  1. Tam there may be a simple solution, once you get it to work don't use the top fill. I know it defeats the purpose of having a top fill but if its the only way it will work it might be the way to go. In other words fill it from the bottom.
  2. It may have been out of context but it sounds like something he would say. Hopefully things will change after 2016 but I kind of doubt it. Once you open Pandora's box you can't close it.
  3. Also you have to put scotch tape over the numbers so they last longer. Or they will wear off pretty quick.
  4. I mix mine in a 30ml syringe then squirt it into a 30ml bottle, works for me. Sometimes I forget to lube the syringe after I wash it, If you don't lube it with a few drops of VG it can get sticky,
  5. The nic base and the flavorings are the most expensive part, PG and VG usually run $12- $15 per liter. Some flavor companies will mix the flavors if you ask them to, I have a favorite that consists of 1/3 watermelon 1/3 cantaloupe, and 1/3 honeydew. instead of ordering 3 4oz bottles I order one and they mix equal amounts of all 3 flavors.
  6. I have been vaping for about 2 years now and my sense of taste hasn't came back totally yet. That's why I mix my juice with 20% flavor.
  7. And you won't run out of juice because you forgot to order some, unless you forget to order supplies. Wait until all your friends want some. Have you done per ml cost?
  8. Sounds like the same as I use, but I don't like any gurgling or leaking and it doesn't take much to add a extra silicone cap so I guess I'll just keep doing it.
  9. Long stem but they still leak, I use 40% pg so it might be too thin.
  10. Tam when you use a KPT2 coil in a KPT3 do you turn the silicone cap upside down? That's the only way I can get it to not leak. Actually what I do is add a upside down silicone cap.
  11. It could be a glitch in the way the top fill works, I checked into the Triton before I decided on the subtank mini, I figured the way they cut off the juice flow to the coil while filling might get stuck sometime, or not switch properly thus cutting off flow to the coil. even though I don't have a triton could I suggest switching it back and forth a few times between vape and fill, it might help align the holes.
  12. actually I was thinking mouth to lung, but I suppose you could translate it a lot of different ways, like LOL could mean looney on loose.
  13. What I ended up doing was to use the RBA on the subtank and winding some flatwire and making a 1.8 coil, I'm a MTL person and with the air on the middle hole it seemed to be perfect for me.
  14. If he has a large enough budget people here will be more than happy telling him what to buy.
  15. Put it in a mystery box then it will be someone else's problem.
  16. Flip a coin, or better yet compare prices including shipping.
  17. Battery sold separately means the 18650 that powers it. Mods that use a 18650 battery aren't normally sold with the battery which runs between $5 to $10 some mods use 2 18650 batteries, some have internal batteries which can't be replaced unless you really know what you are doing.
  18. A KPT also works much better at a slightly higher wattage than what is available with a regular battery. So your aerotank will probably perform much better too. Doesn't the aerotank mini use ego thread, most of the sub ohm batteries don't have ego threads, just 510 threads. That's why I got the subtank mini kit it costs less than some box mods and comes with battery and tank.
  19. One thing to consider is can your current battery run a sub ohm tank? My evic will run a subtank but only if I use a 1.5 ohm coil or better, and then not as well as the sub box will. You may be better off getting the battery first.
  20. I just upgraded not long ago from a evic to a subtank mini kit, Now I have 3 of them. There are some pretty good deals right now on them, some as low as $50.00 I'm addicted to the subtank they are very versatile you can use the factory coils or the RBA that comes with the kit. I use the RBA, only used 1 factory coil so far.
  21. I like heartland vapes. They seem to have flavors from most of the flavor makers and they have good prices on their nic base and pg and vg. Comp probably knows best, but we all have our own preferences. Heartland vapes is kind of a one stop place for everything DIY for me.
  22. I don't know if you want to do this but to run 32 bit programs on my computer I installed virtualbox by Oracle. what it does is install an older OS I installed XP when I want to run an older program I can run it on XP. Its almost like running a dual boot machine but you don't have to reboot. You can also try to run it in compatibility mode, sometimes it works sometimes not.
  23. I use the coil master, but then again I don't have arthritis so I can't say how it would work for you. The coil master is real easy to use and is fairly cheap. Maybe someone here that has arthritis, and makes their own coils could point you to one more suited to you.
  24. Went up to Crater lake a couple of weeks ago, 8 feet of snow on the side of the road in places. Wasn't sure if I wanted to come down into 100 degree heat we had then.
