  1. i tossed all mine, if this tank mod sucks i'll be buying a load of cartos again and she can have at the very least 20 of them.
  2. check the noob guide. ego is one way to go http://www.volcanoecigs.com/the-inferno.html <-- better deal than the ego, looks better, and basically identical. i say if size isn't an issue, get a mod over some kit.
  3. soak them in hot water for a day. dry, do a dry burn, soak again.. should work good again.
  4. i got my cartos at the start of october. every last one still works one i even got hot enough to melt the black sticker on the outside. am actually vaping that one right now. so rocking these for about 3+ months now. also i am guesssing you guys are doing 3.7v with like an ego or something. i use mine on 5v maybe you guys arent keeping them wet and then burning them out.
  5. the ego is solid but at the same time i cant say that a $20 battery is worth it. they run at like 650mAh battery life, at the same time if i had a mod that could take an 18650 battery i could have 2,500mAh and those batteries run for about $9
  6. check the noob guide in my sig. you will not stick with the ones shaped like a normal cig for long unless you like to throw out money. stick batteries tend to last 30-45mins, then takes 2-3hrs to charge up. leaving you with a pocket full of batteries all costing you way more than a single device that will perform and have a good lasting battery. everyone that starts out wants something similar when you get your fist larger ecig you feel awkward due to size, for the fact of what people might think. finally ending on pride of having something that your happy with. my advice, skip straight threw the crap and just get a mod right off the bat and don't piss around with the normal transition.
  7. they have two box sizes, with and with out switch.
  8. work for madvapes
  9. send all questionable/excessive juice to FREE JUICE BABY, YEAHHHHHHHH!!! c/o josh jolly 123 wooohoo way shazzam, PA 90210 juice shouldn't go bad. their is an expire date of like 2 years... i would still vape 3 year old juice as long as it was sealed, but i also have a dropped on the floor and still eat it policy.
  10. harbor freight has mm starting as low as $3 i think. those that dont list their ohms generally have 2.2 - 2.5ohm cartos/attys there are a lot of places that list the ohms, i tend to buy mine at madvapes. jason @ electronicstix sells his cartos a buck cheaper for the 5 pack (found that out last night) i just bought the 4ml stormy carto mod from cloudsofvapor.com (something i told myself i wouldnt do) but i know stormy and figure she makes good mods and i have to give it a shot. it does use the e2 guts and i'm a total e2 hateboy. but if this works good on my 5v items i'll prob order a bunch more.
  11. the way those regulators work is they burn off any extra energy as heat. very wasteful! but you should be getting about 1.5 days vape on the dual 14500 batteries.
  12. if you are doing 5v stick to 2.8ohm and higher. like i said (i think) i do 3.2ohm on 5v w/ 510 cartos.
  13. you can do either lr or 5v pt. both will not be the same as a 5v device but are close. the pc puts off 5v @ 0.5amps. volt + amp = coil heat. dual battery devices put out more amps making the coil hotter when using a 5v device you want 2.8ohm attys/cartos or higher. personally i only use 3.2ohm on 5v any 5v pt will give you a general feel for what a mod will be similar to. now you can buy 5v usb wall plugs that have a usb connector. like a iphone or other type of device charger. try to find one with 2amp 5v. may also be listed as 2000mAh 5v
  14. should also see if you can get uverse out there. much less expensive than fios or cable. my buddy switched over to att uverse and gets more channels (including movie channels), more internet speed, and phone at less than JUST his regular cable + internet from comcast.
  15. for a back up auto you can look into a standard 510 kit the ones that look the same size of a cig last about 30mins or so and then need 2hrs to charge. thats mainly why none of us use those.
  16. SHE STOLE MY DANCE MOVES!!!!
  17. nice looking mod just remember if some other mod has more of what you want with w/e specs you can always just snag an adapter to fit the 801 on.

    Volcano

the magma and the other larger one are both 510s
  19. vv is great for when you are around others that want to vape. as for your settings, you will end up finding a voltage you like with w/e ohm you choose and stick with it. like me, i do only 5v with 3.2ohm cartos
  20. everyone here would advise that you just drip directly on the atomizer and skip the cart. for filling and have a longer vape time, get a cartomizer. cartomizers hold way more juice and cost a lot less.
  21. gosh golly jolly gosh golly molly skyewalker all vv ggm/j both can be used to wet your atty.
  22. if you build it, then you can replace the coil when it dies. cheaper yes. easy, not so much unless your used to modding small stuff
  23. so i was hanging out with the crew last night. they all were smoking, i stank of cigs and my eyes are burning like a mofo. i had a hella migraine last night while they were smoking. anyone else smell all ashtrayish?
  24. drop descriptions here maybe a drawing..... or 12
  25. the 808 and 510 are pretty much the same size the threading are different from the two as where the 510 threads stick out. when you break it down 510 is what people tend to go with. in all honesty it doesn't much matter because you can get an adaptor for any thread to any thread. i would say start with 510 and then get a 510 to 808 adapter. then you can snag a few 808s and see how you like them. mainly i say go with 510 because thats what most mods go with, so later down the line you can play with more devices as you mature in the vape scene. now cartos vs attys on a regular 3.7v ecig (like ego or any other standard device) the carto is going to suck unless its a low resistance one. hands down the atty will give you better vapor and taste. whe you use LR it evens that out. the lr attys aren't as good as lr cartos due to cartos staying wet and attys needing to have more of a chance to get dry and burn out or dry burn giving you a nasty taste. as for something like a 5v device, you can run a 2.9-3.2ohm carto and never need to look back at attys again. i use 5v ONLY, and ONLY with cartos. mainly because you sizzle up more juice per hit. dripping on a 5v device is a pain. those 3 drops last no time at all. i did mod an eGo Mega atty and it would take 5 drips. loved it on 5v but still dripping i found to be something that i could cut out and just carto it up. do this, get yourself both LR and regular cartos and attys. then use them and figure out what the best direction is for you. just because we like something doesn't mean thats going to work for you.
