Do you have any idea where they are located, and where they ship from? I was unable to find out much about them by clicking on the links at the bottom of their page. Just wondering.

I have used several clearomizers and have not had any trouble with the wicking. They do seem to have a very warm vape even with the higher ohm. Actually warmer than I like, but I do use them sometimes just to change things up.

I have ordered clearomizers from Mad Vapes as well as other items. No problems. I think they are a trusted vendor. I believe Royal Smokers on the other hand, is a vendor located in China. That doesn't make them bad but most of us prefer to use and support U.S. vendors. Good luck with with your search.

Where did you order it from?? If it was from Vapor Talk, Chris will be along shortly to explain what to do. Something about a ticket system. I haven't had to use it so I don't know anything about it. Someone will explain it to you. Chris is great, if there is anything he can do for you, he will.

Amaranth, the way my eGo charger works sounds similar to yours. When I screw in my battery to the charger, the light on my battery flashes several times. Maybe 5, I have not counted them, then goes out. The light on the charger then changes to red. The light on my charger does not change to green until it is fully charged. If I remember right, I have seen the red light on the charger flicker while it is charging. Hope that helps.

It will fill most, if not all, of you wants and needs. I encourage you to look around and read a lot, and to ask questions here. It sounds to me like what you are seeing is the wick. Sometimes they do get burnt and that is probably what you are tasting. Some people remove those "fibers", it is call de-wicking. There is a video on you tube that explains how it is done.

I have read that the lr attys are marked "lr" down around the thread end. It will probably be small, so look real close.

Dayvape..that may be. As I said this is the first one I have used, so I really don't have anything to compare it with. Maybe before I start drilling, I should try another carto to see if there is a difference. Thanks for the push in that direction.

Thanks everyone for your replies. I will probably try to drill the holes like Mark suggested, because ditching the cone doesn't fix the problem of the super light draw without it.
