  1. Tam, got just the battery at smartvapes.com for $30 and got a full kit (battery, ego adapter, USB cable and wall plug) from evape.us for $34.95.
  2. I got mine this morning. It feels solid and and despite the $30ish price tag it doesn't feel "cheap". Been vaping on this little thing all day and probably will have enough battery to get through tomorrow too. Um yeah, I'm waiting on my 2nd one to arrive. Go ahead Tam, you know you want one!
  3. Welcome Dubbin from another Ohioan! Thanks for sharing!
  4. Welcome! I just got my IStick this morning and am very pleased with it so far. it's a perfect little stealth vaping device. Seems very solid and is user friendly!
  5. Got one of my ELeaf ISticks this morning, (ordered and shipped 10/27). Now, granted, I've only used it for 15 minutes but this little bugger is quite the little vaporizing machine. And it's so tiny! Perfect little stealth vape contraption! Now if the one that was shipped the 21st would just get here!
  6. Hydra's Delight is MY delight to vape! It's going to be interesting to see if/how it changes (for the better of course!) after sitting in the juice 'bin' for a few days. A week is wayyyyyyyyyyyyy too long to let that bottle sit and steep! It's just that good! PS. Hubby likes it too and he's a single fruit flavor vapor!
  7. Waiting for my ELeaf IStick to come. Got it because it is smaller than my MVP and Provari. We'll see how it does.........
  8. I started with an EVod kit and now it's my backup. I did "move up" to an MVP2 (Shine) and still use it off and on. I rewarded myself with a Provari when I hit the 6 month mark and that is is my daily device. As far as tanks/clearomizers, well I'm very happy with my Protank2's and my Nautilus. Hubby is quite happy with his EVods, EVod VVs and T3s clearomizers.
  9. I started with a basic EVod kit. I served me well while getting off the stinkies. Then I moved to an MVP, and protank2. Those 2 set ups are both newbie friendly and economical.
  10. Moose Juice (raspberry/blackberry/2 creams) from Zeus EJuice at 6mg 60/40 blend.
  11. I have both. I've had no problems with either one. I have air control bases on all my KPTs and won't use any tank without them!
  12. Welcome to VT! There are lots of helpful folks here! The advice you will get from A LOT of us is: ALWAYS have a back up setup available.... and a back up for the back up...... and a back up for that! Most of us have learned that the hard way! I don't leave home without an extra battery/coil/juice. As for juice and hardware, that's all subjective. Everyone's juice preference is personal. I have one juice that tastes like Raspberry creamsavers to me and my hubby thinks it tastes like Robitussin! Hardware is also a matter of personal preference. Try the VT store here for hardware and there are many more. Check in the supplier review section for juice and hardware vendors that have been reviewed.
  13. Tam's right. Can't have enough back ups! I used to think 'a' back up was enough, Now I know differently! I always have 2-3 extra coils, an extra tank of liquid, AND a battery with me. Found out the hard way I don't want to be 'stranded'! And also, I don't think we underestimate how bad the "stinkies" stink until we are forced by our nic craving to have one when vaping isn't possible. Be it a dead coil/battery or being out of juice. Hang in there Valhoon. Just be prepared for the next (inevitable) time you are going to need a back up!
  14. You go girl! You got this! And the others are right. Each day that's analog free is a milestone!
  15. Wise words from all the above. And, we are all different. I vape exclusively, my hubby does not. I use 6mg (started with 18mg) and hubby uses 12mg. We like different flavors and equipment. The important thing in my humble opinion is that every time you vape, that's one less smoke you have. Go easy on yourself, one evening you will go to bed and realize you didn't have an analog all day!
  16. I have noticed a HUGE improvement in my allergies since I switched to vaping. I take about 1/2 the meds I did when I smoked. Pollens are still my worst ones, but they are better too. Itsmedeanna64, hang in there. It'll get better.
  17. I have a satin stainless steel one. I bought a wrap for it so the finish wouldn't get damaged (hopefully). I am seriously considering getting another one when my 1 year Vape-aversary rolls around. Yeah, I'm hooked! The 'poor little MVP' is relegated to backup status.
  18. Use the PC at home, my smartphone via TapaTalk on the go. When travelling (infrequent) I use my android tablet.
  19. Well, here's another female point of view! I have the MVP2 Shine edition. Bling for the lady! And they make an Energy line too. So there's plenty of choices for us! .
  20. Welcome to VT! Thanks you for your service!
  21. Welcome! You are now connected with some mighty fine folks!
  22. Though I ditched the analogs when I started vaping, there are still days I "think" I want one! Then I remember how nasty they taste to me, and that pretty much takes care of the cravings! I think you are well on your way! Keep it up!
