Nice to see I'm not alone, I've never sheltered my boyz, I keep it real with them. My family is happy I'm vaping, my boyz are the ones that started harassing me about smoking, especially my 6 year old who told me I was going to die if I kept smoking!

I smoked for around 23 years, I've quit a gang of times even up to a year but always fall back! I've been vaping for almost 3 months now, I've had a CIG here & there but its not the same anymore. 18 mg is working for me, I think the key is to find a good flavor you love & a good mod. Right now I'm hooked on a piña colada from villan vapors local here in so cal. Good luck!

Well my boys are 6 & 9 so I don't have to worry about them getting my e-juice or mod... They know better! Thanx for the responses I feel better.

I like to vape in my vehicle & I started doing it with my kids in it with the widows down, I was feeling a little guilty by doing this. I'm still on that smoker mentality...

As a parent I never smoked in my vehicle or in my home,but did smoke in front of my kids out doors. Now that I'm vaping wondering if its OK to vape indoors around them??? My consern is what I exhale from the nicotine, or do I absorb all of it?

Looking for a new flavor to try out & seen Monster energy flavored juice online, I love monster but I wonder if the juice is any good. Has anyone on here tried this flavor?

Been vaping for about the same amount of time as you, I started with the ego twist pen then got the aero tank & it was fine for me until I tried a kayfun! I got a clone on eBay for 18 bux & a set of clone nemesis mod tubes & contact pins for 30 bux, the vender that I got my kayfun from also sells a set tank, mod for around 40 bux but I wanted a black mod so that's why I got it separate. I'm happy with my set up vapes great! I'm vaping a 50/50 blend

Also I started filling the aero tank half way & it still had the spicy taste in the morning but quickly went away after a few puffs. My juice is at 18 mg so I wonder if that has something to do with it, but like I mentioned don't have that issue with my mod.

I had this issue in my aero tank when I would fill it up almost to the top but only in the mornings. I had to puff on it a few times without inhaling until that spicy taste would slowly go away. My guess was that the liquid had to reach a certain temperature so it being full was cooling it & not letting burn right. This was also with an ego twist battery. I'm using the same juice in my kayfun & never get that issue.

That's funny! I started smoking cigs to try & cover up the smell of weed when I was a kid so maybe kids are trying to cover up the smell of vape with cigs too??????

I didn't find a video for the mod so I had to figure it out for myself! Made me sweat a Lil! Haha!

Thanx, I have an aerotank also, I checked a lot of reviews on the kayfuns were they take em apart, how they work, what each piece does etc. On YouTube so when it came in the mail I was familiar with it. The mod gave me a hard time since it comes apart to fit 3 deffernt size batteries! My 18500 battery would fit loose & when I would adjust the top pin it wouldn't make contact with the tank! I finally figured out that the small polished ring on top also came off & the bottom polished ring telescoped to get the proper length! YouTube was a big help for me, I need to see how things work to understand them!

Haha! Thanx, I have to tell you guys that I feel better after I quit smoking 2 months ago. I've gave up smoking a few times but the hard part was that my friends & co workers smoked so it made it hard for me. Vaping has helped big time!!! I'm at 18 mg I plan on stepping down to 12 mg on my next bottle.

Well I'm new to this as well but I had the same issue with my kayfun clone yesterday! I made a 2mm coil with 26 gauge wire 10 wraps but I used the silica wick that came with my kayfun. I was getting a burnt taste so I did some looking around. I had my wick on the juice channels thinking it would be best but seems like it was blocking the path of the juice. Check your coil for any hot spots, your coil should glow evenly from the center outward, I believe that can also give u a burnt taste. Your wick should move easily thru the coil, have the right amount. What I did was made my coil a little bigger, 2.4mm & 9 wraps so that my wick would fit nicely & not have to put less. I pushed the ends of the wick to the sides instead of having them on the juice channels but right next to them. I juiced them up enough to were I seen a beed come out the channels & it worked fine for me! Before all that I fired up the coil first & squeezed it will it was hot with some needle nose to keep the coils tight. Just make sure u don't have the battery firing while u do this! Lol this worked for me I'm no expert I just started my self so I can relate to your problem! Hope this helps & maybe a vet can chime in with better info. Good luck

Well it definitely flows better with the kangertech drip tip! Once I finish this juice I'll get one with more VG & see if I get more vape! I think the air hole on the tank is fine but I've heard of people drilling them out on other tanks, wondering if it would improve performance on my set up? Don't know any better so right now I think this is the bomb but if I can improve it why not!

I checked the coil with an ohm meter, not sure of the e juice mix it doesn't show the mix. I also ditched the kayfun drip tip for my kangertech OEM tip, originally for looks but seems to taste better with it if that makes any sense...

So I just got my setup for father's day, a kayfun with a nemesis clone & 18500 battery. I was looking for 28 gauge wire at my local shop but they were out so I got some 26 gauge. I made it 2.4mm with 9 wraps & I'm using some silica wick. I love the vape so far but if anyone has a better suggestion on a coil I'm all ears! Looking for taste & some thick vape but not too hot. I'm vaping on vapor villan's " billy the kid" (piña colada) with 18 mg of nicotine. Thanx in advance. Oh & I believe my coil was at 1.5 ohms

New to the forum & to vaping, I smoked on & off for 23 years & I'm using the nemesis 18500 style mod with a kayfun clone with some villan vapors piña colada e juice. I love it & it definitely got my mind off cigs!I have had a CIG the other day & it was nasty! Very happy with the vape + my family is also happy with my change!
