  1. DayVape, you didn't offended me at all. You must have missed it several months back when I bit the butt off another e-cig vendor trying to peddle his worthless products on this forum. I guess its not in the cards for me to clean up my reputation with people trying to take advantage of uninformed new vapers! lol With that side, I agree 100% percent with everything you said DayVape. I was just trying real hard not to get down and dirty with the dude. I figured this was an appetizer and another forum would have him for dinner. It looks like this is going to be more than a 3 course meal for him. Maybe his services will no longer be needed before dessert comes around. The Tips have been more than generous! So much for trying to be lady like!
  2. Welcome naturallyhigh to the forum. I have to agree with DayVape and Snubber. Snubber was able to express the general opinion of The Safe Cig a little more polite and eloquently then DayVape, but no matter how you add 2 + 2 the answer will always be 4. Myself and quite a few other vapers started out vaping on e-cigs similar to The Safe Cig. After spending a great deal of money, I ended up frustrated with the product. It wasn't until I found this forum, did I find quality personal vaping devices and I have been a happy vaper ever since. The Vapor Talk forum is a wonderful community of vapers who want to support and encourage one another on their vaping journey. In all honesty, its a good thing you got your feet wet here and not on some other forums. Electronic cigarettes have been a lifesaving alternative for so many smokers and so many more to come. If you want to have a long and successful business in this industry, consider selling a more cost effective quality product with more longevity. Otherwise, your customers are going to find themselves on a forum, frustrated and searching for a better option. Good luck to you on your personal journey.
  3. Definitely blow it out. Let is dry for 48 hours since the air flow is restricted. Also, have you seen this video Cleaning ego T atty . Good luck!
  4. Rip, Your a very nice man! My IQ drops down to 50 in front of a video/web cam. I hope Gloria decides to come with you on the 25th, I enjoyed talking to her. When is your new battery coming in? Is it time to stalk the mailman? lol I'm looking forward to seeing the 1100 mah eGo battery. Make sure and bring some empty cartos with you so you can fill up with the juices you like. Sharon
  5. PADave, PM or text me your address and I will mail you the Turbine atty and tank you won Saturday night. Congrats!!!!
  6. Thank you Rip and Gloria for taking the time to travel to York, PA. I so enjoyed meeting you and your wife. Having the opportunity to spend some time getting to know you both has made my life richer. All of the e-liquids on display were donated by Vapor Talk Store, Cherry Vape, Sweet-Vapes, The Vapor Room and Perfect Electronic Cigarette (PEC Smoke Shop) for the purpose of sampling. I wish I had know Saturday night because I would have told you to sample all the juices you wanted to, as many times as you liked. Now you have to come back next month! If its God's will, we will have even more for you to try. If you have friends who vape or are thinking about vaping, bring them with you next month. The more the merrier! Sometimes my GPS has a Senior Moment too. I'm sorry your trip home was delayed due to an accident. I'm glad you got home safely and I pray that no one was seriously hurt in the accident. We wrapped up a few minutes before 10 PM and I my trip home was uneventful thank goodness. The next meet-up will be June 25th. Brandon would like to set the 4th Saturday of each month as our meet dates unless there is a holiday that interferes. As soon as Brandon gives me the ok, I will post the information on the forum and send out an event notice on Facebook. Keep in touch with me during the month and blessings to you and your family.
  7. Now this is really scary Studies Yeah, $1200 + a possible additional $300 to inject me with an unknown chemical. Think I will have to pass on this one. Call me crazy!!!!!!
  8. I don't know Chris, but the article says "By avoiding the burning process altogether,..." Doesn't the Ploom device heat up, but at a lower temp?
  9. I don't see this going anywhere! Associated Press link to article
  10. Hi Joker. From personal experience, boiling your eGo Tank atty will cause the rubber coating to peal off. No damage to the actual atty, it just will be silver instead of color (if it is anything but silver to start out with). I think Vicki at CigNot has the best Video on cleaning the eGo Tank atty. Hope this helps you.
  11. The May meet-up is less than a week away!!!!!! Go to the website, www.whiterosevapersclub.com or the facebook page, White Rose Vapers Club, and RSVP. 12. Iloozyn, great idea!!!!!! Waiting for the video! I use the syringe filled with hot water to clean out atty's. Might save you a couple of bucks and you can get started on that video!!! lol
  13. A tackle-box is a wonderful idea for my supplies that I use on a daily bases. I think the only way to plan for the future is to add a room onto my house! Let me know if you find a more cost effective method! lol
  14. Instead of using a wooden tooth pick to clean the ash off of the coils, I use one of those fine nylon brushes used to clean between dental braces.
  15. I personally can't comment on de-bridging an atty, but I do de-wick them. I also dry burn the coils when they start getting gunked up with old juice. I do find that the atty's last longer and taste so much better when I preform regular maintenance. If you are going to direct drip, you need to get a drip tip. How many draws you get off of 3 drips is going to depend on the ohms of your atty and the amount of PG/VG your juice base is. With a de-wicked LR atty, using 80 PG/ 20 VG, the first time using, I drip at least 4 - 5 drops the first time. Since the atty is dry, the first drop or two primes the atty. After the atty is primed and I have used it, I only have to drop 3 drops on the atty and I get at least 5 good long draws, 8 draws if I am hitting it like a lady (not usually the case though), vaping at 5v. I think it is also important to take into consideration what volt you are vaping at to determine how many drawls you are going to get off of the number of drops. If I am using my 3.7 ego battery, I get more mileage out of my juice.
  16. Thats strange Hurry. I have had my eGo batteries for months and the rubber hasn't come off of any of them. Huh!!! I do know that under the rubber coating on the eGo Tank atty's it is stainless steal. I found this out after I boiled my first one in order to clean it. Boiling did a great job cleaning everything off the atty! The heat caused the rubber to peal off. I am happy to report that the atty is still working great though and I am no longer boiling them to clean. I am now taking them apart. The rubber stays on and I know the coils are clean. So far I have taken 8 apart for cleaning and have only killed one in the process. Sorry Dave!
  17. Mcquinn, I'm sure they don't want to loose that cash cow. Or at least until the patient expires!
  18. Dave, bring your ego batteries with you tonight. I want to try them on my battery charger. Also, bring that bad boy duel coil too. I'd like to take a look at it. I have some LR carto's too if you need some.
  19. Blake, Thank you for putting into words how you feel about e-cigs. Your post is motivational and a refreshing read. I wish you continued success for yourself and your family. Like you, I love vaping, talking about vaping, and reading about vaping. Vapor Talk Forum, Chris, and all the wonderfully supportive members have helped me make my experience vaping so much more fulfilling and enjoyable.
  20. Boba's Bounty is one of the juices I keep in stock. I put it right up there with toilet paper, coffee, and half and half. lol
  21. Hey Phil. Thanks for the comparison review between the Boge LR and ST Duel coil carto. Despite my ADD, I was able to make it to the end!
  22. Phil, you scored again in my book of video reviews.  I have been eyeballing AV's Gorilla Juice and your review got me to the ordering point.  Thanks!
  23. Hey PBusardo, let me just say up front that Rob from BlueMistVaping is a friend of mine and I am one of the few who likes the crab juice. But your video review on the crab juice is hysterical. I thought it was so funny that I emailed a link to Rob telling him how funny it was. Now I have to go watch some more of your reviews. I sure hope I enjoy them as much as the crab juice.
