Well, thanks for all of the encouragement! I know that vaping is helping save my life, so any time I am forced to smoke a large amount of analogs over more than a one day period, I freak out. Still, at least I don't feel so guilty about it anymore. Vaping For Life!

Brian, sorry it took so long for me to reply, but yes, it was taking the atomizer a long time to heat up, I believe the heating coil was going out. I bought a 5 pack of atomizers from TW, but had to wait for them to arrive >.<. Unfortunately I feel like I have failed at vaping, because I had to smoke analogs for 4-5 days before receiving my atomisers. Still, I am back on track, and my girlfriend couldn't be happier! After seeing what people had to say about DD, I went and bought me a drip tip, 30ml of Black Currant e-juice, and, of course, the 5 pack of atomizers, all from TW. I'm back to vaping my fellows! Expect me to be more active on the forum (but not excessively so)!

OK, so i tried this, and so far it has worked. I shoved the corner of a napkin in the atty and let it sit overnight. When i removed it the next day, the napkin's corner was soaked through with juice, and a weird green sludge. When i took a q-tip and cleaned inside the atty, there was more sludge. I tried the "dry-burning" method before, and didn't notice anything but a little vapor. After removing the sludge, dry-burning made the inside of the atty glow red like there is a fire inside. Now it woks ok, but still has its moments. I take it a build-up of crap in my atty is why it was crapping out? And now i have to drop 3 drops instead of 2 to get good vapor, taking a few "primer" puffs to get my Tornado going. This normal? It's ok for me, cause I buy e-juice from Tastyvapor.com at $35 for 150ml of around 8-12 nic juice, just wondering. Thank you to everyone for the input, much of it was helpful, some of it...interesting. But all of it in good intentions!

Ok. So. This may sound retarded, but i am a new vaper (only been a month or so) and believe i have just experienced my first "dead" atomizer. Not only that, but it was a twofer! My one atty started acting up the other day by producing little or no vapor, so i wiped down the threads, put a paper towel into it, and let it dry out overnight. This didn't work. Then today, my other atty went out (Don't have a spare)! And it's a Saturday, so if i order it will not ship until Monday (which sucks. . . badly). So, i am gonna boil one of the atties, and if that don't work i will try to hold out until the new ones arrive. But i have a question. Will boiling actually help? At this point i don't have anything to lose, so i am just curious. By the way, it has been about a month, and i have been switching the atties back and forth every other day (1 one day, the other the next), so realistically each of these atties have lasted me about 15 days, but i vape CONSTANTLY. Is this normal? (the atties dying i mean)

I actually started with a Blu cig (i know, i know. stupid me) but you know what? it got me on the path of vaping, so it wasn't a waste (the money-back guarantee meant all i wasted was time). Then i decided to just man up the extra $20 and ordered a Tornado from TW. I haven't needed anything else so far (about 3 weeks in, so might want to think about buying another atty soon, eh?) and vaping is going smooth. I totally recommend Tastyvapor.com if you're an all day vaper like me, cause for $35 (including S&H) you get 150ml of juice (30ml of 48mg nic strength, 120 of no nic) and up to three different flavors in one! Just mix up the strength of nic u need, or vape no nic all day, and use 24mg of nic when you get cravings.

So, while doing the ptb mod i was cutting the ptb after i put some juice in it because it got stuck on my atty, but some juice got in my eye! I, of course, flushed it with water for a minute, then put in quite a few eye drops, but i still wonder, can e liquid damage your eye?!? I'm probably freaking out over nothing, but i am kinda worried. Any info would be appreciated. and yes, calling me stupid is not uncalled for.

You should check out TastyVapor.com. Depending on your nic intake, you can buy a 48mg with nic bottle (29ml, but they always add more, so they say. i say its just 30 ml like a normal bottle) for $15 and get a "doubler" (i.e. flavor without nic), that is 4oz (or roughly 120ml) for $15. Mix them tgether and voila! instant low-medium level juice that you can customize the nic level of (or just vape 0 nic whenever you want and use nic when you have a "nic fit"). their shipping is $5 so for $35 you get 150 ml of juice! The best thing is that you can customize the flavor! they even have some juice $5 cheaper that is on sale! the sale items change every week or month, i don't remember. . . sorry!

Got my Cherry, Cheesecake, and Banana Cream combination abut 4 days ago from TastyVapor so far it tastes great, can barely taste anything but the cherry, but that is the way i told them to make it, Just wanted hints of cheesecake and banana cream. It hasn't steeped for the week that they recommend yet, so that might have something to do with it. Will DEFINITELY order from them again.

Yeah, TastyVapor.com has a 4 oz. bottle of 0 nic for $15, so that is even better than mixing my own! this way it gets done by someone already good at DIY and its still cheap!

Ok. . . this may sound pretty bad, but it has been one week since i got my Tornado. And I've gone through a little over 15ml of 18mg nic N/Port Menthol. In seven (7) days. I can't afford that at TW's prices. So i ordered from tastyvapor.com and hope the juice tastes at least okay. At the same time though, $35 (with S&H) for 150ml of juice isn't a bad deal . I think i can afford it at that price! Still, maybe i will just vape when i need nicotine and not for fun and flavor. Then again it equals out to around 60-65ml (15(or a bit over)x 4= 60-65) of e-juice a month. So maybe it isn't that bad!

Good job! I started vaping a couple months ago (with a Blu- it was a waste, but got me vaping ) and just recently got my Tornado. I bought some 18mg nic. N/Port Menthol from TW and ordered a Cherry, Cheesecake, and Banana Cream blend from Tasty Vapors. As I'm getting more into vaping, I'm turning from just plain old menthol, which i still love, to more exotic flavoring. I, unfortunately, have not fully quite analogs (1 a day) since I still like to smoke one in the morning. But I will reach pure vaperdome someday, I SO DECREE.

So. . .have had my Tornado since Wed. and its Sunday. Already it's outlasted my Blu in terms of vapor consistency, battery life (of course!), and overall reliability. I love this thing! Thanks to everyone on this forum for recommending this great VP! I'm looking into buying a PT so i can vape at home and not use my batteries too much... I am kinda worried about the atty's blowing from the fact that the only good looking PT's i can find are the 5v ones. Do they really blow attys out faster? I found out my problem with vaping to, it's the fact that it is not even the nic craving that makes me vape. It's the pure pleasure of it. I'm thinking of buying some e-juice from Tasty Vapor and using their 4 ounce doubler to make 8-10mg e-juice in amounts of 150 ml. That way i can vape all i want and not worry about too much nic! Forgot to add, the 150 ml will only cost like $30 dollars + S&H. So that's pretty sweet.

No, I didn't pick up any low res attys, cause I heard that they burn out fast- and I'm poor lol. It's already costing me more to vape than smoke, cause I used to smoke 10 or so roll-you-own analogs a day, instead I vape a lot, ALL day. But i think the health benefits make up for it. I'm probable going to go down in nic level though. Bought some 18mg N/Port Menthol from TW and it might be better if it was a lower level. I've tried the Blu cigs cherry when I had a Blu, might be worth it to pick up from TastyVapor or TW as well as trying some other flavors.

So, got my Tornado, fast shipping (got on Wed. ordered on a Saturday), tastes great (N/Port Menthol), and best of all- consistent vapor. . . so far. I will find out if it stays that way. Wish i had known about the forum before i bought my Blu cig. . .but at least it got me vaping had one analog today- it tasted like crap and smelled horrible. So, the Tornado and eGo are the same? are there any differences in what you get in the kit? I found an eGo for like $50, but any links or site suggestions would be helpful, as I don't really know any "reliable" sources (e.g. won't sell me a knockoff). I found a 50ml bottle of e-liquid for $10, but my friend told me not to buy it, since it was probably not "safely" made. Did he mean it could be contaminated with chemicals? sorry for all the questions.

I'm new to all of the e-cig world, so I've started researching about e-cigs and must say that I am very thankful for all of the info, it made it so I don't have to do quite as much searching on the net hahaha. It's been kinda hard to find reliable info. using google...shocker i know!

By rolling my own cigarettes and smoking 10 a day, give or take 2 or 3, i spend around $15 a month. A small bag of tobacco costs me $8.97+tax, tubes $2.70+tax and last me almost a full month. Still, the week i actually had my Blu i noticed that i wasn't quite as out of breath as normal, i also seemed to have developed near super-human smell and taste, but that may have just been the vapor lol.

That's good. I've heard you can save more money by DIY. . .but I don't know if I would ever be comfortable enough to do that without fear that i will mess everything up.

I'm wondering about how much it's going to cost using an e-cig and refilling my own carts. I only smoke 1/2 a pack of analogs a day (and I roll those myself), but when I got my first e-cig (a Blu-don't waste your money), I vaped a LOT and was wondering how much this would cost me in the long run. From the sound of it I might spend more vaping than smoking, but it IS healthier without all the tar, ash, chemicals, etc. Then i heard you have to replace attys every month or so and bats every two. I am ordering a Tornado soon, am pretty sure I'm gonna stick with it cause my gf hates the smell of smoke and is asthmatic. Sorry about the long post. This may sound stupid, but i have a question. Can you overuse your e-cig? I know that if it heats up, jsut put it down for a couple of minutes and its ok. But when i got my first e-cig, a Blu, i smoked off of it for a long time *cough* 5 hours *cough* STRAIGHT. Can this potentially harm your e-cig?

I was going to go with the Titan, but was told the battery life on the Tornado was better. . .still haven't ordered. I'm waiting to get a credit card, lol. I hope that it works out for me, thanks for the encouragement guys

Hello there, I started vaping with the blu e-cig. and that is the only good thing i can say about it, it got me on the track to vaping. Even though the price seems right, its just not that good. Vapor was GREAT the first couple of days, then i could barely get any hits off of it. i would get 3-5 good puffs and have to set it down for a few minutes before i got any vapor worth calling vapor. the carts lasted only 30-50 puffs. overall i am looking at buying a Tornado from totallywicked, since it appears to be a 510, just with a bigger battery so it lasts longer. I hope it works out for me. then again maybe i just overused the blu cig, and it was my fault it didnt work. i dont know.
