but... i guess i need to try something else and find out if it is the juices or the cartos. thank you all for your help... i have a lot of shopping to do lol

yikes yikes .... thank god this is a spill resistant keyboard... omg you would not believe how much juice i just spilt on the keyboard trying to mix something up to a similar consistency of the VT... yuck... sigh... pout...

mine are the boge 2.0's i am meticulous about filling them to avoid the burn, on rare occasion i do still mistakenly overfill them, but im much batter at not doing that then i was in the beginning, in fact, the more careful i have been the worse my situation seems to be getting... which brings me back to the juices... i can try to dilute them with some pg... see if i can duplicate the consistency of the VT juice but the truth is they dont look much different in consistency

i suck at dripping because i guess i either over fill it or something, maybe im back to the is my juice too thick subject on that as well... so im starting the experiment with my last carto using only the VT juice i have, which sadly i dont like as much as i had thought i would when i ordered it, which is why i still have it lol... truth is i have made such a mess, blowing out attys and cartos and wasteing juices left and right just trying to figure this all out, and even my husband walked into my computer room one night and said "look at all that juice you are wasting" (he is a total nazi when it comes to wasted money, which is why he will never let me forget the failed attempt with the tank system) while he continues to smoke away on the front porch... sigh... i do envy the simplicity of it why does this have to be so damn hard, cant someone just perfect this, make the straw in the center of the carto bigger or something?

the juice is 80/20 VR... only two of the flavors are dark in color, they do not appear to be too thick... in fact, just to test this theory of juices out i can try to use my last carto with something from VT and see if that works better... but its my last new carto... sigh...

i am debating buying more cartos or simply buying blank cartridges and giving up on the carto idea totally... i have no idea if it is the juice im using or what but i cant afford to use one to two cartos a day or more, and to be honest i really suck at Direct Dripping... i love, love love a fresh new carto, until it becomes so clogged that no air will come through... i have destroyed cartos trying to clear that hole, i have stressed and agonized daily over them to the point of seriously just wanting to light a damn analog just for the ease and simplicity of it, even though i know it will totally make me gag at this point... but i need to do something, either buy cartos by the hundreds or just give up and use cartridges... i cant seem to find anything searching on the ceramics and other items that have been discussed her like the MAP tank are always out of stock... i need something i can rely on, something that im not going to need to order each and every week just to keep up... this is definitely not as simple as lighting up an analog sometimes i wonder if i should just try and go cold turkey, but... but... sigh

if they would last me a week i would be in heaven!!!! mine aren't lasting me a day (can i go cry in the corner now?)

hi Johns, i have heard of people going to 0mg with great success, for them its more a matter of feeding the hand to mouth need, the habit, personally for me, im not sure that i want to... i mean, there is a reason i reach for a cigarette in times of stress, there is a reason that i cannot find the comfort and relaxation without it, i personally believe that some of us really are self medicating, whether it be for stress, depression, anxiety or whatever, i think some of us need the nicotine. of course i cant be 100% sure that i dont actually need the hand to mouth pacification instead of the nicotine, after all i was a thumb sucker as a child, perhaps there is something to that hand to mouth comfort... ok i think im babbling now...

i have to be honest and say that i have had no real luck, at least not to the point where there are much better than they were before i boiled them, in other words, still clogged, still hard to draw, i wish i knew the answer, juliery does make it seem so simple doesnt she?

if i were you i would simply stealth vape, draw no attention to yourself, getting through the check point wont be an issue, trying to vape on the plane might be, people are very edgy in planes these days and will report any suspicious behaviors, use the rest room, blow the vape into your clothes or downward so it cannot be detected and my most sincere condolences for your loss
