  1. Dang! They are out of stock. It would be nice to have one for the Den and one for Living Room....lol I just calculated it and I still couldn't afford it if they offered it at 99% off!
  2. LOL! I agree. If you want it cooler, turn it down. If you want it hotter, turn it up! I guess the best thing to bring away from it, is that the iStick is putting out more power than the screen says. For example, I am currently using my Delta at 12.5 watts according to the screen. If you do the math it is actually putting out closer to 15.5!
  3. Welcome to Vapor Talk JohnnyFog! I have also been running the iStick/Nautilus Mini setup. It is a good one!
  4. I have been using Comp's Fruit Mash for a few weeks, and I am nearly out. As you know the Mash line is made from many different flavors, it has steeped a long time and is delicious. The problem is that it is in limited supply. I contacted Comp to take a mix a fruit flavor made of at least 3 or 4 of his Basic and Original Flavors. As normal he went above and beyond. He used flavors from all of his lines, no telling how many, to make a great new flavor. He is calling it "Frutti-Tutti" and it is awesome. I really don't know how to describe it, because I can't pick out one flavor. It is definitely fruity! I want to say it tastes like a fruit salad, but it is so much more. I think he is going to add this to his lineup, and if he does, I will have no reason to back to the local B&M (this is a good thing)!
  5. iStick leather cover. Delta 19 + extra coils. 120ml of Fadora Vapor's "Frutti-Tutti"
  6. I have done somthing simular, but it didn't fire. I use a 4nine clone and it is real easy to attach the magnet the wrong direction and you don't realize it until you press the button. I always test it before I attach the atty. It will not complete the circuit unless I have the atty on it.
  7. I am with you! I am running a twisted 28 gauge on my Tobh/IPV3 dual micros at .3 and it is one of the best flavor producers that I have. I need to find some new dripping flavors though. I only have 2 and I am sick of them both!
  8. I have heard plenty of good and bad both about thier products, but I think I am going to take a chance on it. I am not going to get in on the preorders, but I may pick one up when one of the vendors that I normally do business has one. I have seen preorders from $36 - $50 range. I destroyed an iStick last night (for reasearch) and I am going to need to replace it. I may have it up and running before anyone has them in stock though. I still have plenty of backups and my main one is still running fine.
  9. This is what I was going to get (well actually a 1049 from digi-key): http://www.ebay.com/itm/1-NEW-1048-BLACK-Keystone-dual-18650-battery-holder-sled-clip-Gold-plated-/141494227840?pt=US_TV_Boards_Parts_Components&hash=item20f1b69380 I am going to remove the part of the tabs that are sticking out, and solder directly to the part that contacts the battery.
  10. Thanks. I have one that I dropped. It fell from waist high hooked to a MPV. It didn't break the tank, but it seperated the airflow control. We pressed it back together, and it has worked fine. I think I will attempt to mod that one.
  11. I have been curious about doing that. I just have never tried it. I was going to wait and buy an 3rd to test on. Thanks for the info!
  12. Here is another post I stole and saved to help explain it. I didn't write it, but it is one of the best explanations I have found.
  13. I don't want to throw too much at you, but you need to know something about the way the iStick calculates voltage. It uses mean instead of RMS. I don't want to be technical, but the easiest way to understand it is that RMS is the most accurate. Your 11 watts is closer to 15 watts on most all other electronic mods. The numbers really don't mean a whole lot, but if you use 11 watts on an MPV or something similar, it is closer to 6 - 8 watts on the iStick. I have attached a chart that shows how much different they are. I can't take any credit for the chart...I stole it off another site.
  14. I was thinking it would be nice to add a link to new products at the top of the page. (if I have missed it I am sorry) I use this function on all of the sites I visit, it makes it nice to find the new equipment! (like I need anything else...lol)
  15. I kinda like the idea. I don't have to use the one at the bottom, but sometimes they don't show read even after I have read them. I guess I need to clear my cache more often or something...lol
  16. I let a buddy us mine today. He put his Nautilus on it and cranked it up to 16.5 watts and took a few drags. He said it was really hitting him hard. He uses a cheap ego style battery so he is only used to about 7 watts or so...
  17. That looks great! I hope you enjoy the iStick as much as I have mine, it just fits my hand great. I was going to buy a third one, but am trying to hold out until the Cloupor Mini comes out... I want a replaceable battery.
  18. Welcome to Vapor Talk!
  19. Tam has already started eluding to the need for backups. It is hard to over-stress the need for backups. When you finally get the habit kicked, something will break. I would pick up a less expensive Kanger Pro Tank or aero mini, or Davide mini or something like that. Someone else will have to suggest them, because I don't use them. All it takes is just a slip and you new Nautilus mini hits the ground and breaks. You can get parts to fix it cheaply and easily, but you don't have anything to stop the cravings in the mean time. You current battery will work as a temporary backup, but I would suggest a different tank or at least some coils for it. I carry a little pouch with me everywhere I go. I carry 2 iStick batteries, an Innokin VV V3 battery, and an extra Nautilus Mini, a 5 pack of coils and 30mls of juice. I am not suggesting that you go out and buy double everything. Just don't throw away the old stuff and re purpose it for backups. As you start to get away from analogs and save a bit of money you will start collecting things here and there, before you know it you will have a drawer full of batteries and tanks, and more money in your pocket!
