Imo i would suggest a sigelei 100w plus...just did a review on it earlier today. It is a little bit higher on price, but it works great...this is just my opinion.

I got a Sigelei 100 watt plus box mod recently for review. The mod takes 2 18650 batteries. be sure to use batteries rated at 25 amps or higher. Wattage Range: 10w-100w Lowest Atomizer Resistance: 0.15 ohms Features: Low Voltage Protection High Voltage Warning Reverse Battery Protection: (i.e. if you put the batteries in backwards it wont fry the chip) Low Resistance Protection Short Circuit Protection High Temperature Warning Spring Loaded Copper 510 Pin Spring Loaded Copper Battery Contacts. But only on the upper ones. Battery Vent Holes On The Bottom Of The Mod. To turn the device on/off just click the fire button five times consecutively, to lock or unlock the device just hold the wattage up and wattage down buttons at the same time for five seconds and it will lock/unlock the device. Wattage adjustments are in 0.1w increments under 50w and over 50w it is in 1.0w increments The screen displays your battery life, current wattage setting, current voltage, and your current attomizer resistance. The Battery door is held in place by four strong magnets on the top and the bottom, it is easy to remove yet it holds well enough to were it will not fall off by itself. The Mod also comes with a protective rubber sleeve. Granted i have only been using this mod for a day but i love it. The only con i have found is that the battery percentage on the display does fluxuate a little bit. but i personally don't care about it. so it is a subjective con. I havent found any other flaws with this device, all around it is a fantastic mod for the price of under a hundred bucks. My package from fasttech showed up today with 2 - five packs of atlantis coils, a pair of plato flush wire cutters and a big dripper rdta clone. Not pictured is my 2 lg he4 18650's that also arrived today.

Your welcome...wanted to give my full honest opinion on it...other than the few issues i mentioned, it still works great and does it's job...but i did manage to work out the kinks... Stay tuned i have a sigelei 100w plus review coming soon.

Sounds like what mirage said, your tank's postive pin is being pushed up too far and causing a direct short. Which in turn is going to short the battery and you dont want that, because you run the risk of the battery venting in the mod or worse....exploding. Even with the best batts a direct short is never good. My suggestion to you is to get a new battery, if its 18650 go and get a purple efest, red lg imr, or sky blue samsung 25r...but always make sure that the battery is rated high enough to handle the load. In case of the Atlantis being a sub-ohm tank with 0.5 ohm coils you need a batt rated at 20 amps or higher. Yes it sounds like you have a shotty battery...but it also sounds like you dont need to use the atlantis on that mod, because the mod doesnt have an adjustable 510. And from what i have seen the 510 is not adjustable. So i would find a different atty to use with it, preferrably one with an adjustable positive pin. But this is my opinion and i am just going off information that i have collected here on the forums. Read too many stories about the catastrophic events from people using bad batts in mech's or pushing there equipment past its limits. Not trying to scare you just trying to look out for your safety.

I have had to do the same thing with juices i have bought from a b&m, where i tried them in store and they tasted great but when i get home it tastes different. So i dump the tank and clean it, fill up with a juice i like and sit that bottle aside for a little while.

I gotcha muddrum, just throwing that out there...dont blame you though, because my only mech is a 26650 copper cartel clone that i got for a steal.

Muddrum praxis has an 18350 mod with the hybrid topcap i saw one at a b&m last weekend when i was up in N.C.
