People freak out about subohming. Yes you should be smart about how low you go and know your batteries but blowing up and venting are two different things. When a battery vents it DOES NOT blow up. It's when there isn't adequate vent holes in a mod that there becomes a problem. And even before battery failure there is a pretty good chance that the mod would get so damn hot you drop it. Well part of the problem is clones. There's hardly any quality control coming out of china. Burrs in threading, crooked threads ect. But that's kind of a subject for a different time. The chi you lock ring is very nice and on the rare occasion when it does get stuck it's pretty easy to get unstuck. For locked parts of any kind, be it lock rings, sections of tubes, 510 I use either rubber dishwashing gloves (yes the yellow ones your mom used to wear) or if all else fails use a rubber strap wrench like these.

To each their own. I personally wouldn't buy it if it was 100x better. Just from a morality standpoint. Someone who so blatantly ripped someone off like that wouldn't think twice about doing the same to you. Just don't like dealing with someone who's moral compass points so far in the other direction.

Wow. I've heard of knock offs but this is going too far. The name of the website is even a ripoff. I know some vendors have tried to reverse engineer a juice that is really popular but I've never seen a vendor go to such lengths to steal business from someone's hard work.I wouldn't give them a dime even if Brandon closed up Alien Visions for good. When I saw this post I originally thought it was a typo. How some people sleep at night is beyond me.

Lets wrap this up. Since the doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong with him they blamed it on vaping. Ignorance pisses me off to no end.

The Poldiac is a new mechanical mod by Jim over at http://www.mmvapors.com It is being touted as the hardest hitting mechanical mod on the market by quite a few reviewers, due to it's .999 silver plated brass contacts. Silver has the best conductivity of any metal. It comes with 18650,18500, and 18350 tubes and pants (we'll get to that in a min.) You can choose between satin and polished stainless steel for the top cap, button body, shirt (again we'll get to this in a min.),body tube, pants,and end cap.The button is a true mechanical switch but the design is brilliant. The button is located on the side of the tube but can be positioned at either the top or bottom of the device. So what's all this talk about shirts and pants? The tube that slides over the button housing is called the shirt, where as the tube that slides over the body tube is called the pants. Jim is now offering brass shirts (7€) and pants(10€ for each tube) in satin or polished finishes. The Poldiac BTO (Build To Order) retails for 179€ ($234) with international shipping. I talked to my father the other day and come to find out that my uncle overdosed using an e cig. He went to the ER complaining of chest pain and severe skin irritation. The doctors said that he overdosed. On what I don't know. Sorry I don't have all the details. It was a relatively short conversation. My step mother went on to say that the FDA really needs to regulate e cigs and of course that caused a debate where she brought up that we don't know what the Chinese put in it and poisons have been found in some samples. I told her that most of the liquid we use now is all from FDA approved items like loranns food flavorings and vegetable glycerin and that the poison was found in 1 sample. I asked for her to think about it logically. Cigarettes contain over 4,000 different chemicals and electronic cigarettes contain 3 or 4. While not smoking will always be the healthiest alternative which would you rather do inhale vapor or smoke. She said that until the FDA approves it she isn't going to touch it. My father has since stopped using the eGo I sent him for xmas because he doesn't want to overdose. All of this may sound absurd but I can understand where he is coming from. My father has MS and 2 yrs ago doctors put him on pain meds in such high doses that using the medication as prescribed led to him having an overdose and being in a coma for 10 weeks. I personally don't think that my uncle actually overdosed on nicotine or any of the other ******** they fed him. He had only been using it a week and the doctors probably asked him the normal questions. Have you changed your eating habits? And other ?'s leading him to talk about the e cig. Out of ignorance the doctors not really knowing what was really wrong with him attributed it to his e cig usage.

Here's my question for the community. What effect if any do you think the ignorance of so called medical professionals will have on legislation to approve a ban of e cig distribution? And here is the nail in the coffin. This incident happened in NY of all places.

Some of you may know of the vaper and the V2 is soon to be released. So first we'll talk about the vaper and then we'll talk about what's new in the V2. The Vaper is a small hybrid device (the genesis atomizer is permanently affixed to the body) Made by peter k. It takes a 14500 battery and sports a 2.7ml tank. What makes the vaper unique is the the idea of making an automatic battery like the crappy blu ecigs where you didn't have to press a button to activate it. The problem was that blu and many other cigarette look alikes method of firing the device required suction to activate the "auto battery" which was a really poor design. Peter came up with the idea that the lips could push a piece of metal against a metal mouth piece to complete the circuit. Basically making a manual battery have the convenience of an auto battery. He wrapped the mouthpiece with a comfortable silicon sleeve and the Vaper was born. The Vaper V2 further improves on Peter's concept. The "mouth" switch has been redesigned to be more comfortable and instead of it being a manual switch it is now electronic. The diameter had to be increased to accommodate the new change.
