I'm noticing the same irregularities with regular 510 carto's. Just bought a brand new blank 5 pack. First one WAAYY to much air draw, feels like I'm sucking a straw...and getting a lower amount of vape/flavor. However, carto #2 has a little harder draw and much better vape! These are the first 510 carto's that I've tried and while the capacity seems better, I'm not sold! I've been DD-ing (best so far) and using the PTB mod on regular carts which seem to get more vape/flavor than the cartos. Am I alone in this? Does it appear that I've got hold of an old batch? Am I smoking something and it's my imagination?? Also, just saw Uma's post of a vid from someone else on filling cartos using the rubber caps, dripping into them, and forcing the juice through the carto to fill it. Anyone using this filling technique? Is it better than removing the cap and dripping into the carto? Cheers!

MY EGO ARRIVED TODAY!!!!!! Ok, I've always had AN ego, but today I got THE EGO!!! OMG, what a difference from the piece of crap that will be returned in the mail tomorrow morning!!!! Ok. I have to give props where props are due... I called GS today and explained that what I had bought from them just wasn't going to meet my needs- short battery life, no option to direct drip, no other option other than cartomizers, and not a great volume of vape. The person I talked to simply said she was sorry that it didn't meet my expectations and that those are things that some people really like about their product..simplicity. She offered to replace my battery in the case that it was faulty, but I didn't accept. No other pressure from her to keep their product. We chatted for a couple minutes about possible future upgrades (none other than battery life) and she was VERY pleasant. She immediately gave me a RM # and the address to ship it back. Upon receipt of my return, my $ would be refunded. Their customer service was great! Just had to share! Vape ON! (p.s. I'm getting more and more excited about my EGO arriving)

Ok, still coming up with questions...... Do you find that you use more juice when using carts as opposed to dripping? I would think that there would always be more left over juice in the carts which is wasted as the vape and flavor dies. Am I right on this. Wouldn't dripping be a more economical use of your juice? Just wondering so that I can plan for my next purchase...i.e. drip tip for home and carts for the road. p.s. I am SOOO enjoying this new plan of action for better health!!! Bahamas

Now my problem is that my GS isn't helping me "mentally" cut the analog habit because it's just pathetic compared to what I KNOW is on it's way. I've had more analogs since my EGO order this morning than I've had all week using my GS. My brain has switched to the "I'll cut my analogs when the REAL PV arrives" mode. Probably NOT a good state of mind, but I'm not going to beat myself up over it...

Uma and others, This was just a delightful thread! I honestly don't know how I stumbled on it but I feel as though I've been reading my grandmother's diary as she crossed the country in the late 1800's. Talk of no electricity, heavy storms, hunkering down, others worrying about you, low bridges....what a GREAT movie has played in my head and a strange warmth has flooded my heart. I tried a forum search but since "EGO" is only three letters, it didn't return any hits....... Are the Ego batteries protected? Or is there protection built into the charger? I hate to have to watch for a light change in order to stop charging before an over charge or explosion! Thanks in advance
