I was 211 when I stopped & food tastes soooo much better now I havent yet learned portion control... I rock the scales yest atta pleasently plump 236,, Dr told me that since I stopped I'd have to watch what I eat?? not a problem there,, I watch every fork full to make sure I dont drop any....

HUNGRY Man dinners are great when yer eat'n solo.. however back in my vacation from marriage years,, I used to getta bag of frozen Chimichungas & a can of Austex HotDog chili sauce, nuke 4 Chimis fer 2mins flip & repeat fer 2 more then heat sauce on stove fer 3mins,, cover Chimis with sauce smother in shredded cheese & dig in... I always left a Happy Plate in the sink!!!!
