  1. GeekVape Wenax Q Review Cigbest Thanks to CigBest for sending me this product to review! The device is now on sale at Cigbest for only $16.59. Definitely check it out Disclaimer: This review is my own thoughts and I am not associated with anyone at CigBest, nor am I being paid to write this review. In the box: 1 x Device 1 x USB Cable (Type-C) 2 x Geekvape Q Cartridge (2ml) (Pre-installed: 0.6 ohm, Spare: 1.2 ohm) Specs: 3-level airflow adjustments 25W output Childproof design Compatible with Q cartridge HD OLED display Top fill Features The Geekvape Wenax Q is an easy to use pod device with a stick shape formfactor. It has a button, a display, airflow control and wattage detection. A lot of features that could be good for either the long time vaper or something interesting for someone just starting out vaping. The HD OLED display tells you the wattage, the puffcount and the battery bar. There is no battery percentage visible, just a battery with four little bars to tell you what your battery level is. When you press the button three times you can adjust the wattage and when you press the button 5 times, you lock the button, so you can make the device inhale-to-draw only. When you press the button another 5 times, you fully turn off the device. The airflow control on the device is accurate, with for me fully closed a bit too tight for a comfortable draw. If you like that really, really tight mouth-to-lung that might be what you’re gonna want to set it to. With the 1.2 ohm pod I like to have it just a tad open for medium tight MTL. With the 0.6 ohm pod, I’d say crank that wattage up and put the airflow all the way open. When you put the pod into the device, it chooses a certain wattage, which you can change in increments of 1. You can only change it to a wattage that’s in the recommended range for the pod. Design The Wenax Q comes in a sleek pen style design, like a lot of pods we know on the market. It comes in a range of different colors. We have a matt black finish and some shiny, glossy finishes, as shown in the picture above. On the right side of the device, is the airflow control, which has three slots you can adjust with the slider. On the left side of the device is the charging hole. On the front of the device you can find the button, the display and some Wenax branding. On the back it’s really just the Geekvape branding for this device. Pods I was blown away by the flavor these pods give. Pods are really starting to get somewhere in that regard. They are really starting to be good competitors to other, bigger and more expensive vapes, or even disposables flavorwise. On the bottom of these pods it says the ohms and the wattages, besides some big magnets that keep the pod in place. I really appreciate that the pod is completely clear. No tinted plastic or something like that, which would make it harder to see the eliquid level. Just plain clear plastic, so it’s easy to see throughout the day how much juice you have left. I do find myself having to fill a pod that only has a 2ml capacity multiple times a day, but it’s a common capacity, because of the TPD, so I see why companies and brands such as Geekvape would make this choice. It is crack to fill, so when I can barely see the liquid coming out of the device anymore, I know it’s time to crack that black top off and fill the pod. I did notice a little hiccup when filling the device, which was that the hole in the pod which should let air get out, didn’t really do that. So sometimes it would be a little bit of a pain to fill a pod, just a bit of holding the pod sideways and not pressing the juice bottle too hard. Performance The 1.2 ohm pod is definitely for those who love an MTL style for vaping. I enjoyed vaping it, but I did notice the 0.6 ohm pod gave me a little bit more flavor. Don’t get me wrong, they both gave a very flavorful experience, but I just found the 0.6 ohm pod a little bit better in that department. I think this may have to do with the higher wattage that it’s recommended for. With the 1.2 ohm pod you can only change the wattage from 9-13 watts. With the 0.6 ohm pod you can change the wattage from 19-25 watts. I’d assume if you could take the 1.2 ohm pod up about 2 watts, it would be a better experience in terms of flavor. You would of course burn out the coil faster by doing this. Other than that I do really appreciate the set wattage control, so you don’t accidentally instantly burn out your coils. The battery was also consistent and performed about the same as a Xros device, so the 1.000mAh seems to be accurate. Like I said, the battery has four bars on the screen, but the button also has a led to indicate the battery percentage for you. It has green (100% - 70%), blue (69% - 31%) and red (30% - 0%). When charging the device the colors go in different increments: Steady green (100%), breathing green (>75%), breathing blue (50% - 74%), breathing white (25% - 49%) and breathing red (<25%). The device feels nice in both performing MTL as RDL, with the 1.2 ohm pod definitely more toward the MTL side and the 0.6 ohm pod more toward the RDL side. With the 1.2 ohm pod and the airflow wide open you could also do RDL if you really wanted to, but the 0.6 ohm pod really shines in this department. The flavor you get from it with the wattage at 23-25 and the airflow all the way open, really is immaculate. To me, the device felt a bit too tight with the airflow all the way closed, with either pod. I always keep it a tad open, and like I said fully open for the 0.6 ohm pod. Pros 1.000 mAh battery 2 pods Wattage control Airflow control USB-C on the side Top fill Clear pods Flavorful pods Passthrough vaping Affordable Cons (actually just the one) The air hole in the pod doesn’t seem to release any air Verdict The Geekvape Wenax Q is a user-friendly pod device with a sleek, pen-style design. It features an HD OLED display showing wattage, puff count, and battery level. Airflow control is accurate, offering customization for different preferences. The 1.2 ohm and 0.6 ohm pods deliver impressive flavor and performance. The 1,000mAh battery gives consistent performance, indicated by the display and LED light on the button. The transparent pods allow easy monitoring of e-liquid levels. However, the 2ml capacity might need some refilling throughout the day. One downside is that the air hole in the pod seems ineffective at releasing air. I’d say the device offers a satisfying vaping experience with its user-friendly features, stylish design, and flavorful pods. It's suitable for both beginners and experienced vapers. I’d definitely recommend picking it up, especially if you’re still smoking cigarettes or using disposable vapes! Thanks for reading this review and also another big thanks to CigBest for sending over this product for review. It's always cool to see companies collaborating with reviewers in the vaping community. Definitely check out their website and products over at https://www.cigbest.com
  2. Yep, you buy replacement pods with the coil stuck in there.
  3. USB-C! No power button, no airflow control nothing. Just filling the pod and taking a puff. The draw is definitely an MTL draw. A comfortable kinda loose MTL, but no restricted lung hits for this device.
  4. I haven't been doing reviews for long, so I don't have a whole lot of shiny stuff, but when there is something in there that I don't really like for some reason and don't use at all I just give it away to friends or colleagues
  5. Vaporesso Eco Nano review Thanks to HealthCabin for sending me the Vaporesso Eco Nano Pod system kit to review! Disclaimer: This review is my own thoughts and I am not associated with anyone at HealthCabin, nor am I being paid to write this review. The Vaporesso Eco Nano is being advertised as a true disposable killer. Unboxing the device already had a similar experience. Let’s see how close it comes to an actual disposable when using it. Specs: Dimensions: 44.7 x 18.0 x 77.0 mm Pod capacity: 6ml Resistance: 0.8ohm / 1.2ohm Battery capacity: 1.000mAh Charging type-C, 1A The box includes: 1 x ECO NANO Battery 1 x ECO NANO 0.8 ohm pod (Pre-installed) 1 x User Manual Features The Eco Nano from Vaporesso is supposed to be an eco-friendly alternative to disposable devices on the market. It’s a very easy to use, very beginner friendly device. You literally fill the pod, put it in the device and start vaping. No buttons, no airflow control, nothing else to it that would make it the slightest bit confusing or overwhelming. And I think the vaping market is something that can seem complicated or overwhelming, but with this device, if you want to stop smoking cigarettes or make the jump from disposables, for all those people this could definitely be a good upgrade. The pod for this device holds 6ml of e-liquid. No, that’s not a typo, it really holds 6ml! I don’t know if I’ve ever seen pods this small and simple, with that big of an e-liquid capacity. That in combination with a 1.000mAh battery, should definitely be able to get the average vaper through the day, if not a few days. There is a little battery indicator at the bottom on the front of the device. It doesn’t flash or anything when you put the pod in or take it out. It’s just a white light that shows when you take a puff and when you charge the device. Simplistic, like a disposable. The device also supports passthrough, so if you wanted to, you could even vape it while it's charging. Design Even the design of the device feels like the most common disposables that are on the market nowadays. It feels good in the hand and has a nice weight to it. It comes in a bunch of different colors, as shown in the image above, so you can go for something that stands out or something concealing. I’ll put a picture down below with a size comparison to the Xros Nano 3 as well. They are similar in size, with the Eco Nano being a bit taller and narrower than the Xros Nano 3. Pods These pods are really what makes this device stand out. Not only because of the 6ml capacity, that we’ve already mentioned multiple times, but also because Vaporesso claims these pods to be able to give you 13.000 puffs. This would obviously vary from person to person; some people take longer puffs than others; some have sweeter flavorings than others, but still. If it even gets close to that claim it would really be a good investment for those wasting bucks on expensive disposables. It does really feel and taste like a quality pod, like we’re used to from Vaporesso. They already proved themselves to have reliable and tasteful pods with their Xros-line. I haven’t personally experienced any leaking whatsoever on this pod. It stays in place with some very strong magnets and really isn’t going anywhere if you don’t want it to. Unfortunately I do have to mention that the device only comes with one pod, which is gonna have to be a con. I get Vaporesso trying to keep the device as cheap as possible, so anyone can pick it up and see for themselves, but if that one pod for some reason is a dud or ruined by the person buying it, they will go back to more harmful alternatives. In my opinion a pod kit should always come with at least two pods. Performance Honestly an outstanding performance. Definitely a device for the MTL lovers out there. I wouldn’t know how to say anything bad about the performance of this device. Flavor is good, like we know it from Vaporesso. Same goes for the battery life. It’s a 1.000mAh battery and it feels like that as well. Something that would get me through the day easily. Other pod devices with an e-liquid capacity of only 2ml, I have to fill throughout the day, but with this one I only have to fill it once a day to once every other day, so the thing that really make this device stand out between other pod vapes, are definitely those pods. Those 6ml pods that you should be able to refill about 10 times before losing any flavor. The pods really seem to be heading that direction. Pros Big 6ml pod capacity Pod lifespan Good flavor Compact device Cheap Beginner friendly Battery life Cons Only one pod in the package Single color LED Verdict To wrap things up, the simplicity of the Eco Nano really makes it a winner for beginners. No complicated settings to have to think about, no coils to change, just fill the pod and start vaping. The 6ml pod also makes it interesting for long term vapers and really makes it a game changer in the pod-market. It’s a small, easy and compact vape for on the go. When I leave the house, this device is really what I wanna have in my pocket. Quality and taste in this pod are really amazing, especially the economic friendly price point it comes at. It’s a reliable device that would last most vapers an entire day and then some. I would say the device lives up to its eco-friendly promise. It would definitely be an upgrade to those people using disposables or even still cigarettes. Unfortunately it only came with one pod, so I had to mention it as a con. Honestly Vaporesso has been reliable with their quality control, so I doubt there are a lot of dud pods. I would assume when being handled correctly (letting it sit with juice 5 mins before hitting), there’ll be close to none who have an immediate messed up pod, so the overall experience with this device definitely out shadows this minor setback. To sum it all up, if you're after a seamless vaping journey, the Vaporesso Eco Nano is worth every puff. It’s got the capacity, the flavor, and the longevity. I would definitely be able to recommend this device to all kinds of vapers. Even just as a reliable back up device or if you want to kick the bad habit of still smoking cigarettes. I hope everyone enjoyed reading this review. If there are any questions regarding this device, feel free to respond to this review or send me a message and I’ll try my best to answer all and any questions! Also another big thanks to www.healthcabin.net for sending me this device.
  6. Hey, thanks for your quick reply! I read them and I saw after 3 posts I would be able to post reviews, but my post count was at 3 so I just went to look if to option to post a thread was there, but it isn't. Any idea why? Thanks! Edit: I'm at 5 now and now it works!
  7. Hello everyone, When can I start posting reviews on here? I'm a person who likes to try new things and every now and then a company sends me one with the purpose of me writing a review, I was wondering if this forum was one of the places I'd be allowed to post those? Thanks in advance.
  8. One question, because you also do MTL, do you only use pod devices or also like actual tanks and rba/rta?
  9. Thanks so much! I have also tried direct to lung, but really much prefer an mtl, loose or tight mtl doesn't matter to me, differs by the day, I guess haha
  10. Good day everyone No idea how active this forum is, but I wanted to join anyway and see for myself! I'm Naomi, 24 years old and from the Netherlands. I have been smokefree because of vaping for almost a year now. I mostly use pod devices like caliburn and xros, mainly because I like mtl and don't really need anything with a whole lot of power. I am open to trying new things though. I started out with premade juices of course, but those were all a bit sweet for my liking, so I started mixing my own juices this year and that seems to be more my style. Hope to have a good time here! Any questions please let me know :)
