  1. sorry guys, it's me, i'm the kid. my real age is 14. (hanging head in shame)
  2. lmao, that used to be me. kit you ever try LorAnn's? wondering how it stacks up. currently that's what i use.
  3. i had a fight with heather (roober) about this. she won, guys don't win fights with chicks she says it's vg. pg is like water almost, vg is thick. glycerine is unrefined glycerol
  4. i'm thinking of actually buying these and calling it the "R kelly mod" for those that haven't seen it. the lyrics aren't something you want to play at work so i'm making the link non-clickable http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xnqcO0GhqkQ this is the Dave Chappelle skit. i like the other remix better though.
  5. i should get me one of those. would make it a lot easier to pick up the easy targets at the bar. "look how fun it is, how drunk are you".. "let me try".. "you win!! your trasted!".. "what do i win?".. "come with me and i'll show you".
  6. making a mental note to not drink anything that comes in the mail labeled "lemonade". i should get these just to make a mod called "the pissy mod"

i'm looking into 6.x volt variable down to 3.7 at the very least you need a 14500 to do that as a 10440 wouldn't last. using an 18650 would be ideal but not necessary. would an oval type box mod, similar to the fistpack mixed with a little bit of Duracell my pocket charger, be as enticing as a cylindrical mod? i would assume cylindrical would win, they are just a bit more of a pain in the *** to build.
  8. thinking i might pick up 6-pack tonight i need to let my hair down.
  9. take the charger off of your power source. clean it out like ben said. use rubbing alcohol. check the connections inside the battery and the charger, my guess is that the graument that keeps them apart are touching. being that your batteries work before charging it would be the charger. if it were the batteries it would have already killed them. the other thing might be that once you tighten down your batteries the (+) connection is actually touching the bottom of the case where your threads are. after cleaning and inspection of the charger. if everything looks ok, try to charge a battery, BUT, only screw it in till it gives a slight resistance. don't try and tighten it up like it's going to fall off.

so i have limited funds to play with and am a bit torn as to what i want to build i was thinking maybe go with 2 - 18650 batteries 2 - cr123a batteries 2 - 3-aaa (bundle aaa) type led flashlights (actually need these for a customer anyways). The Ideas: 1.) mod some really small boxes with 5v booster boards. then see if i can do a 5 or 6v flashlight using the cr123a batteries. with the small boxes i could make a slim down, knock off version of the Tekk Mod @ less of a cost. 2.) Mod a tekk at a hell of a lot cheaper than the $120 - 160 price tag. 3.) make my own design, the issue with a self made design is that the prototype tends to be to new for people to say they would snag one. also building a new design, unlike others out there that all pretty much look identical, is a tough task. then also you have to figure in the price of building the mold to cast it in. so i guess my question on this next project is, what do you guys want in a PV? how would you make it look and feel, describe it/draw up an idea and post it. the end result is that i would want to make something that everyone could say; "that's the future of PV". the slim knock off of a tekk mod would be by far the easiest thing to build. you don't need a week worth of vaping on a device so you could end up using a single 18650 rated at a "true" 2400mAh and get around 2-3 days of vaping at 3.7v, 5v on a single cell, is currently unknown to me as i do not have one to test. right now i use a booster board with my 14500 labeled as 900mAh but really are more like 500-600mAh, i can pretty much vape on it for a day before swapping batteries, depends more on how much i vape. i plan on actually make a log of my vaping on that booster board to get some solid numbers. guess i could start that now. back to topic. what would you like to see, design, function, form factor, or anything else you can think of. - heather i'm not making a banana mod, unless you buy it for copious amounts of money the day i get done building it.. though i would actually make it look like this if you did actually want it.
  11. yeah, we all post stupid stuff after staggering to the PC to check crap online. i make it a rule to only watch videos then.. usually i just come home and crash.
  12. i think someone needs to stop drinking, lol.
  13. 1) Do I smoke this thing like a regular cigarette? (By that I mean sitting outside with a book in my lap for a 7 minute stretch?) you "vape" it as much as you want. most of us when just hanging will vape a few times and put it down. i call it Nic On Demand. not to say you couldn't just vape it for 7mins but that doesn't always tend to happen. 2) How should I store it between sessions? Should I leave the cartridge on? Do I pull the cartridge/atomizer combo and slide the battery back into the cigarette case? , etc. take the battery and atty apart. you don't want to burn out an atty or catromizer by accident. 3) The nicotine amount seems about right... 18 mg per cartridge. I smoke about a pack a day so... 20ish mg? 1 maybe 1 1/2 cartridges a day? the nic content is different for everyone. some that smoke a crazy amount will opt for low nic or you may have people that smoke lights that want high. i smoked marb light menthols and started at 12mg then 18mg and i hit the sweet spot for me at 24mg. 4) Any GENERAL tips tricks and hints would be good. I know buy a new couple of atomizers and batteries because these will eventually clog/die... if your fine with your setup, you already have the idea with attys or cartomizers, and batteries. if you feel you would like to last longer between charges, look into something with a higher mAh rating. ego/tornado or a mod. if you are lacking that "monster hit" feeling check into a 5v mod. 5) Thank you for any and all responses! This will really help! thanks for keeping yourself informed. the more you know the more you can educate people about them to help others. if you have time check out some of the other noob posts. myself, and many others are usually in there replying to the main things people need to know, along with things they may want to look into.
  14. if i only i knew what i know now back then.. god i would have saved a nice pile of cash. or one large bill.. or pounds of coins.. if bananas were currency at least a barrel of them, not to sure on the exchange rate of USD to bananas but i'm sure theres an iphone app for that.
  15. just remember, each noob question comes with a free poke in the eye. being that it's free it's even pokier!
  16. the two i have right now are 5v, but i can configure them as 3.7 if i wanted.
  17. i would have showed him up with one of my 5v mods. tend to carry two on me at all times, the wiivape and the duravape. sometimes i swap the dura for the 3.7v for noobies that want to try.
  18. i like those, wonder why all ecigs don't use those standard.
  19. if i had money in my paypal i would snag those up, i need more battery connections. the problem with a lr is that they let to much back current (best way to explain it) into the system. i haven't heard of anything like that before but i do know that they kill batteries faster.
  20. i have him on my subscribe list, since forever ago. many other great ones out there. gradual report is by far the best!
  21. lmao!!! "menthol, for the brothers". wow, effin wow..
