http://www.telegraph.co.uk/science/2016/12/08/e-cigarettes-unsafe-major-public-health-concern-young-people/ UK says it's safe(r) and US says it's not... Who's in big tobacco's pocket....Geez

Thanks, Prime and lightning deals were great for me this year too. It did help.

@Tam As usual you speak like Athena...the goddess of wisdom Terminator needs to go to a B&M and handle/play with the mods to see what will meet his needs best.
-
I've had mine since May and I use it the most out of all my mods and it's NEVER let me down ever. I don't have the pico mega it's the first one they came out with and I love it. I don't use the melo III tank much though I prefer my Toptanks and Avocado. I guess the question would be...If I did break it would I race out to buy another... the answer would be.....YES without hesitation .

Welcome to VT I have both a pico and evic vTwo mini and they're both great work horses but if you're looking to use bigger tanks and rba's like the baby beast or limitless or such (25mm instead of 22mm) you might want to look at the eleaf 60W TC it handles those tanks easily and is quite versatile. Picking a mod really depends on what your vaping goals are...Do you use TC or power mode do you want a built in battery or exchangeable? In order to get good advice can you share what your needs and expectations are.

@Tam That's quite an order. Are you going to wrap the wood grain ipower? Those are great looking mods. I almost bought one at my local B&M but since it's the season for giving I didn't ...my Holiday budget is tight enough ...LOL Enjoy you're new toy Tam, You were my VIP post ...I didn't realize I was about to get it..thanks

Smok TFV4 or Kengertech toptank mini
Edna replied to terminator's topic in General Vaping Discussion
I use a toptank mini on a pico as my everyday vape and I'm very happy with the set-up. I use both pre-made stock coils and the rba and it's not hard to build on once you practice a little. One thing though is sometimes you'll get a bad coil and that's a pain. I found that after trying a lot of different tanks and rba's the toptank and an avocado are my go to's and they're reliable work horses. -
@Adversarious1 I really like that red mini volt It's tiny Cool selection of juices as well.

That's about the size of it. You'll find what works best for you and your vape style. Personally though, anything higher than a 6mg nic when sub-ohm-ing makes me cough up a lung ...But then again I'm a wimp and don't vape above a 3-4mg and 35W-40W with 70vg/30pg or max vg juice I don't like the harsh throat hits.

@lsprn2b that's quite an order...wow

Not judging but I agree with Tam on this one. Ordering a new one is simple and pretty inexpensive. I'm normally the type of person that uses things up and then uses it again but attempting to repair with this sort of battery that is used so close to your face and hands isn't worth the risk next to the cost. Just food for thought. Please be careful

@FXRich Thanks, Clove is strong I think that 2% is almost too much (blech) so I think I'll cut it back to adding drops as I go until there's just a hint of it. I use the green apple in my caramel apple juice and it's great but I think that a red apple might be better for cider. I'm going to have to order red before I try again. What do you use anise in? I love licorice but have never had a juice flavored with it in it.

I have a neighbor who I bought this set up (here ) he's an esophageal cancer survivor and he's about off analogs finally . It's easy to use and great for MTL newbie vapors. The best part is coils are cheap and the charge lasts quite a long time. I also bought them for my son and daughter in law too, as stocking stuffers to see if I can get them off analogs. If it works you can upgrade them to better set ups... if not ...you're not going to go broke in the process. I just make sure I give a wide variety of juice flavors to go with them since tastes vary to each person. Finding the right juice can make all the difference as to if they stick with it or not I've found. Good luck.

Thanks @FXRich I saw that one. Have you tried it? I tried one recipe and it was too much clove or something it was just off tasting to me. I also think I might need to get a red apple flavoring instead of green apple for the right apple flavor. The green was too tart even though I tried adding sweetener. Thanks

@cany Yes it is I got a Joyetech eVic VTwo Mini 75W TC mod and the clock is an included feature. You can choose between a digital or number display. I liked the look of the numbered clock. The tank is a Kanger Toptank mini with green glass and a Santa Claus ceramic drip tip.

@Adversarious1 Yep Gotta get into the spirit It's from Central Vapors and it's excellent!

My Christmas Vape Gear to bring in the Holidays (the glass in the tank is green but doesn't photograph well)

Hey All! Does anyone have a recommendation/recipe for making a bottle of wintergreen lifesaver flavored juice? I have a "candy cane" figured out but I was hoping to add in another mint to my rotation for fun. Also, I'm trying to get an Spiced Apple Cider figured out too if anyone has a recipe they'd be willing to share I'd appreciate it. Thanks a million

I believe that it's the cinnamon that blisters your mouth. I went through that when I first started vaping. My taste buds were so dead that it was the only flavor that I could really taste. After about a week I noticed blisters on my tongue. I switched flavors and they went away. Now I only will use cinnamon for a small tank once and awhile for something different but that's it. I haven't had any problems with any juice sine.

Sadly it was before I discovered Vapor Talk and was a total newbie...I know you stand behind your products which is why I've bought mods that I've given as gifts from you. Maybe soon I can afford a new one for me.... but I'm happily trying to get the smokers around me off analogs and so far it's been working thanks to VT

I bought it at a local B&M when I first started vaping and it just stopped charging. No I'm very careful and everything ...it just quit. It was my first mod I ever got and I got the pico shortly after it and have been happily vaping ever since, I didn't use it daily or anything it shouldn't have quit , maybe I just got a defective one.

I prefer external batteries like in my picos, 60W-TC and dripbox, but I have an istick 50W that keeps me buzzing around the house all day. I like the brownies because they hold a good charge for quite awile. I had an istick 40W but it died after 4 months and tossing away a mod seems like throwing money away which is why I prefer external.

Welcome aboard Sean! Congrats on giving up the analogs. I did it 6 months ago and it's been great. You've found a great forum to help you stay motivated and answer any questions you might have. Edna
