if it goes into your mouth it sounds like liquid is getting into the center of the carto like jeffb said, if its leaking out the bottom it also seems that way but could also be that the seals arent tight enough. Also when you fill your tank you want to make sure you dont fill it up so much that the level of eliquid inside the tank is above the filler material level in the carto itself, more chance of oversaturation and leaking, especially if you dont keep your tank upright all the time

Agree with Bob as well. However, this person is asking for help in a purchase already made....be it subject to scrutiny or no. Cartos are not perfect, atties are hit and miss, as are Ego C atties and tanks.

Point being....I've had cartos fail, atties junk, and all manner of things go wrong in QC and production. In this case....it could be a vapor person not hitting the device correctly. I figure it's a final attempt to assist without throwing away the purchased product. Your suggestion for future purchase are valid and most agreed upon.

I hate to see someone in distress with current vape equipment purchased. It could be we need to help a fellow vapor in not throwing money down the drain. It's most discouraging, and if we can get him/her though this impass and on to better things afterword? Gotta try?

Good advice. Alcohol does work but I've found no benefit in boiling and using 90%. One or the other works fine.

Draggaa.....if you have an Ego batt, the 510 connection is the same for carts. Seriously, this would be a necessary step while you fiddle with the C atty. Glad your learning and liking it, but being a new vape person? I'd cover my back with some carts. JMHO

PM me if you wish and I'll send you out a couple for trying. I may even have a bottle of juice here to send with it. We want you to succeed...........

Dragaa. Your moving right up in posting and giving some nice feedback on the tank....and yes, I did allude to your observations in another post for C atty.

The problem here is the tank itself IMO. Everything under the tank performs flawlessly and I've spent virtually no time messing with the lower components. Not sure what viscosity your running on juice, but the easy wick adjustment does come into play here. If your getting juice into the "seat" which holds the spike? Your unit is feeding too fast and wick needs pushed up in the spike. Seems your doing everything right but we're at the mercy of a tank system that does not allow consistent flow to the spike itself.

One thing worth noting......draw very easy on this unit. Sharp or hard draws will increase the clog syndrome you mention. Going to try something soon and will be punching a hole in the tank right above the bubble line, and near the lower baffle (under the juice fill level when right side up) and see if this tank will feed the spike better.

Darn. They are so close but need to change the tank itself. Thanks for the feedback and stay the course.

Remember initial investment? This only gets subtracted as you go along, if your spending less. Otherwise.....look at your initial investment as the "begin hobby price" and choosing to improve your health.

Doing the math: I was spending 35 bucks per week and total is of course 140.00 per month. I now spend around 140.00 per month on supplies, be it whatever.

5ml per day x 7 days at .90ml per average = roughly 30 per week on juice = 120.00 per month.
Occasional 20 pack of carts = 20.00 per month. One carto lasts anywhere from 5-10 days.
OR! Purchase of C tank atty blister pack at 25.00 per month. Atty lasts between 10-30 days. (let's say)

Total here is 120-140 per month. Sometimes we'll have all the cartos we need for 60 days. A blister pack of new C atties will soon run you 25.00, while all five may last you a couple of months. It's a staggered timeline based on your supplies and needs. Last month was just juice, this month was just carts etc.

Occasionally you'll want a new batt, latest kit, or try a new delivery device on the market. This is where it becomes a hobby or want. (though new batt will be required from time to time) it becomes like anything else. New laptop or vape kit? New smart phone or mod device? Flowers and chocolates for companion or latest tank set up? (be prepared to explain) Five topping pizza or Romain noodles etc.........

Just have fun with it, and know you made the right choice for health. Price does not necessarily matter, give or take. Soon you'll be having fun like the rest of us, while giving long and drawn out explanations and such......

    Update report....

Battery is no doubt improved for longevity, and though it's not confirmed, it seems to draw more evenly as it drops in charge. Would also believe it packs something closer to the 3.4 range vs 3.2? No meter to check, but this battery draws nearly as well off the charge as a 3.7. Nearly being the optimum word.

Still in contention this set up does not need the LR atty (for me) and still waiting on the 2.2-2.4 standard atty. Condensation in the cartridge remains the same, but is easily controlled using the Q Tip swab method and necessary removal of the inner baffle. No leaks around the rubber cap and not sure, but this unit makes leaking near impossible. Look for the exact same action from the previous Type A tank, save for any leaking.

Atty? It runs like a champ but this is typical for the first couple of weeks. Update is only 1 week in and premature to assess the units performance in longevity. However, I would give it a 25% better rating over the previous A Tank, in this new and improved version. Atty does take a while to break in. First couple of days was low performance, and even though the primer was blown out, it did not run smooth until after about 3 tank fulls of juice.

Favorite juices are still running better flavor in the carto. Believe this has much to do with efficiency of the atty, and no need for the LR? It's slightly burning 70-30 mixes and produces a harsh TH (with some heat). Easy adjustment of the wick has not eliminated this. Removal of the tank and direct drip into spike does produce the DD affect, so it could still be the same old feed problem.

Is the wicking process not right for the LR? Or, do we have the same old not wicking fast enough for the unit as a whole.....as suggested by an earlier post? Again, if one removes the tank and drips directly into the spike, it seems to hit like a 306 bridge-less atty. Hmmmm.....could be the tank vacuum at this point.

    Need time and feedback.

At one time it was Ego T as primary delivery device. They work great for about 2-3 weeks and then go south really quick. At 10.00 per LR atty, and never knowing when they're going to need fixing........I found these to be the best.

Dark liquid, heavy VG, and all manner of delivery problems? These keep trucking right along and you have a choice, black or clear. I run the black for incognito but the clear ones are the best for filling because you can actually see all aspects of saturation. For some reason, the clear run best for flavor (though it's slight). Must be the same difference as drinking soda (or micro brew, if you will) out of a glass or a can.

Sounds like you have the typical newbie problem with the tank. I would move on (as others have suggested) and get with cartos. Would strongly suggest not running the 1.25 off the Ego. However, if you take it easy and hit short and sweet.....the 1.5's here are golden.

I for one would not recommend either inquiries. Your Ego (purchased here or otherwise) will totally out perform what your looking at. Your looking at anywhere between 150mah to possibly 380mah as compared to either a 650, 900, 1000mah Ego. You may tire quickly in charging batteries every two hours vs once per day.

Cartridge holds the juice. Prefilled cartridge just means someone placed their own juice into the cart vs you filling a blank one. I find no advantage in buying pre-filled carts, especially when starting out. If you end up not liking the juice.....your off in a hurry to buy some blanks and juice anyway.

Agreed. Have a couple of paperclips for this purpose. Run it through the battery end while wiggling it around a little. Sometimes this will actually move the vertical wire just a bit and it will hit better than new.

Vaping and carto's = must have paperclips.

Agree with Brian. Remove the inner baffle from the mouthpiece tank, for sure. I then leave the outer one on and use a Q-tip to remove condensation from the tip......when necessary.

Here's a little trick with the Ego T.......Wick adjustment on these can be tedious when starting out. If you notice one is clogging up and hard to draw? It's flooding and needs the wick pushed up in the spike. However, instead of doing this, you can run the higher VG (50/50 mix) and it will slow the feed down.

If it's dry burning and giving a foul taste? The wick is not feeding fast enough and needs pushed down in the wick tube. Solution is to run the higher PG (thinner mix) through this atty for speeding up the feed. It's one of those push/pull type of things, but often the described attempts can save you from pulling the plate and messing with anything at all. Most of them are set just right (genuine Joye) and you can run either mixture just fine.

And being a pure water drinker myself?......I still take in a few extra glasses a day since vaping. Hope this helps and congratulations on your accomplishments. Vape on.......

I'm with John, and very happy with this vendor. The Ressurector has replaced the beloved Boge 2.0, due to increased juice capacity; and even though it's lower in resistance.....it gives off a cooler vape for me at 3.2 volts/Ego. Mod vaping at 3.7 is a nice sweet spot. Dual coils have not revealed any advantage for this vapor person.

The 15 carto deal and free drip tip is a hard to beat deal. Fast ship, nice customer service, choice of steel or black cart combo, and overall top notch seller.

    Very legit.........
