What happens to the highly addictive nicotine you breath out. It cant just dissapear. I dont believe we absorb 100%?

Hi vapors. Im a none smoker who works with an annoying severely addicted vapor. What is the by products of this smoke. Surely its chemical and nicotine. I have no problem with him doing it outside but surely not in a car or confined space. When i see people who cant let go of their devices when driving i cant understand how they have let themselfs get so addicted. Discuss.
