What you are exhaling is water vapor, have you ever used one if those misters to cool down places? it's almost the same principle, only that vapor is water in even smaller particles. so it should feel cool. now... i don't know about ice cube cold.

Yup, well not really banned it. But categorized it as tobacco product until further information from the FDA. So basically we are not allowed to smoke indoors. We have to go to the smoking area to use them. But guess what? I don't really care, my coworkers and my boss don't mind me doing it inside. So all i have to do is to be careful not to do it in front of any higher up!!

They come in different models and brands but a lot of them are compatible with other brands. for example the eGo and the tornado are the same. Also the 510 atty's are compatible with the eGo. just do a research to see what specific model is the trio red(example m401, 510, etc.) and buy replacement parts for that specific model. At work I explained to my coworkers what an ecig is and asked them if they would mind me doing it inside and they don't mind it at all. some other places like the coffee place I frequent, I talked to the manager and explained him what an ecig is and also tell him the if I bother somebody or somebody complain and he cant handle it that I would stop or do it outside. So far i haven't have to go outside.

It would also be nice if suppliers put a brief description of what an ecig is and how it work on the back of the card. That way if you are in a lil hurry(like i'm always are lately) you just pass them a card and keep going. BTW I'm also down to receive some bizness cards to give to people that ask me about it!
