Another for the Buzz, Vari-Volt is the wave of the future. Still eying that Pro-Vari too!

Here's one I've been playing with, Loda Water (corny I know): Nic Base ( I start with 18mg/PG) 20% PA Pinacolada (PA) 5% 0mg Watermelon 1 drop/ml Graham Cracker (PA) 1 drop/ml of VT Mentha 24mg (thanks for the idea Kit!) In a 3.0 Ohm carto on 4.7 volts and is a tasty fog formula!

Welcome to VT! I started with Prosmoke and thankful that I did, but it wasn't long until I went with a Silver Bullet Mod just for the battery life. Several ways to increase TH, I chose to go to a 24mg from a 18mg is what I started from Prosmoke, but now I am back down to 18 and using a higher voltage PV. Best thing about switching to e-cigs, there are so many options you'll just have to try and see what fits you the best!

I just used Everclear on my last batch of cleaning. I soaked the cartos and my 2 attys for about a hour, then used a modified nasal syringe (snot sucker)to swish the Everclear through and my cartos and attys were cleaner than I ever seen them. Blew them out with lung power and let them dry overnight. A couple still had the bad taste like they were burnt but most came out great and tasted like new. I am still on the fence whether its worth it or not, cost of Everclear here is $10 for a small bottle, but I guess if I get a week more out of a carto it might be worth it on the long run. I had been boiling my cartos,and not getting the filler near as clean but our water here is really bad and I was tasting the chlorine even after 48 hours of drying. Just my 2 cents worth.

I absolutely love my Buzz. Even with the little screw drive I have it pretty well down. Once I measure the voltage, if I feel that I want to up it a little, I know a 180 degree twist will up it right at .2 volts, but most of the time I don't even adjust it. I have learned with the different resistance on the cartos it all comes out between 6 and 6.5 watts is where my sweet spot is and I adjust the voltage to make come out right. My poor SB is feeling neglected, if I get this it might run away from home!

I think this will be the next mod I get! Will be looking for your review Chris. I think I am turning in to a mod collector!

I have dived in to the world of DIY and really enjoying it. Mad several small batches and taste fine, moved up to creating my own flavors to taste and getting more hooked with each batch. While hanging out at some other forums on DIY'ing started to hear about "Steeping" and how it increases the flavor. Now I am not a impatient man, but when I mix a batch I want it NOW. Is it really that much better to make a batch of this lovely liquid and then let it sit in a cool dark place all by itself for a week or more?

I've noticed my eyes being dryer than normal, thought it was I am on the Forums more. I sit behind 4 monitors all day then come home and drag out the laptop till I go to bed. Will be watching this close, I am not going to quit vaping. We all will need to increase our water intake.

Welcome Stanley, Don't let Kitsune fool you, she is the resident expert when it comes to DIY. I just started in the DIY world and I am hooked. I wasn't getting the taste I thought I should with a lot of the pre-mixed liquids either so that's why I dabble with DIY. I wanted to add another site that I use One Stop DIY Shop and bought one of their Artisan kits. It will have all you need that Kitsune listed and they give great service too!

The Cotton Candy is a good "once in a while" vape. I wouldn't have it in my "all day" line up but it's good desert vape. I also use it in some of my DIY mixes and it add just enough sweetness to my mixed concoctions. The blueberry was such a big surprise to me, had never even thought of vaping it, but it's another one of those desert vapes, not all day, but a good evening vape. Butter Rum I go though like crazy, and the Irish Mintz has caught my eye too, will order it soon. I order regular from Mad Vapes,yesterday as a matter of fact, I think you like them well!

Most of that sounds OK with a couple exceptions. The part not advertising as a "safe" alternative to smoking and purchaser must produce a goverment issued ID????? Hows that going to work over the internet? Still could be a positive step?

Nicely done Virtus24! Good audio clear and concise. I'm, not big on tobacco flavors, but I just might give that one a try.

I got some of those from Madvapes too, I found on them when they get hard to draw on, I take a paper clip straightened out best I can and run it from the the threaded end up till I can see it poke trough the filler then wiggle it a bit and remove. Ive done this to about 10 of them so far (even the Boge's) and they draw better than they did when they were new. Doing this and rinsing out with hot water I've had them last for 5-6 cycles like this. I like a VG mix too, 70/30 pg/vg to 50/50, after about a day of heavy vaping I find the draw getting tougher.

This person from "Smoke Free Electronic Cigarettes" (if there was such a person) is probably someone that works in one of the mall Kiosks and would have been nailed because he doesn't know any more than that interviewer. Only thing they know is how to sell a $39 kit for $149 and a cart should last same as about 2 paks! I think we should start a campaign to get Chris on one of these shows!

Not that it helps you now Lori, but what kind of connector is on those Carto's? Are they a gold/brass type? I have had nothing but bad luck with gold/brass ones, only ones I'll buy now are the silver/aluminum ones from Boge.

To use a drip tip on a carto, I just remove the end pieces (white caps on most) and insert the Drip Tip. For me this is the best option, I binge vape till the casing on the carto gets HOT and was burning my lips. The Drip tip helps keep the heat and makes it easier to refill that carto too!

Seen a review on this from Dr. Vapor, he highly recommended it, and he also said he adds Peach to it. Think I'll try that in my next order. Thanks for the review Schlitz!

Just want to give David at Madvapes.com a thumb up. I've ordered several thing in the past and have always received fast accurate service. But last week I had ordered some batteries and liquid and Friday received my package with 2 30 (Banana Bread and Blueberry)and 2 5mil (Cotton Candy and Cola)e-liquids. I know stuff happens so I sent a e-mail offering to send it back. Got a e-mail from David yesterday telling me to keep the liquids and my order would be reshipped. That to me is great customer service and just wanted to recommend Madvapes.com as a great supplier for our quest! P.M. I always wanted to try the Banana Bread but never even thought of trying the Blueberry or Cotton Candy and now I really like them too!

Welcome to VT Sandy and thanks for asking that question. I was wondering the same thing myself, I've seen some other post saying they refrigerate their e-liquids and was afraid I'd messed up by not doing so. I've kept all of my supplies in a old tool box beside my chair for safe keeping .

Way to go! I never smoke anologs in the house, but I do keep a old ashtray in the shop just to remind me how bad they smelt.

As for myself I can say I definitely feel a whole lot better, breathing a lot better, sleeping better and have lost 15 lbs in 2 months and not even trying. I couldn't tell you the last time I had a SPo2 test, but I know it has to be better now. I hope some noobs get this done early, wish I had thought of it. Great idea!

Couldn't resist any more, ordered my blemished Buzz last night, diving in the to the world of AV. It's only been nearly two months and already this will be my third PV. So far my wife is going along with all these toys since she's even noticed a difference in me since I've been vaping and not holding me to the "Oh I'll save money by vaping" line . Don't know how many people here have the Buzz, but the reviews I've seen here had helped alot and I thank you all for shareing. Was it me or is there a shortage of the 16340 batteries? I every where I looked they were out until I found some at MadVapes. Any way got them all on the way and hope to report back on this great ride called Vapeing!
