100 proof vodka is good. Anything above 80 proof won't have the sugars in it that can hurt atomizers. TA, I have no idea.

Try a syringe to measure your nic juice with the results from the calculator. Droppers can vary even if they look the same size. You could end up with 24mg instead of your target 18mg. When you said you vaped ejuice before with no ill effects, did you vape the 36mg your mixing with? Or a different lower mg juice? Maybe try a different brand of vg just to make sure that's not the issue either?

You might want to go with a variable mod for a bit higher voltage. (I like em around 4.2 volts too) Or try the 2.0 or 2.5 ohm dual coils?

I had some of the vortex 808d type. 4 tasted burnt, two leaked, but one that didn't leak had great flavor & vapor @ 3.7 volts. I was very impressed, but it just wasn't worth it for 1 of 5. The caps pop off all the time and annoyed the hell out of me too. LOL Is there a 5 second rule for drip tips/caps on the floor? I think a few more revisions, and these could be great though!

Just a bit wider. It must be the thickness of the plastic is just a bit more than aluminum. It's a bummer. If the stainless work like the boges though, it will keep it wet.

Clear dual coils don't fit, but the stainless do. Those would be fantastic in that tank! So if the tank cracks, are we able to purchase the replacement poly tube?

I just got one of these, love it, but I didn't know you needed slotted cartos for it when I bought it. Easy as pie.. just slide the carto, drip in the tank, slide carto back. I had one 'slotted' carto that came with it, used it, and now it'll end up in the junk drawer. Its a nice tank though, cheap, and works great! I'm just mad because I can't slot my own cartos

A really nice easy app, that allows you to save recipes... Easy E-Juice Very nice easy design. The Ipad app is really nice too, but sometimes it's not fun to get your ipad in the disaster area.

If you only have a few flavors, you can wash them out with soap, and maybe rinse in pure grain alcohol after... Just keep them for a specific flavor and it shouldn't be a problem. There are some cool mini test tube brushes to clean glass pipettes, they should work for plastic as well. Or get some glass pipettes

I would drip until new come, but you can boil them out. There are some vids on youtube to show you how.

I've never had this happen and been vaping for over 19 months, but i'm surprised it's so common! I've heard it can come from hot cinnamon type juices.. I've even seen a video where a juice like that melted a clearomizer on youtube!
