Two days on a charge is awesome! I'll be buying 2 of the XL eGo batteries soon! My 650's are really good, but the XL's will give me more time between charges. I've been rotating 2 650's but they'll stop working sooner or later. Hopefully later! LOL

Thank you for the link! The Xpower models look nice! I like the idea of including cartomizers instead of cartridges in the starter kit! The 900mAh batteries are a good step up from 650's too! I'm happy with my eGo for now. I might purchase some larger mAh batteries my next order though, to replace my 650's. I just noticed that is a link to a website in Avis, PA so its in the US!

I saw that awesomevapor had some regular size 510 E2's so I bought some to try out. The previous ones I bought before from cloudsofvapor were the Mega size 510 E2's. IMO none of these E2's are any good. I know that I won't buy anymore of them! This newest order came in a blister pack, thought they might be from a newer production run. (All the bugs worked out!) The first one I tried has a problem. You can't get a draw from it unless its really loose on the battery, to let air in from the bottom! I filled a second one and it works ok, but hardly any flavor from it unless you turn it upside down and shake it from time to time, to help it wick better. I'm just going to stick with my new shipment of 510 cartomizers. I got some from different places and they all seem to work pretty well for me! Maybe in the future (If everything isn't on a government ban list) these E2's will be made correctly and work better!

PLEASE post a link so people can check out this XPower! I ordered my eGo double set from a website in China a month ago. (Didn't realize they were in China till after the order was placed!) But it came, after sitting in Chicago Customs for three days. But it didn't take too long. I'm wondering if shipments are being stopped and confiscated now though!

8th grade = 14 years old (Since most people graduate from high school at age 18) If two 8th grade girls can just waltz up to a stand and buy these products, why didn't someone step in and do something about it? The products "ARE NOT" for sale to MINORS (anyone under 18) So IMO the dishonest idiot selling these from that stand needs to go to jail. The "person" that witnessed them buying these and reported it to "Mr Big Wig Reporter" should have called a police officer in! That way minors aren't getting these PV's and these sorts of "negative" stories don't get forced into the media! Every online site says 18 years old to buy, WARNINGS all over the front page of the websites. E Liquids and most of the items say not for anyone under 18! You also need a credit/debit card to make a purchase. I find it hard to believe that 14 year old girls can walk up to a stand and buy E Cigs for themselves and there friends! The reporter said they had an envelope full of cash! I don't believe the story in the first place! But if its true, and the owner of that stand did sell to anyone under 18, they should be going to jail! Then they can plaster the story all over the media because it would show that these "ARE NOT" being sold to under age kids! (The rest of the article seems to be filled with BS that proves the reporter didn't even bother to research any of the TRUE information available!) He writes at Cold Truth.) If he's such a great reporter, why didn't he get any of the information in this story correct? Why didn't he report any of the positive facts about these products? I'd like to know if he reported that stand owner to the police? He's acting as if he's such a caring upstanding reporter and citizen! (ALL HYPE!)

Christopher, At this rate, how long are we going to be able to purchase E Cigs and supplies before this goes into law? Sounds like everything's being passed and approved right through the system without any kind of legal protocol! You said the lawsuit isn't even decided on yet!

I feel bad for complaining since I read that letter from the FDA to The Electronic Cigarette Association! I think the FDA is "DEAD SET" on ending the E Cig market unless the Federal Government is in complete control over it!

So this means that suppliers can't sell E Cigs or anything relating to them, and we can't purchase E Cigs or anything related to them? Right?

My latest order was supposed to be here today! The USPS tracking said it passed through and left the Kansas City sorting facility on its way to the destination last night at 9:48 PM. (I always get my packages the day after they go through KC!) But no package came today. My post person, stopped because she knew I was waiting for something, since I was on my front porch! She told me sorry no package, and she also told me she'd keep an eye out for it! OK? I came inside and checked USPS tracking site again and now it "ALSO" says it passed through and left the KC sorting facility at 12:49PM today! Sounds to me like it never left Kansas City last night like the site says it did! Priority Mail? The package sits in KC all night until the next afternoon? Only 2 1/2 hours away from me!

Same as always! No truth! No facts! Just pump out more dishonest hype, so the cigarette industry can continue to dominate (kill) the public!

Glad you got the eGo! It's great! I have a set of eGo's too. I was on Vermont Vapors website yesterday! I'm thinking about tryin there Clove flavor.

I ordered some standard 510 cartomizers from awesomevapor and they work VERY well for me. I got some "high performance" 510's from another place and they work ok but for some reason (filling the same way) they tend to leak for me, right after filling. Don't know why exactly. Might be the filler, but it looks the same. I "think" that these have to be from different manufacturers because the standard five pack have gold colored threads and they look well built. The "high performance" ones have a silver colored thread and look to be cheaply made. They also have a larger hole in the positive conductor at the bottom. IMO all are of the same basic design but the difference is who makes them, materials used and how well they are manufactured! Plus a good QC helps too!

I just got into using cartomizers recently. I've been vaping a month now. Was direct dripping most of the time. (I don't like cartridges and filler at all) 510 cartomizers work pretty well IMO. I'm going to give this blue foam a try. Sounds like it works even better than the rolled filler. Thanks for the info!

I always smoked Djaurm Blacks. But I use to share a Marlboro with my buddy Tommy once in a while. He "always" smokes them. Still does. To me they were really strong and they gave me a head rush. My buddy Shane smokes Camel Crushes. I always liked them more than Marlboro. I got a free sample of Camel flavor from awesomevapor with my last order. It was so good I just ordered a 24mg bottle last night. It's smooth, lots of vapor and has a good taste. If ya like Camels at all, you might give it a try. Now I vape Clove/Kretek/Djaurum type liquids part of the time, and Camel flavor. I've gotten a few flavor samples to try also. So far the fruit flavors or ok, but not anything special IMO. To me, these "cigarette" E Liquid flavors are much better than the tastes of the real cigarettes themselves!

I was "sorta" in the same situation recently. Kinda reversed I guess. I was down to my last "old" atomizer. Had plenty of E Liquid left though. I was really sweating till my 510 atomizers and cartomizers showed up! I hope your juice comes SOON! Wishin ya GOOD luck!

Nice! I rotate my two 650mAh batteries. But, I'd like to get two of these and see how much difference they make. They are a little taller but not "too" much taller. Let everyone know how they work for you! Can ya pop a link up for these? Thanks!

It happens! I bought two Mega cartomizers from totallywicked. If you over fill them or fill them too fast, the excess liquid goes through the bottom. Just add enough to fill them, and inject the liquid slowly. Mine are supposed to hold 2.5ml but I don't fill them with that much. I put 1.5ml in them at first. Then when they start too lose flavor/vapor I add a little less than 1ml to top them off again. My first one leaked fluid because I added 2ml into it at first. Also, I always let mine sit "upright" on a paper towel for a little while before using them. That gives the excess liquid, or liquid that isn't soaked up by the filler time to run out.

I bought some Kretek (clove) flavored E Liquid from Tasty Vapor. It's good! That's the first Djarum Black type I bought. It took a little while to get use to the cinnamon taste at first, but I vaped both 1oz bottles I purchased! LOL I'm ordering more too! I've made a few clove mixes out of weak clove flavors I've bought. Still looking for the best combination though. So far Tasty Vapor Kretek is the best. I added (a little) Camel flavor to the last 15ml's of Kretek and it made it taste pretty close to a Black! If you haven't tried 510 cartomizers, you should! I just bought some a few days ago, and they work great! The cartomizers have a better taste IMO to using cartridges. I always got a burnt taste with cartridges. (But I was using the large cone shaped atomizers that came with my starter kit) I won't "EVER" use a cartridge again! Between direct dripping with 510 atomizers with a drip tip or using 510 cartomizers, the cartridge idea isn't worth the effort IMO. A lotta small (2 or 3 people) mix places I think. But most of them come up with some great ideas for flavors! The places that are ran by actual vapers are great, because they want to make good products for the public and themselves. IMO

I know that totallywicked sells stuff too. Several places I've found so far. I want to make my own DIY Clove/Djarum Black mix! If I ever tried to make my own heating coils out of nichrome wire, I'd probably make a vertical coil for a cartomizer type set up. The wrapped material in the 510 cartomizers seems to work better than a cartridge filler/wadding. To me anyway. I hate cartridges and think they are useless! I thought about getting some blue foam and fluval for my eGo cartridges when I first started vaping. Until I direct dripped and then I also purchased some 510 cartomizers recently. IMO the hardest part of making your own coils would be making the enclosure/body for the DIY-made coil. None of the atomizers and cartomizers I've bought can be taken apart easily to replace the coil. (Everything's pressed together) I guess you could buy the threaded fittings and fabricate a nichrome coil onto one! Then you'd have to seal it into a tube, for the cartridge at the top. You can buy nichrome in a lotta places, and in different gauges. Sealing the DIY coil assembly to the tubular body would be the fun part. If you could press those threaded fittings into an old atomizer or cartomizer tube, I guess you could make it work. If the seal is good. "More" leakage is not good! LOL If someone were to make there own DIY coils, ya might as well "go all the way" and make a better E Liquid delivery system to the coil with a small funnel inside too. I think the "bridge mesh / wick" idea needs upgrading anyway. I've seen spiral mods that kinda direct the fluid to the coils. Don't know if that works or not. Wow! This turned into a book! LMAO It's late and I'm bored!

Vaporkings has Joye 510 BLUE LED batteries, but that's about as close to a purple that I've seen. I like LED's also! I haven't seen any info on changing the LED out. The end caps / Lens are probably not removable. Too easily anyway. Not sure on this! If a multi colored LED 510 eGo battery came out, I'd probably buy one though! LOL
