JonHTWR, Thank you for your offer of help! its much appreciated. Hubby and I took a look at it late last night. While it was very sticky in places, particulary the threading and the batteries and a little inside the tube. Nothing appeared to be damaged. Some beer did get in through the vent holes, lucky for me there is no circuitry where it went in. I did a little cleaning with alcohol and prayed. It fired right up! Scared the crud out of me. Lesson learned. Mods inside eGos outside. I dodged that bullet!

Thanks Johns, I wondered about that. Hubby told me that the beer already finished the circuit regardless and it's fried. IDK I'll keep drinking and praying.

So I spent the day building a retaining wall for my new garden haven and needed a well earned break. I sat on my new construction with my Infinity in lap and proceeded to use a "neighbors" lighter (swear it was NOT mine) to crack open my Black Butte Porter. DAGNABBIT!!!!! Much more serious profanity was really used, but the darn thing foamed over and drenched my new MOD. I immediately committed a cardinal sin and chucked the offending porter over my shoulder to rescue the drowning MOD, but I fear that porter seaped into the wheel well. I yanked out the batts and removed the Carto, did some serious anti Beer flicking of the wrist as well as some scantily clothed dances to the Mod God's for extra luck. It's been a few hours, but what do you think. Will she live if I try sending some volts through her? I'm terrified she can't handle the Beer. Should I give her a try or let her stew longer? Oh please help, my eGo's know I have been disloyal and are punishing me with their weak and no longer fulfilling 3.7 volts!

1 box or LR cartomizers and a Drip Tip. Yes the drip tip is very important on what ever set up you decide on! IMHO of course BTW you don't really need the cones, so don't spend extra if it's not included.

Day 4 Your doing fantastic! If you want to try a bigger batt, you can always buy just a single eGo battery to try. Just remember to pick up a charger too. It won't cost you an arm and a leg that way. Congrats on your success!

Oh thank God it's working, Yes Ive had several USBs go out. Cheaply made I guess. You don't have any shops around? Your too far to be timely from me, but I would have sent you a charger lol just so you wouldn't smoke. Im sure someone in your neck of the woods would help too if you posted an ER. Hi there, You didn't say were your flying, but I have had NO problems flying. I put my juice in baggies like they want liquids to be. And put my eGo through the scanner with out a hitch. If you see them checking it out on the monitor just tell them what it is. They are aware of ecigs now and won't hassle you at all. I also stealth vaped in the airport and on the plane, however they DO NOT want you to do it on the plane so it's at your own risk kind of thing. Good luck, don't stress, bring back ups and have fun!

Sweetheart, I'm sorry your suffering. I KNOW how miserable it is. I haven't had any noticeable change in my fibro. Yesterday my knees were acting up but It happened when I was really stressed. A theory here ladies, being that cigs are loaded with MOAIs and all the other mood altering drugs, could they be medicating the fibro for us too. I know stress can and does trigger flares in me personally. Could it be withdrawals and stress of the new quit be the cause of a lot of these new flares? It seems the sudden absence of these other drugs may really tick off our nervous system? I may be wrong, I usually am but it is curious isn't it?

The T tends to loose a ton of flavor, most people are getting the LR Atty now to go with it. Also the lack of flavor may plague you for the first few month of your quit. We all have gone through it and though its a bummer it will get better. Good luck!

Hi Johns, Yes thank you, So far so good. It seems it was bad Carto after bad Carto. I opened up a few more boxes and no problems as of yet. What a relief! I think today is going to be much nicer. Boy Yesterday was a try of patients I just couldn't get anything to go right. Thank you for your good wishes! Hope all is well with you!

The draw is fantastic, totally adjustable in how tight you make it. I like it fairly loose, it makes fruity flavors explode in my mouth It really is a fine working PV I just have to dial in the Carto issue

You know, The unit its self seems to work just fine. The voltage seems to go up and down as it should, it hasn't had any glitches as far as I've seen. No miss fires and low grade cartomizers which I assume have higher ohms than Boge SR 2.7 work fine. It's just after a few hits with the fresh but "primed" Boge Carto starts burning my mouth and throat, just like a dry burning Atty would. You know I've only used cartos out of one box, could they be bad cartos?

I know I'm using SRCartomizers It shouldn't be dropping that low and from what I understand if it does it automatically shuts down the PV which it never has and my cartos arent popping either so they can handle the voltage..If I remember Boge SR run around 2.7 not low enough to cause difficulties with the infinity, but deffinately hot running at 5-5.5 volts. New theory could I be burning my juice or scorching something? Since I've only been as high in voltage as the eGo do I need to do something different as I vape? Let the Carto cool off, It does get hot.

?????? Well doesn't that just stink! 510....Is it the glower at the end when you take a hit LED? Would hot glue work? I have a 510 PT. They run the cord right through that piece and use hot glue to keep it attached. Sorry that's the best I can think of. However I bet you could get it replaced. Without bugging anyone.

First let me say I love my new VV Mod But......... Now I'm having Noob problems. What is going on? The infinity does not work with LR Cartomizers so I bought 10 boxes of Boge SR cartomizers. They all burn as soon as I use them. I've dialed down the voltage to 3.7 and it is still burning. What is going on? Let me assure you all I DO KNOW how to fill the cartos and yes they have more than enough liquid. I've even let them sit over nite and top off. They work fine on my eGo and PT but taste like burning metal on my VV. I have a few junk gold thread cartomizers laying around and low and behold they work brilliantly. What the heck am I missing here? I've never had these issues, and to add insult to injury I now have 13 packs of Boge 2.0 , 10 packs of Boge SR and 2 lousy gold thread cartos. :wallbash: Please Help!

That's the great thing about 510 threading, It's interchangeable with so many standard items. You never have to waste your hardware.

Wow, thats horrible! the kit it's self wont make you cough, the juice will though. And NO your not too stupid.....I only cough in the am at the first hit of my PV. Like my lungs are weak and irritated. This also happened when I smoked my first cig in the am. Does it feel like that? OR When you inhale are you feeling like a chemical burning sensation? Could it be a dry Atty or cartomizer? I'm so sorry this is happening, if you need more help you canPM me too.

If you like your juice flavor than yes you can get a lighter nic version and dilute that way. You can also mix other lower nic flavors with them too. Just make sure when you start experimenting with mixing to do it on small scale so if you don't like it you won't have waisted your juice. I also want to agree with DV up there. The eGo/Rivas are great up grades to your kit. So if vaping starts not to cut it with your cravings, the bigger battery will help a lot. Oh and just wait your body and taste buds will start drastically changing right away.

That stinks, Are you keeping the plug on the bottom in when your filling? And extracting the juice out of 2 side compartment holes? It might not be holding that exact amount? Maybe it's a bad Carto.

Congrats, I'm so happy your liking it so far! PV ia a personal Vaporizer like your 510 VG - Vegetable Glycerin PG - Propylene Glycol PG and VG are the base agents that nic and flavors are added to. PG gives more Throat Hit TH and flavor than VG. VG makes plumes of vapor. So many people use a combo of both. Extra high I'm assuming is 36 mg of nic and High 24. It sounds like you may be getting the highest amount your able to handle if your getting buzzed. Just make sure your drinking a lot of water. If you developed a headache, or nausea make sure you back off your PV for a little while. Your body will let you know how much is too much. So listen to it. Have fun and read lots. There is so much for you and your wife to experiment with. Good luck!
