  1. I think the first question would be how much liquid do you vape in a day? Unless it's a larger box mod, you would need a 26650 size tube mod, and even that is larger (28-30) mm wide. If it were me, I'd go with the mini.
  2. No worries! We all want to give the best advice we can to help each other.
  3. No worries. 1st question, the nic level seems normal based on your old usage, only thing that might change the nic level IMO is how much you can use your ecig to get the nic fix you need. If it's a 5-10 min break and then back to work, it can vary. If you can vape mostly when you want, and still don't get what you need, then you could up the nic. 2nd question, although I can't tell you what Kalamazoo vapers liquid uses in the liquids, my first juice that got me off analogs was from them. 3rd question, PG=flavor and added throat hit, VG= vapor and a slightly sweet taste. 50/50 is great for most tanks. The way I see it, use it as much as you need.
  4. That is true, but the quote was about him not being ready, or wanting to wrap coils... Next thing the order has been placed. I have no issues with someone wanting to vape like they want. Just a bit confusing to go from point a to point c in a few minutes. IMO
  5. T-bone, with an rda you WILL need to wrap coils, or at least buy pre-wrapped coils for it. As well you will need to be able to use ohms law to use them on any device, mech mod or regulated. When using a mech mod the vape experience is totally dependent on the ohm of the build and the battery voltage applied. This process takes a fare amount of dedication to do it safely. If plug and play is more your thing then I don't recommend this route.
  6. March 7th will be my 1 yr. Hopefully Chris can pull a six million dollar man on the banner!
  7. Welcome to VT! Although this can be tough to get a grasp on at first, it doesn't have to be scary. We've all been in your shoes. If you have a question, feel free to ask. Many times what seems like a problem is easy to deal with once you understand it. Congrats on your first big step!
  8. I know you have the hook up... lol In your case, I'm betting you have a pretty good idea what any model you have available has to offer.
  9. IMO, it's more important to know about the nicotine delivery system you use. It, unlike the others, can directly effect your health.
  10. I'll say this, it's widely known that the istick uses an outdated but still effective means of performing. I would hope that anyone wanting to purchase a new device, especially if they're not familiar with the technology would do some basic research on what they're buying. Bcart, even though you keep a new car under warranty, don't you look into more than the shiny paint and chrome wheels to decide if it actually fits your needs?
  11. It sounds like a good tank/rta, given your concerns about flavor/clouds it seems like it will be a very personal thing for you. The sub tank series has been marketed as a cloud chasers tank with .5 ohm coils and wide open airflow + a build deck. The overall concept it still for large vapor production. IMO
  12. Welcome to VT! Is your buddy a member here? I'm happy to hear vapeing has helped your lifestyle as it has ours! Let us know if we can help.
  13. I think you should try the stock coil head in the tank and decide what you like or don't first. Each tank or rta will give different experiences, for you to tune in a build you will need to vape it first and then tweek to your needs.
  14. At the end of the day, we all have a level of nic that is best for us. Our bodies let us know. Based on any one persons style of vapeing will likely dictate that. It's not a good for one, good for all thing. That's also what makes it so hard to give advice on some aspects of vapeing......
  15. Good, check out those sites. When you plug in the info in each category they can be easy to use. May I ask what your looking for in the super sub ohm level to get a good vape?
  16. Ok, in light of that, you're better off staying at .5 and above until you are certain about the calculations. Steam-engine.org or an ohms law calc for android phones are a good place to start for calculators. How do you test the resistance of your coils?
  17. IMO, the correct answer is nothing lower than the specs allow, and you should never push a batt to the point it causes trouble. If someone chooses to push things to the edge, they may find themselves falling off the cliff. lol
  18. Ahh... the 25r, I'd say you should be ok. I'm guessing you already know ohms law and batt safety. The 25r's seem to have a good rep these days from what I've heard.
  19. I've never heard of smurf batts. Where did you get it?
  20. Most reviews I've seen say the screw heads are tiny for sure. Also, the spring in the base that makes contact for the 510 pin has caused readings to jump around, even on the authentic V4's.
