I get all day vaping joy from my VariTube (same as the LavaTube) using the 18650 battery. It mostly lasts me 2 days vaping at 4.2 volts with a 3.0 ohm atty. Press on/off button 7 times to check battery level. 4.1v full battery life. 3.3 volts low battery. Anything below 3.3 volts is low and needs to be recharged. At a full charge you should be seeing 4.1 volts. What does the battery read when you first put it in?

Simple question, but not a simple answer. For hardware (battery) you can't go wrong with the eGo. For attomizers and cartomizers that depends on the juice mix PG/VG etc. The forum here has a store(s) with starter kits. I suggest one of these as a good starting point.

That's what I needed to know. Thanks a bunch. I personally like the CE2, but I have found that not all my juice works well with them. I think its more of a combination of voltage, juice mixture that makes them work well or not so much. Thanks again.

What's the difference between a CE2 and a Tank? I am going to get a ProVari or a LavaTube [VariTube] and was going to get a Tank, but i dont see the difference between a CE2 [fluxomizer] and a Tank other then the size. To me the both "look" the same. Anyone out there have a tank system and vendor they like? Thanks in advance for your advice.

Hello Soberrider and welcome to Vapor talk. The short answer is, there is no short answer. The righ hardware depends on a lot of differnt factors. The best anyone can really tell you is what works best for them and how they vape. Over the 2 years that I have been vaping my likes and dislikes have changed. For batteries I like the eGo type or manual battery. I can share with you my current everyday setup. 1. eGo passthrough from vaportalk store 2. Juice from ivape.net 3. Carto's from gotvapes.com The most important this to try differnt combinations until you find the combination that works for you. I am not a big fan of cartomizers, I can always taste the filler material and they seem to dry out way too fast. The Vision Extreme Carto's from Got Vapes work very well for me. When I am not using them, I go with de-bridged Atty's and direct drip. Hope this helps.

Smarty Tarts was good to the last drop. 10ml bottle is now toast. I still have Honey Dew and Blackberry Lemonade that is also WONDERFUL. I recommend all of these for any candy nuts like me. I did contact ivape and they are adding this to the everyday line-up soon. I will be buying more...

Hello all, I recently order iVape's limited run of Smarty Tarts and thought I would share the results. OMG I am in juice heaven. This is the 3rd juice that I have tried from iVape.net. I thought the Blackberry Lemonade was good, but this new Smarty Tarts is to die for. I was going to order MORE, I just checked their site and it is Sold Out. I emailed them to add this to the regular order selections. If there are any candy freaks out there like me, keep you eye out for this one to come back. You may hear this all the time how a juice tastes like the name, but I am telling you this is the real deal. A ton of vapor, a ton of flavor and just the right amount of throat hit. I am going to burn through this 10ML bottle quick. I am interested in hearing if anyone else got their hands on this flavor and what you have to say about it.

I had the same issue with the button flashing 3 times. With mine it was because I got juice in the button. I was able to resolve the issue by blowing out the button with canned air. Eventurally it failed again because of over dripping and getting too much juice in the battery. I think your battery is shorting out. Sorry I have no input on your second question. I never pulled on apart.

Yeah get your self a good multimeter. The digital ones work better only because it takes the guess work out of the volts. The real problem with them is testing your unit under a load. Some of these screw on volt meters wont work on the eGo because of the pulse circuit. Welcome and Contrats on being smoke free. I too switched totally when my office started with the "Smoke free campus". They removed the smokers hut and made us move off the property. Not a big deal in the summer months, but the 300 yard walk in the winter was a bummer. I too vape at my desk. I try and keep it on the downlow. When I need some heavy vaping I just go to the mens room and chill in one of the stalls. Ninja style vaping. A few folks in the office know, like my boss, but I dont blow vaper over the cubes. I simply hold it in a little longer then normal. I figured who would complain about smelling Grape or my personal favorite Blackberry Lemonade, right...

Correction: Not a FLüXOMIZER. This was an extra caro/clearomizer, just a taller version. Sorry Could not tell for sure until I opned the package. I love this one too... RY4 is super yummy. The flavors really come through on these things... I also love not having to drip so much. With how I vape, I only need to fill them up about twice a day. They work really well for my vaping.

Hello all, I am no good on Camera so sorry no video. I thought I would share my first impressions of the GotVapes Ultimo Vision. It was love at first vape. I won't go into all the technical details of the Volts, ohm's and mAh, etc. All these details can be had from their website. http://www.gotvapes.com/ I was looking for a device that was "pocket friendly". Not that I don't love my eGo, because I do. I am a direct dripping Vaper and sometimes the juice tends to spill out in my pocket. Come on you know it has happend to you too. So I started looking around, and discovered the Ultimo. At 80 bucks it was a little more then I wanted to spend, but it seemed to fit the bill. Its only money, I'll make more... I am still not sure what I like more the Device or the Vision Extreme 1.5ml Carto. THE DEVICE==The Stuff I like. Small and fits nicely in the pocket. The feel. Rubberized finish. NICE The retractable Carto Adjustable Voltage LCD Display Time and Date The number of hits per day Min Since last hit The battery level The 5 press Off selection to prevent firing in your pocket THE DEVICE==The Stuff I DONT like The Button sometime mis-fires The power charging port. NOKIA Charging system with RCA style plug. I would have liked to see a mini-USB port. The Menu Navigation is a little odd, but works well, once you know what buttons to what. THE CARTO==I LOVE this CARTO Easy to fill No leaking Hits like a champ Hold enough for an hour of vaping bliss Loads of Vapor, OMG I have never had so much Vapor... My conclusion: So did I make a good buy? In my opinion, YES. Would I buy another, YES. Would I recommend this device? Only if you have the money. Would I recommend the Carto? Oh yeah. Would I buy more? YES. These things work on any 510 device. I even like the whistle tip. I would like it better if my Trip Tips fit, but I guess I will have to give the FLüXOMIZER a try. Well... I ordered one. It came with "VISION 360 Regular" cartos. It was love at first vape. I really should do a review of this device and these Carto's. I know there are a lot of haters out there of the CE2 carto's but so far I love these. From what I understand these are the third generation of these and so far so good. I will give it a week or 3 before I post a review.

Direct drip on a de-bridged atty. This seems to give me the best flavor and vapor production. Carto's just taste off to me. I know most people say they cant taste the filler, but I sware I can... I do switch over to carto's when I have to. Like driving or where dripping is not easy.

Hi, I feel it time for a upgrade. I am looking at the GotVapes Ultimo. Also these FLüXOMIZER Cartomizer also seem like the best thing since sliced bread. Long time dripping, eGo fan, but the mess is starting to get to me. Normal Cartos just taste off to me somehow. Still rock'in the eGo. Anyone have one of these devices? I am not looking for a review really just a thums up or down on your opinion (if you have one). A device that is, not thumbs... ;-) Just kidding, you know what I mean...

Well the blackberry lemonade rocks. The very cherry is okay but not the jolly rancher i was looking for. It tastes like a mild cherry. I am hoping some steeping time will mature the flavor.

I am with BirdDog on this one. I color code my attys. I do have a mix of atty's. For me, i use copper or black for standard and red for LR's. I hardly every use the standard atty anymore. LR is the only way for me. It will drain your batteries faster so make sure you have some backups... most of them will have the tiny LR on the bottom, but some have it one the side as well.
