GM Vapor Talk friends, I can't seem to find out how to get to my profile to put a cig counter on it. I'm new around there here parts and could use a little "VT for Dummies".

GM Jason and everyone else! Jason, I've been looking at ecig for my mod, cause it's the lowest price I can find, however, the tank is almost $25. That brings me just under 71 bucks. Is that a good price for this set up??? TIA

Hey ya'll, I live in Lafayette, LA. Anyone know of any vape groups close by? If not, I would be more than willing to start on, but I have NO IDEA how to do it. Vaping is becoming bug business here with 4 shops and counting! Lafayette is the 4th largest city in the state with a Mardi Gras second only to New Orleans. Very family-oriented community..... always a festival, or a cook off, or something going on here every weekend! I think we need a vape group!!

Good morning everyone!!! Thanks everyone for all the good advice. My BF has a KICKIN' tank on his box mod. It's made by Horizon Artic, I think, but apparently, they've going to discontinue them. Am going to look into the Triton and also some other tanks. Ya'll nknow me......I'm talking and I can't shut up, so you can be sure I'll keep my VT friends up on what I've decided on!!! Hey Everybody! Since the fiasco with my NEBox, I've decided to get myself a new setup for my birthday next month. I'm really impressed by what I've read about the Aspire Pegasus box mod. Went in to one of my vape shops today to buy another coil for my Kanger, and the lady that owens the shop said she loved hers, and was trying to talk her brother out of HIS!! Are any of you familiar with this mod? I want to put a nice TFV4 tank on it so I can adjust the airflow. Thoughts?

I got my NEBox about 5 weeks ago. It has given me FITS!!! Am already looking into an Aspire box mod. There's GOT to be a better way!!!!

Thanks again FXRich!! I've had SO many problems with this new box mod (Kanger NEBox), that I'm ready to go back to my Provari pen!! LOL!! In all honesty, I think it's more of user error than a problem with the mod. When I learned how to convert my temp from C to F today, I tried taking my temp down to 270-300 degrees. It made my juice taste SO bad, I put the mod back to the settings it came with. My juice tastes a little better now, but not as flavorful as it was. I vape Organic, so the juices are kinda pricey, and I don't really want to waste any, but am tempted to dump the 5ml or so of juice in my tank and start over with a new flavor to see if it tastes better. If it doesn't, the only thing I know to do is throw the mod out the window, and start all over! Sorry, bad joke, I'm just totally frustrated right now, and am STILL smoking analogs 'cause I haven't been able to find the proper nic amount in my juice yet. Hey ya'll, Can anyone tell me how to switch back to C instead of F on my temp? Ever since I went down to Ferenheit, my juice takes like crap. REALLY need to put it back the way it was. Can anyone help??? Thanks in advance, Robyn

Perhaps I shouldn't have used the word "metal". My juice is organic,, and it's like drinking a fruit punch....love it. Now that I've lowered my temp, it doesn't taste good any more.....some kind of weird taste is coming thru. I believe the juice is all PG with a 12mg nic load.

Since I last posted, my vape shop sold me a small bottle of 18mg.... it damn near killed me. I'm back at 12mg now, but think I might want to try just a LITTLE increase in nic..... maybe a 14 or 15. Thank you for your kind words.... they've given me more confidence to kee looking till I find what's right for me. Love this forum! Love everything I'm learning!!

TY SO MUCH!!!! i was able to set my temp to 370f. All of a sudden, my juice has a "metal" taste to it.... is this because I lowered the temp? I think I've vaping at 35W. Any7 advice?

Hello again FXRich. I'm vaping 12mg on 40W. This is the lowest wattage I can use and still get a decent "drag" out of the pipe. Have no idea what size coil I'm using, my BF just installed the extra one that came in the box last weekend for me. However, I have to go buy a few replacement coils tomorrow, so I suppose I'll find out then. BTW, you guys have no idea how grateful I am for all the input, advice, and education!! Thank you FXRich. I needed that info.

Until I joined this forum, I had never used anything above a Provari 2.0, however, it's 2 1/2 years old, has been repaired only once, and is built like a brick house! Love it and would buy their box if I could justify it.

Greetings from very warm, very muggy, southern Louisiana!!! As I've told ya'll, I purchased a Kanger NEBox about 5 weeks ago. I dropped it this morning and it stopped working. I rushed across town to the vendor, and they tightened the coil up and all was well. Here's my dilema: I'm still craving my analogs even though I'm vaping at 12mg in the Kanger. The vendor I bought it from said not to go over 8mg, however, the guys at my new vapor haunt tell me it's up to me, and I should try to up my nic level to 15 to see if that helps. Now, I vaped 24mg for a couple of years, and recently (before I got the Kanger) dropped down to 18 on my Provari 2.0. The Provari completely eliminated my craving for ciggies. I'm looking to get to that point again, but don't want to damage my new box or make myself sick. 12mg isn't touching me. Advice, please??? BTW, vaping at 40W, 7V (I think), 300 degrees

Is anyone else using organic juice? Tried it last week, and fell in love with the great taste and aroma. My salesman told me that the PV/VG blend was the problem, but I'm still coughing now and again when I take a big drag off my box mod. Anyone else using this stuff? I'm hooked, but wondering if the watts have anything to do with it. They mixed my juices at 12.....pretty far from the 18 I've been vaping. Wondering what I'm doing wrong. Young man at the store told me that because I'm using a box mod, I could only top out at 12. Forgive me if I've asked this before....can't find the post that I originally posted. Boy, I couldn't have messed that post up any more, could I? I ment to say I'm vaping at 40W, very low voltage. No wonder I was confused. It's that great Louisiana Public school training I got!!! LOL!!!

Thanks FXRich!! That makes me feel better except for the fact that I bought $60+ worth of juice at 12mg. Should have started with less, but my salesman told me 12 was as high as I could go. Thanks ya'll for all the good info and knowlege!!! Good tidings to all!!!

Any organic juice on any of these sites? I've switched to organic liquid, and it's so good, I never want to go back to a PG/VG mix.
