Sorry to see your misfortune.
I learned my lesson about glass tanks on my tall mods and setting them upright. I broke a kanger tank on my SVD by standing it up. Then along came the cat over went the mod on the tile floor and crack went the glass. I now have a mod stand to keep this from happing again.
Ive destroyed so many glass tanks lol. Ive got a nasty knack for it. Eventually i will get a steel tank for the naut

Got the tank 3 days ago. Have it on my SVD, stood up from couch and it fell off my lap. Struck the driptip against the carpet. Guess what! The base separated .
Luckily it was an easy fix. I removed the pyrex and the flat faced bushing(o-ring) then grabbed 2 E-go adapter skirts.the one that came with it i put on top larger opening facing the base. And the one from my old kanger pro on the bottom. Wrapped a rag around it to keep it i. Place and gave it a few generous taps with a hammer. It actually works better than it did before i dropped it. Air control has a tighter seal . If you would like some pics just ask.
