That's a panasonic NCR18650B its only rated at 4.87 amp continuous discharge rate, About a .8 ohm coil or above would be safe. Looks like Adversarious beat me to it

Mix a little mint and cinnamon with a tea flavor, maybe add a little vanilla. the only thing I can think of.
-
I have been using a cinnamon flavor from TFA that's pretty good, but if you use more than 3% it gets a little hot almost like cinnamon hotties.

Have you been vaping painkillers? Been powdering them up and adding them to your juice?

Most of us here started smoking when young, so none of us are the brightest bulb in the circuit.

What I'm trying to say in the end I get a juice that is 20%PG/70%VG/10%water, but not always because I don't always use 20% flavor. When I mix my coffee juice I only use 8% coffee and end up with 8%PG/10%water/82%VG, which makes it about the same thickness as 30PG/70VG. Sometimes I'm not very good at explaining things, hope I didn't confuse you more.

2/3 of my flavors are FW, about 1/3 are TFA, I have not tried Capella because the price is double that of other flavors, don't know if it is better or not. I pay close attention to the ingredients in the flavor, sometimes one manufacturer has a ingredient I don't want and another manufacturer has the same flavor without the ingredient I don't want. Also there is the coil killing to look at, most chocolate flavors are dark and are coil killers, the double chocolate clear by TFA is not a coil killer. One of the flavors I like is coffee, but so far have not found one that is not a coil killer, if someone knows of one please let me know.

Another thing to consider when making juice is the use of distilled water. I use distilled water in some of my juices that are coil killers, and it helps a lot, about a year or so ago I tried some flavors that were water/alcohol based, and got a lot of spitback. I blamed it on the water, and as usual was wrong, the alcohol probably caused the spitback since the flavoring had 45% alcohol. Lately I have been using 10% distilled water in my coil killing juices with no spitback, and the coils last longer. I normally make 30PG/70VG juice with 20% flavoring, and 10% PG, the flavoring being PG brings the ratio up to 30% PG. Now I substitute water for the 10% PG. The water thins the juice more than PG, and water vaporizes at a lower temp than PG so it makes for a lower vape temp, and makes less throat hit. I don't recommend city tap water because it has chemicals in it, our water comes from a well but don't know what is in it so I get distilled water which is really cheap, less than $1 per gal.

When I first started making juice I ordered 30ml bottles, didn't take long to figure out I needed to order 4oz bottles. Some flavors like butterscotch, strawberry, vanilla custard, and some other flavors I order in 8oz bottles. I reuse flavor bottles to make juices. I rarely make 30ml batches anymore mostly just for trial batches.

I lost count on how many flavors I have, yesterday I ordered some flavors I was getting low on, and I had to add 2 more flavors that I don't have, peanut butter, and bubblegum. Why I ordered bubblegum I have no idea, but didn't have any so I got some.

The more you read the more confusing it gets

If you wait awhile Adversarious, our baby beast expert might chime in, and tell you what you need to know. -

You can find ejuicemeup here, and a lot of recipes too. http://www.kritikalmass.net/calculators.asp -
I did add a mini fridge to my office/vape room to store some of my DIY vape supplies. Actually since I semi-retired my office has become more of a vape hobby room.
-
Walt is going to add a room just for his vape gear, and juice lab.

My collection is small compared to some people here on VT. 3 dual battery mods 3 single battery mods 2 subvods 4 Subtank nanos 6 Subtank minis 2 RDA At least 4 more mods unopened in the box, and more tanks than I want to mention.

The most important thing to remember about using TC is to make sure the coil is at room temp before locking in the resistance. From what I've read on the subject, the mod assumes the locked in resistance is the coil being at 20c or 68f, if the coil is hot or cold when the resistance is locked in the TC will be inaccurate. The problems I have encountered using TC has been user error on my part, locking in a warm coil, wrong mode for wire used, or a combination of both.
-
I have 5 TC mods, all Kanger so I can't say if some mods handle TC better than other mods, some mods may do TC better than other mods made by the same maker, but a different model. Different models made by the same manufacturer have different chipsets, and so may do TC differently.

Don't have a Pico or a Tsunami, but am going to chime in anyway. I told myself a long time ago that I wasn't going to drip, but a few months ago I got a Kanger 160w dripbox from the VT store. I didn't like the RDA that came with it so I got a aspire RDA (also from VT store) Been a happy dripper ever since. I run dual SS coils that test out at .32 ohms, and run 370f - 380f. I did try a Tsunami that I borrowed from a friend, but kept flooding it to the point where juice would leak out the air intake holes. (squeezed the bottle too much) What I find is convenient is the 7ml bottle is built into the mod, and no reason to carry a bottle of juice around with me, I can even drip and drive with it. The batteries only last about 1 bottle full of juice, but that is probably due to the coil configuration.

Not only is the muffin man stalking you, the revenuers might start too. Actually I think people are allowed to make so much for personal consumption, the amount I'm not sure of.

What did I learn about vaping today......

I have a solar charger for charging cell phones that I suppose would work for mods, haven't used it yet but have it somewhere (I think I hid it from myself) -

We live 15 miles from where the flatlanders hang out, and we vape. I know people that live off the grid that vape. (they use solar panels to charge their mods) The power lines only go a few miles beyond where we live. There's people other than me that live in the boonies, that are on VT. Where you live hasn't got much to do with vaping. -
We all have to do what works for us, what works for one person may not work for someone else. If you find a better way to do something let the rest of us know so we can try it too.

I also use 28g SS for my builds, and find if I double the wire where it goes through the hole it does help, but its kind of a PITA to do. I double the wire and twist it together, and end up with more wire in the hole.
-
I always use a coil winding tool to hold it in place while tightening the screw. If you put your coil master through the coil while tightening the screw it will help prevent the coil being deformed.
-
I guess the Sense Herakles RTA-2 is a velocity style deck, at least it looks like one to me, the wire shouldn't move when tightening the screws.
