Yes, Bebop, you win the glamorous all expense paid trip to... your bathroom! It has hot and cold running water, a magical portal that makes things disappear, a beautiful tropical waterfall...

^^ This ^^
Internal (Li-Ion) battery, 4500mAh, 6-60W power ability, puff counter, bright display, solid buttons, and still one of the more durable APV's around... MVP series units are known for reliability and very durable. I used my MVP2.0 for 16 months before I paid it forward... and the recipient has been using it every day for the past 6-8 months without ANY issues or diminished power.
I didn't realize there were 3 USB ports on it, but the Micro port is used to charge it, and the standard USB port is used by other devices to be charged FROM/BY the MVP. I've no clue what the 3rd is for? I've used my 2.0 several times to put an emergency charge on my cell phone's pitiful battery, and it worked very well.

GRLSNGR reacted to Earthling789 in iStick Basic Kit
I've not tried the Pegasus 70W, but held one at the local B&M, and it seemed pretty solid and felt okay in my hand. The Triton 2 is a good tank, and I like them quite well. Some have complained about threading issues on the top-cap, but mine is smooth. Capacity is good, Pyrex tank, which is replaceable, and the coils have good flavor and vapor (and I'm using the 1.8 Ohm). My only complaint is the coils... they don't seem to last as long as the Kanger SubTank OCC coils... they seem to gum-up and restrict air-flow after only 4-5 tank-fulls... after 10 tank-fulls, airflow is so restricted, it's like sucking a thick milkshake through a tiny straw, lol

It would be my guess a lot of people here use the istick, I don't use one but would probably buy one if they didn't have built in internal batteries. I like to be able to change the battery.

GRLSNGR reacted to Bebop in Big Tobacco killing us?
Surely there will be a market for more advanced vaping. Dont you think that Big Tobacco will support this? In the form of "sister" companies catering to this need? Otherwise I would expect a huge underground market. I just don't see how they can stop it. It's just too dang easy to produce your own gear and juice. The amount of regulation required to limit consumer purchase of hardware, ingredients, etc is mind boggling. They would have to redesign and trademark batteries etc. It's crazy. I'll take my dozen protanks and hobble along with what I have for years if necessary....they'll have to pry my vape from my cold dead hand, lol...

GRLSNGR reacted to Earthling789 in Bump when you get something in vape mail.
I loved the Triton V1, after I got a new tank for it... the original would lock-up juice-flow The V2 Triton is better IMO because of the abitlity to take it apart and replace the glass if it breaks, lol... The only complaints I have on the whole system is the coils don't last nearly as long as I feel they should, and the top-cap threading on some of them is sub-par. Fortunately, the top-cap on mine is pristine, but the coils sometimes don't last more than 4-5 tankfuls before they get too tight to draw or lose flavor... some go 10 tanks... so there is no consistency

GRLSNGR got a reaction from jasonculp in New box mod?
THANK YOU SO MUCH! I know now that I'm a direct lung inhaler. Tam, I want you and everyone here how much I appreciate your advice and help. I'm 54, disabled, and have had a mini stroke, so a lot goes over my head and I'm forced to repeat the question. I've learned SO much from ya'll!!! I'm grateful for having found this forum and the good people in it!!! Now, does that mean I'm gonna need a 1.8 coil and lower my watts?? Remember, giving up the rest of my analogs is key. I've gone from 2 packs a day to 1/2 a pack or less, but still can't put them down completely!!!
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all!!!

It really comes down to personal preference. If you're buying the triton new, it should have a couple of coils for you to try out. I'd recommend giving them a shot before deciding one way or the other.

GRLSNGR reacted to Tam in "DUH" question of the day
Couldn't find the quote you were asking about so I'm not quite sure what the context was. I believe the "banner" I was talking about is the black box that says, "I've been smoke free for..."
And nope, you don't sound like an idiot. It's good to ask questions. How else are you going to learn?

GRLSNGR reacted to Tam in "DUH" question of the day
You're welcome. Christopher has been doing all kinds of work on the forum so there might be a hiccup or two. If you don't hear from him within a day or so, you might put in a trouble ticket. If you're having problems, chances are good that someone else is also having the same.

GRLSNGR reacted to Bebop in Bump Everytime You Buy Something New
My supply from EC Blends came in yesterday and this is promising. I got four flavors - Feels Like a Nut, Catalyan Cream, Wake up and Vape, and Pineapple Orange. They all taste really good right out of the mail but I think will improve with a little time too. Tam, the FLaN is right in my zone. I love it. Thanks for the tip. I ordered t just as you described, 40/60 pg/vg with extra sweetner and I dig it.

Well to me the 120ml bottles are just like the gas tank in my impala. The first half takes weeks to use, but the last half is gone in a day...lol
