  1. I have been getting liquid through the drip tip that isn't totally vaporized. It never gurgles or leaks. I just get massive heartburn and the taste of raw juice in my mouth. I have switched from 50/50 juice to 30pg/70vg it is some better. I have tried every setting from 12 to 25 watts on both OCC coils. I have tried all airflow settings. It hasn't been a deal breaker as it one of the best tanks I have ever used.
  2. I have had mine apart quite a few times since I have got it nearly two weeks ago. I have not seen anything that "looks" like chrome plate, could you elaborate? Do you have a link. I, like you, don't really want chrome plate in my atty. Do you have a link? I personally am not having any trouble with mine. I have used all the coils and RBA and the only problem I am having is wicking. It seems to wick too good with the OCC coils (for me).
  3. I hate that it won't go back together. I hope Kanger can get you a new one. I have built mine twice, but have not got my wicking the way I want it. I keep going back and forth between the 1.2 and .5 OCC coils. I can't make my mind up...
  4. If there is one thing you have pounded into my head Tam it is backups, and it has been so helpful (as seen by my mishap yesturday!) I currently carry 30ml of juice My daily rig with 3 extra coils and 2-18650s. I also carry 2 iSticks with tanks on them. I carry 3 coils for each tank.
  5. First make sure the L shaped piece and top insulator are fitting totally flush against the deck. If they do, check that when you insert the pin and bottom insulator there is very little of the insulator showing there is only 1/32" visible. If everything is not perfectly flush, it won't go. The pin in the center only makes 1 turn before it is tight. You might insert the pin without the L shaped piece on it and make sure it extends above the bottom of the build deck. You really have to hold everything in perfect place to get it to go together. It is so small and tolerances are so tight, you need 3 hands but it is too small for 2. IMO they made it a bit difficult to assemble.
  6. I may be a little late to the party, but I took mine apart and tried to get some pictures: Assembled: Just the center pin pulled out, notice the insulator will only work one direction, it is tapered: Disassembled, with insulators in place: Disassembled, with insulators removed: I noticed in taking this thing apart, there is not much room for error. It has very little threading. The top plate must pressed in good or the threads will not reach.
  7. Sweet-Vapes has the black V2 on sale now for $67.95 http://sweet-vapes.com/apvs/pioneer4you/pioneer4you-ipv-mini-2-70-watt.html They have the version without the laser engraved animal on it. I have added it to my cart and deleted it 10 times!
  8. Hands down YiHi SX Mini. They are going for $189 so it is $9 more than your budget, but isn't everything in vaping! I would order one, but my Vape Budget is busted through February. They are coming out with the MClass soon which is supposed to have temp control.
  9. I hope they look like the ones in the picture. It seems that many times (from what others say) what you get may not be exactly like what is in the picture.
  10. I saw that these came in a kit with 1 handle, and extra heads. I am not really confident it will work any better though! At this rate I am not sure I will ever get them. It has been "packaging" for 2 days.
  11. I ordered this one on 1/18/15 and it still has not left China: http://www.fasttech.com/product/2086802 I was hoping it would work decent. I am not having great luck with the OCC coils on my mini subtank. I want to start using the RTA and I am not good at the tiny coils! I like using 26ga or larger for my RDAs and it is no trouble. I want a 1.5 ohm and up on my RTA so I gotta' use 28 and 30 gauge...
  12. Tostito's for cheese/meat based dips or nachos Ruffles for cream based dips Fritos for the chili (Frito Pie) and Bean Dip My wife also keeps a supply of "Alabama Fire Crackers" on hand. They are great with a cheese ball.
  13. It could have been an joke. It was presented to our group by a Department of Agriculture public relations person. Also if you do your reasearch about marshmallows you would find out that it was originally based on a plant... It is funny on how easily the general public can be fooled look at the rise of ClickHole and Onion. I have had many articles from both, quoted as fact by people I know! If something is in print, on the news, or on the internet people tend to believe it. Here is a quote from the ClickHole site: I see so many people that don't know it happened unless it happened on FaceBook. This is the target audience for this stuff. I am not saying FaceBook is necessarily bad, but there are many better sources for information.
  14. I think ours in a Aroma and it is a 10 cup. I didn't even know there was a better quality rice, my wife buys a name brand, but nothing special. I try to eat too much rice (carbs) but I love rice. She makes great mexican fried rice but it isn't consistent. I love the rice cooker because it makes it the same every time.
  15. Responsibility sucks! I guess that is why I'm broke....
  16. That's a nice rice cooker! I have a cheap one and it works fair, been thinking of upgrading. I could afford it if I would slow down on vape gear!
  17. I think this stuff is amazing. I went to a seminar where the expert was explaining to us how easily the general public, and public officials could be manipulated. They used the example that Earthling is using and could not get Dihydrogen-Monoxide through the EPA as a fire fighting agent. There was also the fluoride scare in Albuquerque (I will not debate if fluoride is good or bad...I don't know) The city was supposed to start putting fluoride in the water on a certain date, on that day there was many instances of people admitted to the hospital with fluoride caused ailments. The only problem is their shipment of fluoride was delayed and did not arrive for over a week. And if you have not seen how easy it is to fool some news casters check out this video: This being said, I am glad we have people out there making sure we don't get poisoned, and have clean water, air, etc, but there has to be some common sense.
  18. I feel you! I first started getting called Pops 9 years ago! I am a few months younger than you! (45 in August). I married an older woman and she had kids, we don't have any together. My step-daughter just had her second, so I am up to 4... My step daughter married a man with 2... so all in all I get called Pops by 6 ranging from 6 months to 13.
  19. I agree with you on the rounded edge. I love the way my 30 watt iStick feels in my hand. I have my nautilus on it and it works great. I bought a Sigelei 30 watt mini and it is a box. I don't like the way it feels. The silicone cover helps. I have an Asmodus Colossal on preorder and I hope I like it better. It too has a rounded side. I am also worried, because they don't show a black one on thier webpage, and that is what I wanted. It also looks like it has been upgraded to 50 watts...
  20. It sounds like you have got a good setup. The ipv mini has been on my list, but I just can't justify it now. I am also liking the mini. I am not running it with the .5 ohm, I am running the 1.2 ohm one. I like it around 20 watts, but I am having to run it at 12 watts because I am getting too much unburnt juice. I am hoping thicker juice will help.
  21. I would love to have a schematic of this. I don't really need it, but I would like to know how it works!
