  1. Just ordered some OCC coils from the awesome VT store
  2. Just got a blue Tesla Stealth 100W and a black toptank to go with it...I'm really enjoying it. I built a 0.6ohm SS coil for it and the flavor is fantastic. It's a beefy little mod with decent battery life. I was getting sick of black, white and red mods and wanted to add some color to my collection LOL
  3. Welcome It's a great forum! There's quite a few folks who DYI I look forward to your posts. I also enjoy some candy flavors. I have been hooked on Razzleberry ring pop for about 6 weeks now. It's been my ADV.
  4. Hello and welcome to Vapor Talk! We have a great bunch of supportive vapors here. There's a DYI section where we share (non-nic) juice recipes and hints. It's nice to hear what's going on overseas. I'll be looking forward to your posts
  5. I guess I've been lucky and it's not happened to me (yet) ...but then again I've only been vaping since May ...time will tell LOL. I'm glad it wasn't anything worse.
  6. Besides VT, my favorite online juice wizards are Central Vapors and Vape Wild both located in Texas.
  7. You said it lol! I've been avoiding all media except netflix for the past 2 weeks I did my early voting last Tuesday.....so whatever happens will happen. I just don't want to watch all the pre-election hype.
  8. BTW you're never a pain! You've always been great at helping! Thanks
  9. It's working correctly now I restarted my machine (I hadn't turned it off last night) I guess the bug fixes you did worked Thanks
  10. All of a sudden the forum isn't centering on my screen. I have to scroll either right or left to see the posts or compose one...it's weird. I just started. Yesterday it displayed fine. I'm not sure if it's the forum or the laptop I had to switch to but it just started doing it
  11. Welcome to VT! BC is beautiful. You're lucky to be there I'm sure you'll find exactly what you need with the great advice you'll find here on the forum.

    Hi

Welcome to VT yiton! My guess is that it's the eleaf 60W TC with the melo 2 kit. If you left in the stock coil, it's a 0.3 ohm coil I would start in wattage mode around 25 watts bumping it up a little at a time until it tastes good to start then go a little past until it doesn't, then back it down a bit and you'll have found it's sweet tasting spot. The other coil in the kit is for temp control, that's a whole different process. Here's a good youtube review that will explain the mod controls better : Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zz4ZGxq4JxY
  13. There are two other search engines that you might explore and that's start page and IXquick. I know ever since the Snowden NSA thing people are looking for more secure search engines. They're growing like wildfire too. Also, you might want to consider getting better color selections (which you have been) still, things are mostly black and silver and as a girl I like more color options. My last two orders... I did buy from VT
  14. The only reason I know of the store is by the forum as well. I don't use apps or things like that so I never would have known you existed.... I don't know how you'd fix it or change it. When I look for a website selling a product I want, I go to my search engine (either duck duck go or start page) and type in the product I want and scroll down the results until I see a good low price that catches my eye, or a site I know. Truthfully Vapor Talk is never on any these pages. VT prices are getting better but for some of the products I want even with free shipping it doesn't work out. I do know duck duck go is used my millions of Americans but VT never comes up because it's a secure search without tracking in it. Vapor Talk is never a "first" page hit though. I don't know if I explained it well....
  15. I had a Nemesis and it worked just fine as mech mods go. Actually it looks alot like my authentic one. I gave mine to someone who really liked it so I can't compare it one to one now....I only keep a SMPL mech mod around for when I'm building coils.... sorry.
  16. Thanks for the advice! I love working with wood, but I figure you're never too old to seek out advice Hopefully I'll have something to post in a few days (picture wise)
  17. @cany Thanks I think I'll grab some scrap to experiment with sizes. Did you drill through blue tape to prevent chipping?
  18. @cany Oh they're nice! What bits did you use? I need to make holes for both 22mm and 25mm tanks. Thanks for any advice
  19. @Earthling789 The second picture is exactly what I'm thinking except longer with less holes for tanks. I'm going to use cherry wood I think. Thanks, that's a great visual! Which Forstner bits did you use? Also did you use a regular drill bit for the 510 pin hole or a smaller forstner bit? Now I'm really excited to get going on the shelves Yay! I get a day in the wood shop **happy dance***
  20. @smacksy That was my thinking. I've got a display/storage shelf idea, (think knick-knack shelf) but I wanted to try to figure out the way , I could include the tanks into it too. I'm thinking two tier, maybe 2.5" wide by 8" long. My 7/8" Forstner bit is wide enough for the 22mm tanks with the 1/4" for the 510 pin. It would give it a clean hole look. Then maybe a 1" bit for the 25mm tanks. That should give me storage for 14+ tanks. @Adversarious1 I like the idea of a module system too, maybe multiple adjustable shelves.... Thanks guys...
  21. Good Morning Y'all! I was just wondering how you store your tanks. Now that I've been vaping awhile, I have more tanks than mods and finding a place to put them where they don't get knocked over is getting to be a pain. (especially with my daughters cat around) I've seen the ones on Amazon but they're either overpriced or cheap plastic... Anyone have any DYI ideas? I was thinking of making one since I have a Forstner bit set and a good screw gun, but would love some ideas that are aesthetically pleasing and functional. Thanks
  22. If it was a newly made juice that might explain it. Good thought !
