Cuttwood - Unicorn milk - don't vape- poison!
Mplough replied to Aquatroy's topic in General eLiquid Discussion
Does anyone who if Cuttwood ever addressed this? I found a new shop yesterday and purchased the Boss Reserve. I don't recall the Unicorns Milk being a milky color. -
Well I purchased a box of replacement 0.5 Ohm OCC heads today for the Kanger. Primed one up and I have to tell you that this tank kicks ***! Compared to the Atlantis I think the Kanger is a better setup. A few days ago I couldn't make up my mind but having used the stock 0.5 today I can. The Kanger is a warmer more volume filled vape and the taste is awesome. The Atlantis is still a good tank but it is airier and cool by comparison. Now that I've played around with the RBA, I think I'll build a better micro coil this week.

Thanks guys, I should know by the end of the week.

Gracious! This will be my "obnoxious to annoy the wife with plumes of vapor" tool.

Which flavor dollar store? Dollar General, Dollar Tree? That is a cool thought. BTW someone should offer a glass bottle buy back program. I have about 12 empty bottles sitting on my desk.
-
WFT are those? Are those ice trays? Honestly if she hadn't offered I'd be all over those.

Who has an Atlantis and actually likes it?
Mplough replied to smacksy's topic in General Vaping Discussion
I gotta tell you. After using my Kanger sub for 2 days now I will use my Atlantis just as I predicted. I have the Atlantis on a CF MOD for around the house and the Kanger on a Siegeli 100W for work. I'm a service technician and do a lot of driving so I can shut off the Siegeli and save power and combined with the 6ml Kanger tank, should last me 3-4 days. They vape differently and I really cannot choose which one i like better so I won't. There is no competition for me, I like them both and IMO they are both are budget priced. -
I have a friend that is a machinist. She has offered to build me a caddy after seeing my mostly pathetic homemade caddy that I drilled using a 2x4. I told her, hey it does the job. Anyway, she has the ability to draw one up in CAD and have her machine do it all or do it by hand. I'm opting for the automated version. Would anyone happen to have a blue print for one that I can give her? I saw this one at my local shop but it was given to them and they don't want to come off it. It looks like a block for an Audi 5 cylinder.

On your advice I ordered a black one. Should look pretty sick sitting atop my Apsire CF MOD.

Well 8 coils is a bit much, more than I would use however I am a fan of hex and torx bits. Looks like something with plenty of room to work with.

Anyone heard or have any knowledge of these? I'm looking for any inexpensive RDA to learn on. I'm kinda digging the hex set screws.

Japanese organic cotton vs. domestic?
Mplough replied to LOSTSOUL VAPORZ's topic in General Vaping Discussion
Well I had an epiphany tonight. My Kanger sub tank came with Japanese cotton. I tried using organic cotton balls when doing the RBA. I kept getting dry hits and finally pulled the cotton, cut the ends and found white spots in it. So, I'm not puling the cotton apart enough to keep the liquid flowing. I rewicked with the Japanese which is already combed and no speed bumps. Much smoother draw. -
Well well.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6w2p09Iu11U I used 26 gauge Kanthal on a 3mm bit, 4 turns and have an 0.8 Ohm coil. I ran some organic cotton trough and left about 2mm hanging out of the sides. There is a gap between the bottom of the hole in the head and the deck base, so as the head is designed there will be about 1mm of juice in the bottom of the tank that you cannot wick up. The 2mm of cotton I left outside the holes soaks up what's below the head inlet. I vaped a tankful today and took it to empty. Works like a charm

Using a Sigelei and on the RDA the flavor is better. I have no experience on building so I am having some wicking problems. I just rebuilt one of the stock heads, 1.4 Ohms and am vaping the crap out of it. Flavor seems more robust than the Atlantic. A work in progress.

Well I talked myself....into talking the wife out of it. I ordered the Kanger Subtank instead. Fiscally more responsible Have to say I am digging the Subtank.

New CF MOD for my Atlantis. Work friggin great! -
Lmao! When I first saw this I automatically thought this was going to be bacon flavored cotton. Admittedly this is a juvenile comment but after looking at them I realized my wife has a box of those already.

I don't think you'll be disappointed at all. You say you'll never use that much power, never say never I like mine, use it for days, get an extra set of batteries and you'll never be without it! -

How do you guys get your photos so large when you post? When I upload to "My Media" they come out small.
