I got my vaporsetc cartos today and I like them alot so far. Looking inside them, it looks like a better grade filler they use. Colors were limited so I'm vaping the town red right now.

Yay! My cartos just got here. I must say, I'm pretty impressed with Vaporsetc's packaging. Liquids are plastic shrinkwrap sealed over the bottles and then the bottle was in a prescription bottle (blue shaded to probably prevent uv light) Oh and then there's the freebies. They gave me a bottle of pineapple liquid and a velvet PV cover. Really nice of them. Shipping was fast, in 2 days from NY to NC. They are located near where I used to live in NY so if I ever moved back (highly doubt), I'd have a nearby supplier there too. I asked yesterday and looked for a thread but couldn't find it, but how many hours does a eGo mega battery last? Since I now have one, curious to know. Gonna throw a Tru Vapor carto on and try this blue raspberry liquid.

You cant leave us! You got me organized with all of this and have been so helpful and kind. Life is busy, yes...but surely you can find time to post here and there. Plus, you'll miss out on hearing about all the new gear that comes out and how they have perfected PV's, and how the FDA passes the use of them and we can vape anywhere and everywhere.

Oh, I meant to ask about the eGo battery I got today. Are they longer than Tornados? This one is. Almost an inch longer. Could they have sent me the 1000 mah by accident? (an accident I'd be cool with)

Ya know, I thought you used LR attys and dripped so I was wondering if you had changed your technique. Yeah, I guess you'd get the best TH with a LR atty, even if it's a little harsh. I can't wait for the med res cartos to come, maybe tomorrow. I'll picnic at the mailbox with the dog and wait. And yeah, we all know that DAYVAPE loves cartos (right Dayvape?) Are you on post probation or something Joe? Or can't you answer me? lol

Yes you did tell me Joe. Now I know what I didn't before, LR attys suck. Cartos are my friend. About those E2 Cartos from Clouds of Vapor...I wonder if they would be more like a regular 510 carto as far as the airyness and such that I don't care for. I read at ECF the review about them and he is using it with a 3.something volt battery and likes them. Now I'm curious as well. Let me know if you try them. After all, you are the guinea pig lol

Okay I'm going to try sending this reply in 2 parts since I've been having issues posting for the last 2 hours. I read in "error reporting" that someone else encountered this yesterday and they were able to post in sections. Hi Well, I haven't tried these Tru Vapor cartos yet but they are medium resistance (2.5 ohm) which run cooler and flavor is better than very low res (1.5-7 ohm) I've tried other medium res and I like them alot. Even at 3.7v they are a nice draw and hold flavor and vapor pretty well. Tru Vapor cartos from Vaporsetc were recommended by a few people here as being better. I can't wait to try them. Oh, and they are very reasonably priced at $6.95/5. Normally they have a color selection but they only currently have red and yellow in stock. I got one of each to keep flavors organized.

Oh and I also got new contact lenses today so now I can see what I'm doing with all of this

Got a new eGo battery today from Clouds of Vapor. And wow, I ordered it the day before yesterday from 700 miles away and its here already. Awesome! I also ordered the fast charger which should be nice. I recently had issues with T-Rex batteries not taking a charge. Actually it was exchanged 4 times and the same thing happened to all of them. Kevin at Sharp Smoker refunded my money which was very kind and is taking the problem up with the supplier to hopefully get reimbursed on his end. It's only right. Great guy! On a different note, I haven't used a 510 atty for almost a month (using cartos now) and today thought I'd drip with one. Ick! I don't think I like LR 510 attys anymore. Burnt taste right off the bat. I do like the 901 attys though. I'm looking forward to another order (omg Lori STOP ordering!) to arrive. I ordered Tru Vapor cartos from Vaporsetc. I'm hearing good things about them. Have fun

I have a 5v PT that I use at the puter with regular cartos. I like that. I use medium res cartos now with a tornado and thats cool too. I take a 5 second "drag" I would guess.

Do I really need to consider stocking up? I just started out 2 months ago and I buy what I can, when I can. I'd hate to think I wouldn't be able to get supplies when I need them. Just how far is the FDA with all of this? Is it only certain states, or will all of them fall suit when the walls come crumbling down... like they did with indoor smoking ban? With the internet and the ability to buy pretty much anything these days, I am thinking there will still be suppliers to order supplies from. I hope, anyway. Government!

I may have under estimated that a little. I don't take enormous long "drags" like I've seen others do vaping. Some people take a 15 second long vape. I'd run out of breath and pass out lol

Mcquinn, I very much agree that alot more liquid goes in than is vaped out. I've yet to try a carto that lasts the length of time it should for the amount of liquid in it. By last, I mean not lose flavor and taste burnt before very long. I am using medium res (2.5 ohm) cartos right now and while I like them for design and the convenience, I know I am using more liquid than I would with an atty. I am curious to know how the 306's perform. I meant to add that I am adding 10-15 drops in cartos like every 25 vapes or so. I want that newly added liquid flavor all the time.

I was wondering just that...if the two round plates were touching when screwed together. When I look into the battery and then at the thread on the battery, it does appear that the battery's plate is a tad deeper than the threading is on the charger. I could be wrong. (I once thought I was wrong, but I was mistaken) The charger that this guy is selling is the usb charger, which I have. If it takes a special charger, I will just refund this because I don't want to have to buy a gazillion parts. I'll talk to him about this and maybe have him try to charge one of the ones I've tried and see if he has the same trouble. I would try to file things, but not if I'm giving this back to him Thanks for your insight.

He's been very nice about all of this but he is also wondering why this is happening. I actually feel bad for him because he is losing money on these.

Yes I charge them before use. I just tried them initially to make sure they work before I do. I just tried cleaning the charger as suggested. When I put the battery on by only screwing it lightly like you said, it doesn't go from green to red until I screw it on tighter And, it's pretty tight to make the light change. Maybe it's not getting a good solid connection from battery to charger. BUT...what makes me think it's the batteries is why my tornado charges fine on the same chargers. I use either the usb AC wall or the 510 standard. Also, this battery in question reads charged green on the joye 510 charger when it's not. Only red on the usb one. I'm confused

I bought a T-Rex battery last month from a nearby supplier. It's similar to a Tornado in appearance and mah. I used it for 2 weeks and loved it. Then one day it wouldn't take a charge. I tried the 510 wall charger and the usb charger plugged into A/C outlet. Neither of them would charge it. I was able to exchange it for another one, but that one didn't charge either. It was replaced for yet another one which was yesterday and guess what....won't charge. Okay, heres the weird part. When I first get each battery, they work. I guess since they are charged or somewhat charged. When I put it on the usb wall charger, the charger gets really hot and the light is red, indicating no charge and never goes to green. Yet, when I put it on the 510 charger, the light is green to start with, indicating a charge, when it's not. I try it and the led flashes...no charge. What could cause this? It can't be that the charger won't charge it because the first one charged many times fine in the 2 weeks I had it. Also, I charge the tornado on these chargers all the time. It's almost like the chargers are sucking the power right out of the battery. I haven't spoke to the guy yet about this one, and he was unsure as to why this happened either. Any ideas?

Jolly, I exchanged the PT at Madvapes for one that IS plugged. Thank you for your offer to fix it though. This one seems to work great.

Congratulations! Time seems to fly by quickly but thanks to vaping, it's a healthier, happier life. And I just saw on my post that today is 2 months for me too.

hahaha as far as I know, my daughter hasn't jumped rope with this thing. I'll let ya know Monday after I drive over to Madvapes with this and see what they say. Thanks again
