Put in diyflavorshack fried apple in one, and man, AWESOME. Almost perfect for me. Made the juice 10 times better. The best part, these cartos produce no heat! Vape and vape and they dont even feel warm. That is awesome, wonder if it is because they are aluminum?

Just loaded up a cartomizer with Fried Spiced Apple and wow! Huge diff from direct drip. For some reason the cinnamon is much stronger than the apple. I love it both ways, but it is amazing the difference. Good Stuff!!!

These cartos have serious throat hit. I am not getting a lot of vapor production but I think it is because the throat hit is too strong for me. I may need to reduce down from 24mg on these cartos. All the reviews I have seen said they produce great vapor, but I wont know until I try something weaker than 24mg.

No caffeine after noon, and no nicotine after 7pm and I slept like a baby. We will see if I can put two nights together.

I tried a sample of the blue plug from diyflavorshack. It is basically a fluval filter. It essentially ruined the flavor of the juice, all I could taste was a horrible burnt plastic. Removed it, and the taste went back to normal. I do not recommend it based off of my experience.

So I would not have to toss all my batteries I got a 401 to 510 adapter coming today with the 510 cartos. They are gonna beat the ego here so I will be trying out a 510 on a one of my 402 or 418 batteries tonight. Curious how it will perform.

I have also been using melatonin, which helps get me to sleep, but wears off early.

I do not allow myself caffeine after 4 in the after noon, but I think I may start limiting it to the morning only. Analogs never gave me sleeping issues, that is why I questioned it. However, I will make a effort to try to eliminate it in the evening. Most of my vaping is done during daylight hours anyway. I have to have a fan, regardless, LOL. I am one of those fan people who actually travel with a fan. Thanks for your friendly advice!

I have been having serious sleeping issues and the only think I can link it to is it started when I started vaping. I sometimes have trouble going to sleep, and if I do fall asleep, I wake up after 5 hrs and cannot go back to sleep, regardless of hour tired I am. Anyone else experience anything similar?
