  1. on the cotton question*** I used to use too much cotton, like not too thick but too long. what ive seen works best is barely any resistance when sliding it through and for the length just enough so that when fanning out the ends of the strand, it covers the whole bottom of the well. not like a carpet just the last thin strands of cotton... im gonna get you a picture in an hour or 2...
  2. I used 15 feet in a week hahaha those cotton balls last forever though! I'm gonna work on a vertical build maybe on my tobh since the post holes are offset it should be easy but I'm not sure that it's ideal for vapor production. We shall see!
  3. Might aswell keep this up! Not to overuse your great knowledge though... Hahaha Does this mean I could technically go down to 0.1 ohm builds? Or am I reading this wrong...? I just wanna be safe! 26650 battery goes 3.7v 35amps 3500mah.... The 18650 is an efest at 3.7 but I think 20amps(gonna get another set soon for more amps)
  4. Jason, we should start a beginners guide to dripping thread lol I think to the both of us we're gonna cover any noob questions that might come up haha! Make it a sticky so anyone wanting to come to dripping will be able to see where we went step by step into great builds & huge clouds!
  5. I'm gonna try that out then... Especially since the posts are so far apart on the big tobh Can't thank you enough!
  6. So since the current flows through the touching wraps it allows you to get more surface area with less resistance. Right?
  7. Beauty! Thanks a million bebop!!! Gonna try to get this huge a*s tobh going tonight! I found my builds for the stillairs 7wrap 28g but I warp(not wrap) so it's not a strait spring looking. Seems to work better than when I was putting it strait isn't as clean as it could be but here... They put out craziness in the sky! Only 0.51ohms
  8. so lets see if I understood... with the lack of thicker wire... I could do more wraps with smaller diameter to get more vapor production....
  9. Ah ok cool! Makes sense now! On that note... New tobh is about to get a solid build! I need thicker kenthal....
  10. So the coil can almost be covered in cotton? and something like a 20g will have less resistance (ohms) than a 28g with the same amount of wraps and diameter?
  11. I know this has been asked before but I cant seem to find a specific thread. Im going with logic and posted this but again cant find the thread. I would think that wraps didnt need to be so close together to produce more vapor since the wick has more breathing room and more of the wick gets heat? I know its not "supposed to be that way and seems to chuck better when theyre tighter together but I would like to understand the logic behind it! Other thing is the circumference... wrapping around a bigger screwdriver vs a smaller one. What does this do? once again if i fit a bigger wick through then there is more surface area to vaporize juice hence more vapor? Kindof trying to get behind the logic/science of all these different builds I see. a lot fo them look really cool but then when i sit back and think of it... a lot seem useless for producing the most vapor and huge clouds...
  12. Just built this and I'm gonna test her out... 7 wrap 28g @ 0.51ohms She chucks! I was outside and even with the wind it was solid!!! Need some water! Can't wait to try it indoors... Wife might not be a fan lolll
  13. Agreed! It's a whole other side of flavors when they get dripped!
  14. Exactly what happened to me! Same step by step story haha I was just hesitant at first because the flavor wasn't right when dripping but now I'll always have my nautilus and my rda with me just to switch it up! I tanked all day and now I'm tired of the flavor so using he dripper on my way home will reset my tastebudds I guess haha I like variety but I stick to the same too when I find what I like. A couple different set ups is what I'm gonna run!

I would personnaly go for a magnet upgrade if youre already taking it apart. Ive found magnet rings before at kids toy stores and whatnot Might aswell upgrade IMO But if you like the feel of a spring and have the patience to make it then thats awesome! if no patience then maybe take apart a flashlight, seen some in there!
  16. thats huge! almost 2 years! Its a question of finding what you like!
  17. Guys I love it haha dont be sorry! i would tend to say its more of a maturity thing.. not to boast or anything but im a little over half that age and much rather a nice evening out with the wife over not hearing myself speak in a bar NOT TO MENTION the wallet loves it too! well...not really... instead of spending in bars/clubs or whatever its more on a nice plate with even better wine haha Im gonna enjoy it now before the kids come into the picture because i know when that happens Ill want to be with them 24/7 and i can only imagine the scedual & costs that will come with it!!! My dripping is almost exclusively going to be at work since its an office setting so before i go out, drip drip drip. go out and come back in i have a drawer thats getting pretty full of vape stuff haha any other time its going to be tanks for sure! Just to swing some variety in there since i think ive found my flavors and setups and dont want to get bored and make bad decisions (stinkies)!!! But hold on a minute... you guys have beer at walmart????? man-oh-man!
  18. OH! I just thought it was holding a bottle, not feeding the tank! Mind you, I posted this almost immediately after waking up haha still groggy & with one eye open haha! gonna be on the lookout for a carrying case this weekend while shopping for other stuff... kindof sick of carrying it all in a random bag inside a bag inside my backpack!
  19. you dont have other vape shops than B&M's? up here (Montreal) its all random vape shops. really rare to see a chain or franchise holding gear or juice
  20. Any of you seen this before? I just came across it and it's a hell of a good idea! I always carry around an extra batt and bottle and other stuff but getting used to this mod could make my life fairly easier! http://www.reosmods.com/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&page=shop.browse&category_id=37&Itemid=3
  21. Bring some cotton! Wicking takes all but 5 seconds!
  22. I know it's not a build but it's building time!!! Haha Now it's coming together... BOOM!! Picture heavy but wtv I had fun haha
  23. Haha I believe it!!! But the more coveted it is the more we should find an exclusive site or people asking about it... I'm still searching honestly!
