But there's plenty of books that aren't movies that are pretty good. Reading 10-15 pages of a book a night hardly takes any time at all, I pick it up while watching an hour or so of TV and I'm set.

Right on. I like a cooler vape and I've found that the Spinner 2 at 3.8 with 1.8 coils and either tank (mini or Pro 2) is my "sweet spot". We probably have the same taste.

I was looking for a new desktop wallpaper and came across this pic of a really nice house in Bellingham, WA. There's no way a 2 hour movie can fit everything from an entire book into it, so adjustments have to be made. Unless you want a 12 hour movie so that it just reads the book back to you with actors saying all the lines. I get that movies tend to be letdowns from the books they're adapted from, but it's just the reality of the two mediums. If you go into a movie knowing that it isn't going to be a letdown.

Edit: Also, in the comments people mention to get a coil at about 1.1 for the "sweet spot". I thought the lower a coil's number was the hotter it vaped? I'm trying to avoid it being so hot.
