Hi marymary, I'm just getting interested in mods myself. From my limited understanding the big thing about mods is the battery life. For heavy vapors batts can last 1 or 2 days on a charge and can be replaced for dirt cheap. Also, when your vaping on your eGo a few hours you notice how it gets weaker and weaker. Mods stay strong all the way through till they die. There are tons of different kinds. The wet box that holds your juice so you don't refill, The VV variable voltage that you adjust so you get the most out of your vapor depending on what mouth pieces you use. I know terrible right. I started filling 4 3 ml btls every night of my favorite flavors for the next day, and 4 cartos with corresponding flavors, by 7 at night their all empty I'm waiting for my wedding season to start, so I'm home ALL day with nothing to do but play on my iPad , read and vape. I start working next month so I will be vaping less. Is that really bad? lol

I vape constantly my self, and have gone down in my nic levels too, but I still buy a few 24 mg's for the bad days. I wonder, with that study what the effect of nic in such high quantitys is. To be honest I can't tell the diff between 12 mg now and 24. I'd like to know. I think I'm vaping between 12 and 15 mls a day.

Welcome to VT. Like TroopX said the T is just for that particular system. I was a heavy smoker and the eGo deffinately does the trick for me. A lot of the TH your talking about is not just from the battery but also from the juice and the mouth piece you use..such as cartos, attys,tanks etc. The 1000 mah will do the trick. I'm using the 650 and I'm changing batts every 4 hours or so, but I vape constantly. Vaping is nothing like the gum or patches... It's so much better, but it's not the same as smoking either. It takes a bit to adjust to. 16-18 mg will probably be more than fine for you, but you just might want to pick up 1 bottle of 24 mg. You know in case of ER break glass, or when your drinking. Thanks for the post. My paranoid mind is wondering...if the tobacco companies have to pay the 280 billion what would really be done cash? Will the anti smoking lobbyists lump vaping in with smoking and try to shut down this industry? Might be farfetched but a thought non the less.

Try giving it a clean. Theres a ton of posts on the best methods. I personally soak in alcohol then boil. Good luck

You are SO not stupid! Good question. I haven't started DYI my self, but yes. Nic is more expensive. you don't want to waste it on flavors you may not like. From what I understand its peppery in taste. You can always adjust the flavor after you add nic.
