If you mean the Istick, it charges with a cell phone style charger and it can be used during charging. I have used my Nautilus on my Istick without any problems. But, the Nautilus Mini does look better on it. Here's my Istick with the full size Nautilus tank.

I'm really liking the Delta tank. It's equal to if not better than my Nautilus Mini.
