Thanks for the info...I'm done with them too.  I got my faulty unit that was within the return/refund period, back in the mail with nothing.  They said they couldn't duplicate the leak, which it started doing again within 3 hrs of having it back.  ::sigh::  Too bad...seems like they're losing some good customers because they need education on customer service and honesty.

Seems like a theme with this vendor. Everything is okay... until it isn't, and then the customer service... sucks.
Might try the Vapor Talk store. They're not perfect (no vendor is 100% of the time), but when things go sideways, the customer service will make it right. I may be an admin here but I don't have anything to do with the store, I'm just a frequent customer.
