  1. This is where our love for vapeing combines with the hobby that gives back to not only ourselves, but others as well. Promots both when ppl like Joe do this and share with everyone. Thanks!
  2. For sure! Big props to Joe!!!!
  3. You ever pass thru southern GA? My daughter turns 16 next month and the rocket launcher and drone I ordered is back ordered..... lol MI. is a long way away!
  4. Thats "insider" info! lol
  5. tootsie roll... lol You even have a theme song set!
  6. PM you for details right!? LMAO
  7. Rumor has it that for a good bottle of scotch Josh will come to your house and give a hands on tutorial on coil building!
  8. I'm getting there... Everyone here has been a great help. I'll bend your ear when the time comes for sure!
  9. Yeah, ohm reader is a MUST. I'm a lil ways off from building coils right now, but wat to gain the info before I try. I get that it's still a lil tricky and take some time to get it down though. Just want to get started with the best info I can when I do. Thanks for the tips!
  10. Welcome! If I didn't tick off these guys with my questions you will be fine!!! lol I started asking even before I bought anything..... Lots of good info and great ppl to help you on your way here.
  11. So, when someone say it's a 6 wrap on .... size bit or whatever, are they refering to the (most) number of wraps? Both leads faceing same direction and count the wraps on the oposite side as the leads are faceing?
  12. I think so... lol In my head I pictured it as the difference between haveing both lead pointing in the same direction or 1 up and 1 down. Thanks And no, I'm not trying it yet... lol
  13. Can you guys explaind the 7/6 or 8/7 etc... terminology? I get the number of wraps, but not sure what ppl meen when they use that ratio. Thanks
  14. That's just not an option for us vv v3 users... Probly only fire down to about 1.3-1.5 ohm coils. Also, if you're thinking of useing the pro tank or something similar sub ohms would burn the silicone cap I believe. Gonna need a mech mod or a higher end vv/vw device and a rebuildable top, along with alot of knowledge and the proper equipment to test coils.
  15. Thanks for the info and good luck with yours as well!
  16. Would you mind shareing what you think it was and how you fixed it? I have the same setup and might help me incase I run into the issue in the future. Thanks
  17. Haven't read much on the number of charges but I'd guess 9 mos to a year would be reasonable. I can say that it has given me a great starting point to learn what I like in a vape and what I would want in the future as far as an apv or even a vision spinner backup. I like the ability to adjust.
  18. Welcome! Good ppl here for sure.
  19. I'm thinking I want to try a creamy sweet type juice. Maybe orange or strawberry creamsicle. Any thoughts?
  20. I trend toward Aquas routine, except I've only had a chance to try a handfull of flavor/brand juice. I now have an AM bluebacco from GLV and a PM wild west tobacco from KVS. Niether are even close to a tobaco flavor, but still my rotation. Gotta get a cpl more tanks and order some other flavors soon.
  21. Sold!
  22. Some ppl find with the higher VG liquids that because they're thicker they don't get into the coil as well. You could try to remove one of the flavor wicks in the coil and see if that helps. If you search youtube for flavor wicks you'll see several videos on how to do it. Very easy BTW... Save it in case that causes it to flood/gurgle, you can put it back in if need be. Might help with the burnt taste if it's not getting enough juice.
  23. As far as mods go I think you have to decide what "style" you like first, box, tube etc... I'm sure the choices will be there no matter what your tastes are. If you're looking for the next step up then I'd say the MVP2 box style or something like the VamoV5 or SID maybe. I don't own any of them, but I've been reading up on what my next level might be as well. The mvp2 has an internal battery like you Itaste vv does so you don't have to buy the seperate batts and chargers to go with it.
  24. Welcome to VT! I have the same set up as you except for the coil resistance. In a nut shell, what you describe should be a fairly low power setting and should do well for you. The higher the Ohm's the coil is the more power (voltage) it takes to heat it up. So a 2.2ohm at 3.3v won't get as hot as a 1.8ohm would. You might not even notice the difference though unless you start to crank up the volts more. As far as smooth and minimal throat hit goes it may have more to do whith the flavor, nic level, and pg/vg ratios in the juice you're useing. Lower nic and higher VG will usually have less throat hit. If it has menthol or mint flavoring that could add to the TH as well.
  25. So I bought an Itaste vv v3 March 1st. This was my first vape experience. Spent alot of time reading/watching videos etc before and since then. Last night I put the batt on the charger and when I woke up at 7:30 took it off. Started vapeing it by 7:45am. Pretty steady all day with a mini kpt2 till 2pm and switched to my evod (different flavor). At 8pm I got a yellow batt warning. For me thats not bad. Just wanted to share my thoughts on it with others.
