Thanks. After I dry burned, I didn't rinse. Maybe that's it? Can it be saved by re-rinsing, or is it just done for? I think I had it too tighly, it was much more than just snug. Lol. Well, live and learn.

My kpt2 mini came with a replacement head and I already ordered 5 more, so I figured, what's the harm in trying to learn cleaning & dry burning? Well, I did the dry burn, but now everything tastes burnt! I figured I screwed up somewhere. So I put onthe replacement head I had on hand, and it also tastes burnt! I haven't done anything to it to make it taste that way. I'm confused. What could be up? I put on my iclear 16D and it works fine. My tank is also leaking on the kpt 2 mini every since I took it apart. I'm just so confused. Lol

This whole piece gets really hot. I haven't had that happen with the kpt2.

Sorry for being such a noob, but do you mean the heat of the coils? Because I noticed if I'm chain vaping, the 2.1 ohm gets really hot, but my kpt 2 mini doesn't. I have no idea what's up with that. Lol if anyone has any links to basics of this stuff, it'd be appreciated. I've read just about every sticky, and tried Google.. I'm just not quite grasping some stuff.

I have a firefly v2 1000mah battery. Recently, I was at my local vape shop and the guy said that 2.1 ohms was too much for my battery. Any insights on that? Also, is 1.5 ohms too low?

This is only my 3rd day vaping. I just tried to smoke an analog and I literally almost puked. I just couldn't. I'm still slightly crashing one every once in a while, so I decided to bum one for a lay hoorah.. NEVER. AGAIN. I had read that they taste disgusting after a while.. but three days was unexpected.

Me too!! Lol sorry, I keep getting the pg and vg confused. I never remember which is which. Lol I just know one is thinner and gives less vapor, the other is thicker and gives more vapor/flavor. Or at least that's what I've read on Dr. Google. :P

Since I have no idea what ratio mine is, I've been trying to read a bit. It's giving me a tight throat that is a little sore. I'm going to up my water intake to see if that helps. I also read that a higher PG content may help. I'm afraid that if I get a high PG blend, my throat hit won't be good enough to keep me off analogs. Any advice on that front? Also, @Comp, if you ever get a good coffee flavor, I definitely want it! Lol
