The reason why you can't start new topics anywhere else other than New Members and Introduce Yourself is because you're new. You need a minimum of three posts before you can post in other threads. This keeps the spammers to a minimum and in only one or two places. After a couple more posts you should be good. If not, let us know.
Good luck on your fix. Trying to deal direct with someone in China is hard, which is why we strongly suggest buying from US based vendors.
