First of all, WELCOME TO VT! I've been vaping about 1 1/2 years and feel good. I'm off my asthma medicine and my allergies are under control with only 1 medication instead of 3. My doctor is happy happy happy that I stopped the sticks. The car I bought 8 months ago still smells like new!! Don't let the naysaying buggers get you down. This has been a lifesaver for me!!

To me, tapering down is as personal a thing as what setups we use, what juices we vape etc. Initially, I tapered from 18 to 12 to 6mg about every 2-3 months. I haven't gone down any further in the past 6 months or so, and at this point don't plan to. I'm good where I am.

I use AW (2200 mAh) batteries in mine. (They are button top). I get my batteries from RTD Vapor. Good customer service and reasonable prices.

Health benefits are definitely at the top. Then there's the gadgets, the juice.......... so many flavors to try! -
All I remember it was an artificial tasting fruit flavor of some kind. When I upgraded my device I upgraded my juices too!
