You are going to do just fine dearne. We were all new to this at one time. Just think you came at a time you could choose the eGo first thing. Now for you getting to know your preference, direct dripping, cartos or tanks, it's going to be a fun ride because you have juices to find. This is not an easy process, we didn't just fall into it over night. But that God I did. It has been one of the best things I have ever done for myself. Good luck and glad you got your eGo. glad you found someone that ships to New Zealand without charging and arm and a leg.

I believe that we have said all along on this forum that flavorings need to be able to mix with the water not oil. You are not to buy flavorings with oil. This gentleman's doctor said that it was a mixture of nicotine and oil. That's what we avoid and told to avoid. Just my two cents.

Just my 2 cents but if the web site with the caffeine additive says: use at your own risk and another product says not to use with e liquid. That would make me wonder if it would be any where near to being safe. I for one would not use this eventhough a few suppliers use caffeine as an additive (I have read), I would not even think twice about not using it. IMO

When I was using the ceramic cartos I got sores in my mouth and in my throat. I guess the hit was too strong or something but I stopped using them and in about a week the sores and sore throat went away. Don't know if that helps much but it was an experience I had.

Is the er something exclusive to another brand? The low resistance, lr, atty is what we use on the eGo. I know there are other lr attys out there but am only familiar with the ones that go on the eGo. Best atty or carto, gives you a 5volt tastes without being a 5 volt device. Let us know if you find out what the er stands for, I'm interested in knowing. Thanks

If I still worked I believe I would vape at my desk and when someone came I would suck all that vapor and hold it in my mouth and then duck under my desk and blow what was left under the desk. Where I used to work I don't think the secretarys would find that anything unusual for me to do. I got a lot of, what's she doing and they would say "Oh, that's just Cheryl".lol I worked on a university campus so wierd things happened all the time, so I wasn't alone on the wierd end of the spectrum. I wish I could spell correctly and I wouldn't have to edit as much.

Okay, talk about fast delivery service. I ordered my new 1000mah 5-click eGo batteries and lr tank attys from Rob on Thursday, went to the mailbox today and there they were. It's almost like he delivers them himself. I don't even have time to stalk my mail lady. I hope that he doesn't have too many more good deals because I promised my husband that this wsa the last order for hardware for a while. Question is, can I keep my promise? I just don't need to look at the web site anymore for a while. Just thought I would pass this along. I know a lot of y'all know about Good Prophets but a lot of noobies are looking for good vendors and they are definately one of the good ones. I haven't tried any of their juices but they are right up there with their hardware.

It looked great when he would show it, I hope that it vapes just as good as it looks. I hope you didn't have any storm damage from the other night, it was a doosie here in north Georgia.

Hi Emile, this is just me but I didn't like vaping 5volts. too strong. I coughed the whole time. I'm satisfied for right now with a eGo and a lr510 or lr306. I thought I wanted another mod right now but I think that I will wait for the Provari and award myself when my 1 year anniversary comes up. Good present I think. Hope you get what you are looking for.

Any time I am sitting, I am vaping. I thought my husband would mind, because he is a non-smoker and I thought it would bother him if I vaped around him but, not. He likes the smell of the flavors I use. He will say, what cha "smokin". He now knows when I'm vaping coffee or dessert flavors. So as long as he doesn't care if I vape, I'm vaping. Of course I vape way more than I smoked because I had to go outside to smoke. Seems funny to be inside. I haven't experienced any ill effects from vaping my 24mg.

I really like the juice from the Vapor Talk store, but they use 100%pg but 100%pg doesn't like me. I can do a 50/50 blend but that's the highest I can go on the pg. So, I use Vaperite for their organic coffee, strawberry shortcake and blueberry cheesecake. Kick Bass Vapor is a great vendor. Every thing I have ordered is great but my favorite flavor is Momma's Angel Wings (MAW), Sweet-vapes has good juices too and I'm really wanting to try Dayna's peanut butter. I like her Starbuckets coffee flavor. Coffees are by far my favorite vapes.

I'm in agreement with Brian and Kitsune. Just a blow out of the atty into a paper towel. I also, clean the battery contact with a q-tip and some alcohol. I don't have much luck with the whole boiling thing. Killed a few attys that way.

I had an order for some flavorings that was coming from Canada. The Canadian post to the sender that it had cleared their customs, well, I still haven't seen it and now haven't heard from the vendor and I ordered this stuff in February. So of course I know that my money was thrown down the drain. Funny is, I don't always read stuff like I should and only noticed it was from Canada when the vendor got in touch with me about how was I liking the flavors and how was the mixing going. But anyway, I have learned my lesson about ordered from US vendors, no more out of country vendors for me. Ugh!!!

Glad you had a great day today Erika. I love tea parties with my granddaughters, four of them. We go to a tea house a few miles from here and have "high" tea. We have been doing this for the past eight years a couple of times a year. They are now collecting tea pots and tea cups. Just remember, the house will be there, picked-up or not, but the time with your 7 year old is the most important and you are building memories with her that neither one of you will forget. The good ones last a whole lot longer than the bad. Keep it up and remember we are all here for you.

Okay, it looks like I might be in the minority. I have lost 30 pounds. I went to the doctor on Thursday and they weighed me and she had to push the weight to the left this time instead of the right. First time in a long time. I had blood work done and all that stuff and they didn't find anything wrong so I can only attribute to a change in my life style and the only thing that has changed is I am vaping now instead of smoking. Maybe it's all the water I'm drinking and that is keeping me full but the weight is off nonetheless.

@gemr, look at the post from elDuderino (sp) on this forum, I think that it was posted on January 26, 2011. He talks of a way to clean with pg. it is a long post or I would have posted it all here. Good luck.

I think this is to get this through customs which has already been said. When I get packages now, it just says "liquid" which could be about anything. If you need some sort of warning, just look at the effects that might be caused by Chantix. that scares the whoha out of me. There would have to be a lot of side effects to cause me to quit vaping. It is the "ONLY" (shouting from the rooftops) that I have used that has caused me to stop smoking cigarettes. The only thing I have not used is Chantix. Vaping is not a cessation device, it is an alternative.

Thanks DayVape. I guess I'll use what I have, then replace, use then replace and when the time comes buy some and just put it away and if there is a need to mix my own as a necessity instead of a want to I'll have it. Thanks again for your quick response.

Well all I can say is that Good Prophets is a great vendor to work with. Quality products good prices. The sales are great. But, the one thing I can't say about them that is good is that when they have those darn sales, I tend to load up on whatever they have on sale. I have a tendency to see sale and go a little bit bonkers, I justify by saying it's on sale and look at all the money I'm saving. Then I remember, back-ups back-ups, back-ups and the world is alright again.

when you receive your atty it is a good idea to blow it out (mouth on battery end and blow into a paper towel) to get the primer out. Then you fill it with your liquid. I don't drop any juice in the atty (maybe I should) but connect my tank atty to the battery and it's all good. Vaping like a champ. Although I did have trouble with attys when I first went to the tank. One vaped like a dream for a couple of hours, then died, but had another one and tried it and it was doa. But any other one I have purchased are great. Maybe you have defective attys. But when you rinse them you are supposed to wait a couple of days for them to dry out before you vape them. Good luck.
