Yes you can use I while charging.Its not recommended to drain your battery till it's completely dead.And I would wait Until it's completely charged before vaping.once your battery gets to about 30% that's when you should charge.the more you drain the battery the more it wears it out.

I picked up a bottle of Doc Holliday from Gunslinger today.The flavor profile is Banana Waffle and Cream.Its really good stuff,I have it in my Arctic now but the flavor really shines on a dripper. 4 out of 5 stars IMO
